本期的AIC Talks「齐物达观」知识讲坛, 由AIC的计算机科学老师Miguel老师作为主讲人, 演讲主题为「人工智能最新发展和应用，以及在这样的时代下，个体应该如何定位和应对」, Miguel向老师与学生们阐述了ChatGPT, midjourney, musenet这三个技术的应用和前景, ChatGPT如何运用在我们现实生活中。

The latest AIC Talks was lectured by AIC computer science teacher Miguel. The talk mainly introduced the latest development and application of artificial intelligence, and how we individuals should respond and react to them. Miguel explained to teachers and students the applications and prospects of ChatGPT, midjournal, and musinet, as well as how ChatGPT can be applied in our real life.

Miguel老师曾就职于通信巨头爱立信，作为无线接入网络工程师；曾为广东广播国际新闻的英语采编记者并采访过多位名人政要（广州各大领事，美国前总统奥巴马之弟马克奥巴马等）；曾先后就职于新东方、启德教育，作为SAT、托福、AP、GMAT、GRE等科目教师；曾荣获2018国际教育“全国五星金牌教师”， 并于2017、2018连续两年获得“启德教育之星”，以及2013年国际教育辩论协会（IDEA）议会制辩论总冠军。爱好电竞、篮球、游泳、古典诗词。

Miguel worked as a Radio Access Network (RAN) engineer at the communications giant Ericsson (Fortune 500); as an English news journalist for Radio Guangdong/Guangdong TV (interviewed celebrities and politicians, including the brother of former US president Barack Obama; a teacher of SAT, TOEFL, AP, GMAT, GRE, etc. at New Oriental and EIC Education, and finally an IB teacher in AIC. Was awarded the 2018 (Sina) "National Five-Star Gold Medal Teacher", and“EIC Star Teacher" for two consecutive years in 2017 and 2018, as well as the 2013 International Debate Education Association (IDEA) British Parliamentary debate champion. Loves e-sports, basketball, swimming, and Chinese classical poetry.

演讲的开端, Miguel老师用「Where is Artcal intelligence」引起学生的思考,  字母“I”的消失, 带出了主题「人工智能与我何在」。他向学生展示了20种ChatGPT的运用场景, 例如:写代码、创作、客服、虚拟助理、语言学习、搜索引擎、教育、金融、娱乐等等,  它功能之强大, 甚至可以取代未来的很多职业,  作为学生，不仅要了解AI的高效生产力，更应该去使用它来提高自己的学习效果和效率；同时，也要意识到AI对人类社会构成的潜在危险，引发了学生们思考如何去管控和应对。

At the beginning of the talk, Miguel started the students' thoughts withWhere is Artcal intelligence, and the disappearance of the letter "I" brought out the theme "Where is Artificial Intelligence and I". He showed students 20 applications where ChatGPT can be used, such as: coding, content creation, customer service, virtual assistants, language learning, search engines, education, finance, entertainment, etc. It is so powerful that it can replace many careers in the future, and as students, we should not only understand the high productivity of AI, but also use it to improve our learning effectiveness and efficiency; at the same time, we should also be aware of At the same time, they should also be aware of the potential dangers that AI poses to human society, prompting the students to think about how to control and respond to it.

AIC通过长期开展齐物达观知识讲坛的活动，让学生增长见识、思考问题，培养学生的思辨能力和批判性思维, 期待学生们在一次次的学习中不断进步、通达明理，激励学生掀起学术新风, 将“终身学习”的观念贯彻落实。
