青春期讲座对包含青春期的生理变化和心理变化的讲解。青春期作为儿童期至成年期的过渡时期，人体的体格、性征、内分泌以及心理等方面都发生了巨大的变化。为了帮助青少年们更好地适应这些变化，学校定期开展相关讲座来帮助他们认识青春期，学会在青春期中自我照顾、自我关怀、自我保护。

在ASJ的青春期讲座中，会根据性别分为男生场和女生场。经历青春期期间，男生和女生都需要了解两性的基本常识。通过讲座，对这些知识进行讲解，既可以满足学生的好奇，又可以鼓励他们用科学冷静的态度去了解自己身心的发展发育，让同学们知道，青春期的许多现象，是正常的发育过程，我们要健康科学地去看待。

在问答环节中，同学们对身体的变化和性别生长差异也提出了疑问。其中，女生比较关注经期保健的问题，例如，是不是每个人都会痛经？经期为什么不能坐浴？男生关注青春期问题更多与营养补充和皮肤护理相关，例如，如何补充营养？如何去除青春痘？

从同学们的疑问可以看出，他们比较重视自身的健康，也善于对生活进行观察和反思。这是个很好的现象。我们要先照顾自己，关爱自己，才能更健康更长远地进行自我成长。
