蔡欣欣

高中经济老师



大家好,我是蔡欣欣,毕业于英国曼彻斯特大学金融学专业。在加入广州暨大港澳子弟学校之前,曾在培训机构和国际学校从事多年IGCSE经济, Alevel经济,AP经济以及OSSD商务课程的教学工作。


有些同学可能会因为从来没有接触过经济学而感到紧张,但是你们不用担心,我的教学特长在于我的授课逻辑非常清晰,擅长将厚重的知识点以精简的方式提炼出来为学生们搭建整体的学习框架和高效总结课程学习的重难点。经济学是一门有趣的人文学科,它与我们的生活密切相关,所以我非常鼓励同学们将知识与生活相结合,能够从一个新奇的角度更清楚地观察我们的世界。



作为一名老师,我的教育理念是,一个优秀的教师要把传道作为责任和使命,先传道,再授业。我想要传递给孩子们的,不仅仅是教材课本里的经济学知识,更重要的是给他们带来积极向上的正能量。缘分让我们师生相遇,愿我们能在相遇的途中彼此照亮。

何国成

高中公社老师



我毕业于英国埃克塞特大学(罗素大学集团)社会科学硕士课程、香港理工大学人文学文学士(荣誉)学位课程及香港大学学位教师教育文凭。在多年的教学过程中,我曾尝试多种的教学模式,以配合不同学生的学习需要。


公民与社会发展科及人文学科涉及的概念广泛,教师要对「一国两制下的香港」、「改革开放以来的国家」及「互联相依的当代世界」有相当的认识,亦需要对有关概念掌握透彻、了解适当的答题技巧及以建构式教学训练学生的思维能力,才可以令公社课堂具有教学效能。



我的教育理念着重身教言教,教育之本是德育,教师应以培养学生良好品格及积极人生观为己任。在广州暨大港澳子弟学校(ASJ)任教,我会以专业务实的教学方式,配合互动有趣的课堂活动,致力提升学生的学习动机及公开试成绩,从而能够让学生升读心仪大学。

大家好,我是Eric,黄老师。我本科毕业于美国北科罗拉多大学,专业是数学教育,我持有科罗拉多州的教师资格证。硕士毕业于美国堪萨斯大学,专业是数学,研究的方向是交换代数。毕业回国之后一直从事国际教育的教学工作。在教学上,我以学生为中心,让学生动脑想数学、动手做数学,培养与提高学生的思维能力,提高学生的数学技能与素养。在广州暨大港澳子弟学校,很期待与大家一起成长。





李继超

大家好!我是李继超老师,北京师范大学硕士,在国家级期刊发表论文20多篇。具有20多年教学经验,教学成绩突出,多次获得优秀教学奖。同时,我是澳大利亚数学竞赛教练,辅导的学生获得国际数学竞赛奖项。


谈一下我的教育理念,我认为,当今教育应注重全球化视野,培养学生的国际意识和跨文化交流能力。我上课的风格是风趣幽默,富有激情,让学生兴趣盎然的参与到教学过程中来。我所采用的教学方法主要是差异化教学法,在教学中关注学生的个体差异,做到因材施教,使每个学生的能力都能得到发展。期待与广州暨大港澳子弟学校的学子们一起探索数学的奥秘,祝愿广州暨大港澳子弟学校的学子们都能学有所成,前程似锦。



我认为,与学生相处,建立和谐师生关系,以下几点很重要:

要尊重学生,良好的师生关系应该建立在相互尊重的基础之上。教师应该尊重每个学生的个体差异,公平公正的对待每一个学生。教师应该重视和尊重学生的意见和想法,了解学生的感受,这样才能建立和谐的师生关系。


信任学生,信任是建立良好师生关系的前提。教师要给予学生足够的信任,在和学生交往过程中相信他们的能力,在活动中相信他们的潜力。

要多与学生沟通,教师和学生之间要建立起沟通的桥梁。教师要经常倾听学生内心的想法和建议。





梁兆和

高中化学老师



各位老师您好,我叫梁兆和,是一名化学老师,很高兴可以加入广州暨大港澳子弟学校这个大家庭。


我毕业于华南师范大学化学系化学教育专业,有超过10年的国内初高中化学科教育经验,期间教授的学生超过一半在中考、高考中取得优异成绩,考取区属、市属重点高中,或者考取国内重点大学,如华南理工大学、中山大学、华南师范大学、华南农业大学等等;我也有两年的DSE教学经验,教授的学生同时获得四川大学临床医学和香港科技大学的录取。并且获得明士教育“优秀员工”、文德学校“优秀班主任”称号。



在教学中,我希望学生可以做到“学以致用”,因此在教学中我会结合生活中的事例使学生感受化学与日常生活的紧密联系,使学生有更直观的感受,也使学生对化学科更感兴趣。在平时的教学中,我会把各单元近几年的DSE真题及时呈现给同学们,使同学们可以对DSE的出题方式、难度、考点有清晰的了解。对于成绩不是很理想的同学,我会利用其他时间给同学们进行解疑或提高。我欢迎同学们带着疑问来找我一起探讨,我也会利用自己的经验和资源帮助学生解决一切学习和生活上的问题。


在班主任管理中,我会记录学生在学校中的点点滴滴,及时和学生沟通学习和生活中的情况,关注同学们的身心成长,及时与家长进行沟通反馈,发掘学生的兴趣和闪光点,帮助学生全面成长。我会给同学们设置合理的奖惩制度,让优秀的同学得到认同和尊重,也让做错的同学能够在错误中得到改正。





刘妤

高中英语老师



刘妤,硕士毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学应用语言学专业。我更像是学生的朋友而不仅仅是老师。我能敏感地捕捉学生的需要和发掘他们优点。因此,我在教学中倾向于学生中心的教学方法,包括任务性教学和问题驱动型教学。比如,我会在在课堂中进行小组讨论,同伴任务,和课堂展示等。


我除了是一名老师外,我曾为新加坡南洋理工大学教授创作的诗集作翻译,译本已于2017年出版。


ASJ的教育理念与我的一致,致力于满足学生的多样发展需求并为学生提供多种渠道帮助他们发挥潜力。我相信同学们能在ASJ发光发热展现风采。





明敏

高中语文老师



明敏,西南大学比较文学与世界文学专业硕士,拥有九年班主任、三届毕业班带班经验,五次荣获优秀班主任荣誉称号,丰富的香港DSE中国语文、中国文学教学经验。





潘尧

高中化学老师



大家好,我是化学老师潘尧。本人曾留学于德国亚琛大学并完成本科学士学位,并在香港科技大学完成硕士研究生学位。


多年的留学经历对我教学理念有着深远的影响,个人认为教学除了要讲解清楚课本的内容外,更重要的是帮助学生理解知识并再输出,因此在教学过程过我会以提问和引导的方式让学生思考,启发学生;通过形象的比喻和生活中的例子使得学生的认知不止停留于课本,更激发学生身边事物的好奇心。


此外多年的海外生活也让我体会到了独立思考,具有批判性思维的重要性,因此培养学生批判性思维和自主学习的能力,也是本人教育理念的重要组成部分。因此我希望在教育过程中学生和老师能进行良性的讨论并提出自己的观点,培养学生思想上的多元性。


除了学科知识的传授以外,本人也有着广泛的兴趣,动如羽毛球,斯诺克,静如手工艺,摄影都略懂一二。希望在未来的师生交流中有更深入的交流。





孙永实

高中语文老师



2018年年底,孙永实从英国硕士毕业,投身到北京的一所创新型国际化学校的创校工作中,在这三年中他也走访了一大批国内外的各类学校。之后的两年,孙永实来到深圳,在一所知名国际学校里专注进行高中中文跨学科、跨课程教学与教研。在孙永实的从教生涯中,他一直专注于尝试解决一个核心问题——那就是在“祛魅的时代”如何为学生树立人文主义精神。在优绩主义和人工智能风行的今天,学校里的中文课,就更应当承担起让学生成长为一个全人的责任。希望孙永实和同事们能一起在ASJ有更多成功的教育实践。





汪闵

大家好,我是汪闵,毕业于湖北师范大学,汉语言文学专业,担任多年的初高中班主任,语文备课组长和教研组长工作,秉持着教育是发现人,完善人,塑造人的理念,引导学生挖掘自身潜能,成就更好的自我,用学识和责任担当,以面对未来。


同时,在语文教学上,重视学生的主体性,通过自主探究合作的学习方式引导学生进行主题化学习,大单元学习,体验式学习等,培养语文学习兴趣,构建知识体系,提升文学素养,学生能认识和理解语文的实用性和审美特性。



在阅读中,文学中汲取心灵的力量,做优秀传统文化的继承者和弘扬者。在教学实践中,我曾荣获厦门市“三项主题”活动先进个人,参与指导的厦门市青少年科技创新大赛实践活动“探寻鼓浪风华,感受自然与人文之美”荣获三等奖和厦门市思明区单元作业设计奖及优秀指导老师奖,也曾多次指导学生荣获作文和演讲比赛的市级奖项。现在,我站在新的起点,将与ASJ的同仁们一起,为培养具备家国情怀、民族自信心和文化自豪感的人才,着力奋进,为大湾区的教育事业发展描绘更宏伟的蓝图。





许鸿哲

高中数学老师



大家好,我是许鸿哲,广州暨大港澳子弟学校高中部的数学老师。我本科毕业于密歇根州立大学数学系,并在伊利诺伊香槟分校获得教育心理学硕士学位。


我的教育方针更加注重于对知识点的理解与运用,练习是必要的,但绝不是单纯练习那么简单,数学概念往往是环环相扣的,有时候你题目做多了只是记住了这类题目的做法,并没有理解知识点的本质,这样只会给你一个你理解的假象,并且会对之后知识点的学习造成一定影响,而我们要做的就是尽力帮学生规避这种情况,让他们学习的更加扎实。


另一方面,我认为在学习中结合学生们的个人爱好也是非常重要的,教师们应该更密切的和学生进行沟通交流,让学生的潜力得到更好地开发,在国内,普通高中更加注重应试技巧,往往忽略了学生其他方面的能力,我们应该明白,学习不是学生成长过程的全部。最后希望广州暨大港澳子弟学校越办越好,学生们也能考上自己理想的大学!





杨郑强

Hello大家好,我是物理教师杨郑强,很荣幸加入广州暨大港澳子弟学校。


我在英国伦敦大学玛丽女王学院取得博士学位,回国后曾担任A-level学科教学,之后在广州市第二中学任教两年,教学方式灵活,深受学生喜爱。


我也兼任竞赛指导,多名学生荣获省市级奖项。

我对国内和国际教育体系有较为全面的了解,希望进一步探索课程融合,打造适用于我们ASJ学子的特色课程体验,助力学生成绩进步、全面发展!

Cathy Cai

High school Economics teacher



Hello, I am Cathy Cai, graduated from the University of Manchester, UK, majoring in Finance. Before joining ASJ, I have been teaching IGCSE Economics, Alevel Economics, AP Economics and OSSD Business for many years in training institutions and international schools.


Some students may feel nervous because they have never been exposed to economics before, but don't worry, my teaching expertise lies in my clear logic, and I am good at distilling heavy knowledge points in a concise way to build an overall learning framework for students and efficiently summarize the important and difficult points of the course. Economics is an interesting humanities subject that is closely related to our lives, so I encourage students to combine their knowledge with their lives to gain a clearer view of the world from a novel perspective.



As a teacher, my educational philosophy is that a good teacher should take preaching as his responsibility and mission, preaching before teaching. What I want to pass on to the children is not only the knowledge of economics in the textbooks, but more importantly, to bring them positive energy. Fate has brought us together as teachers and students, and I hope we can illuminate each other along the way.

Hello, my name is Lexin Gao. I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Education, I have an advanced certificate in TESOL, and I used to be a volunteer in the British Overseas Refugee Camp Program.

I believe that education is not only in the classroom, but helping students to "open up" and "see" is the best education.

I graduated from the University of Exeter the UK with my Master degree in Social Sciences, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with my Bachelor degree in Humanities, and University of Hong Kong with my Postgraduate Diploma in Education respectively. In the course of many years of teaching, I have tried various teaching methods to meet different learning needs of the students.

Citizenship and Social Development, and Humanities subjects cover a wide range of concepts. Teachers should have a good understanding of "Hong Kong under “One Country, Two Systems”", "Our Country since Reform and Opening-up" and "Interconnectedness and Interdependence of the Contemporary World". They also need to have a thorough grasp of relevant concepts, understand the appropriate answering skills and constructive teaching to train students’ thinking ability in order to make the lesson with high quality of teaching effectiveness.



My educational philosophy focuses on teaching by example. The foundation of education is moral education. Teachers should take it as their duty to cultivate students’ good character and positive thinking concept in life. As a teacher at the Affiliated School of JNU For Hong Kong & Macao Students, I will make use of my professional and practical teaching method in cooperation with interactive and interesting classroom activities to improve students' learning motivation and public examination results so that students can enter their dream universities lastly.

In order to enable students to learn in the ever-changing world of knowledge, I will use novel methods to effectively translate theory into classroom language, and cooperate with ASJ's characteristics and advantages. In doing so, students with different cultural backgrounds and learning needs can also develop their learning potential. I hope that all students in the upcoming academic year can fully devote themselves to campus life, set learning goals and pass all exams with flying colors!



Eric Huang

Hello, I'm Eric. My undergraduate degree is from the University of Northern Colorado, majoring in Mathematics Education, and I hold a teaching license in Colorado. My master's degree is from the University of Kansas, majoring in Mathematics, and my research is in the field of exchange algebra. After graduating and returning to China, I have been engaged in teaching international education. In teaching, I take students as the center, let students use their brains to think about math and do math with their hands, cultivate and improve students' thinking ability, and improve students' math skills and literacy. I am looking forward to growing with you in ASJ.



Jichao Li

High school Math teacher



Hello everyone! I am Mr. Li Jichao, a master of Beijing Normal University, who has published more than 20 papers in national journals. With more than 20 years of teaching experience, I have outstanding teaching achievements and have won many excellent teaching awards. At the same time, I am an Australian math competition coach, tutoring students to win international math competition awards. Talking about my education philosophy, I believe that today's education should focus on globalization vision and cultivate students' international awareness and cross-cultural communication skills. My teaching style is humorous and passionate, which makes students participate in the teaching process with great interest. The teaching method I use is mainly the differentiated teaching method, which pays attention to the individual differences of students in teaching, and makes sure that each student's ability can be developed according to his/her ability. I look forward to exploring the mysteries of mathematics with the students of ASJ, and I wish all the students of ASJ a successful learning experience and a bright future.



I think the following points are important in getting along with students and establishing a harmonious teacher-student relationship:

To respect students, a good teacher-student relationship should be built on the basis of mutual respect. Teachers should respect the individual differences of each student and treat each student fairly and justly. Teachers should value and respect students' opinions and ideas, and understand students' feelings, so as to establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship.

Trust in students, trust is the prerequisite for establishing a good teacher-student relationship. Teachers should give students enough trust, believe in their ability in the process of interacting with them, and believe in their potential in activities.

To communicate more with students, teachers and students should build a bridge of communication between them. Teachers should always listen to students' inner thoughts and suggestions.



Zhaohe Liang

High school Chemistry teacher



Hello teachers, my name is Liang Zhaohe, I am a chemistry teacher, and I am very happy to join the family of ASJ.

I graduated from the Chemistry Department of South China Normal University, majoring in Chemistry Education, and have more than 10 years of experience in domestic junior and senior high school chemistry education, during which more than half of the students I taught achieved excellent results in the midterm and senior high school exams, and were admitted to the district and municipal key senior high schools, or to the key universities in China, such as the South China University of Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, South China Normal University, South China Agricultural University, and so on; I have two years of experience in DSE teaching, and the students I taught were admitted to both Sichuan University of Clinical Medicine and Hong Kong University of Science & Technology. I also have two years of experience in teaching DSE, and the students I taught were admitted to Sichuan University of Clinical Medicine and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology at the same time. I have been awarded the title of "Excellent Staff" by Minshi Education and "Excellent Class Teacher" by Wendel School.



In teaching, I hope that students can do "learning to use", so in teaching I will combine with life examples to make students feel the close connection between chemistry and daily life, so that students have a more intuitive feeling, but also make students more interested in chemistry. In my regular teaching, I will present the DSE questions of the last few years to the students in time, so that they can have a clear understanding of the way the DSE questions are asked, the difficulty, and the test points. For students whose grades are not very satisfactory, I will utilize other time to give them solutions to their questions or improve them. I welcome students to come to me with their questions and discuss them with me, and I will use my experience and resources to help students solve all learning and life problems.

In classroom management, I will record the students' every detail in school, communicate with them about their learning and life, pay attention to their physical and mental growth, communicate with their parents in a timely manner, explore their interests and flashpoints, and help them to grow up in a holistic way. I will set up a reasonable system of rewards and punishments for the students, so that the outstanding students will be recognized and respected, and the students who have made mistakes can be corrected in their mistakes.



yu Liu

High school English teacher



Liu Yu, graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore with a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics. I am more like a friend to my students than a teacher. I am sensitive to students' needs and their strengths. Therefore, I tend to favor student-centered teaching methods, including task-based teaching and problem-driven teaching. For example, I will conduct group discussions, peer-to-peer tasks, and classroom presentations in class.

In addition to being a teacher, I have translated a collection of poems written by a professor at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and the translation was published in 2017.

ASJ's educational philosophy is in line with mine in that it is committed to meeting the diverse developmental needs of its students and providing them with multiple avenues to help them realize their potential. I am confident that my students will be able to shine and show their talents at ASJ.



Min Ming

High school Chinese teacher



Min Ming , Master of Comparative and World Literature from Southwest University, has nine years of experience as a classroom teacher, three years of experience in leading graduating classes, won the honorary title of Outstanding Classroom Teacher for five times, and has rich experience in teaching Chinese Language and Chinese Literature in Hong Kong DSE.

High school Chemistry teacher



Hello, I am Pan Yao, a chemistry teacher. I have studied at the University of Aachen in Germany and completed my bachelor's degree, and I have completed my master's degree at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

My years of study abroad experience has had a profound impact on my teaching philosophy. I personally believe that in addition to explaining the content of the textbook clearly, it is more important to help students understand the knowledge and output, so in the teaching process I will ask questions and guide the way to let the students think, to inspire the students; through the use of graphic analogies and life examples to make the students' cognition is not only stuck in the textbook, but also to stimulate the curiosity of the students of the things around them. I am curious about the things around me.

In addition, my many years of living abroad have made me realize the importance of independent thinking and critical thinking, so cultivating students' critical thinking and independent learning ability is also an important part of my educational philosophy. Therefore, I hope that in the education process, students and teachers can have positive discussions and put forward their own opinions, so as to cultivate students' diversity of thought.

In addition to teaching subjects, I have a wide range of interests, such as badminton, snooker, handicrafts and photography. I hope to have more in-depth exchanges with students and teachers in the future.



Yongshi Sun

High school Chinese teacher



At the end of 2018, Sun Yongshi graduated from his Master's degree in the UK and joined the founding of an innovative international school in Beijing, where he also visited a large number of schools of all kinds, both domestic and international, over the course of three years. In the following two years, Sun Yongshi moved to Shenzhen to focus on interdisciplinary and cross-curricular teaching and research of Chinese in high school at a well-known international school. Throughout his teaching career, Sun Yongshi has focused on trying to solve one core problem - how to build a humanistic spirit in students in an era of "disenchantment". Today, with meritocracy and artificial intelligence in vogue, Chinese language classes in schools should take on the responsibility of helping students grow into whole people. We hope that Sun Yongshi and his colleagues will work together to create more successful educational practices at ASJ.



Min Wang

High school Chinese teacher



Hello, I am Wang Min, graduated from Hubei Normal University, majoring in Chinese Language and Literature, served as a junior high and high school classroom teacher for many years, the language preparation team leader and head of the teaching and research team, upholding the education is to find people, perfect people, shaping the concept of human beings, guiding students to tap into their own potential, to achieve a better self, with the knowledge and responsibility to take on the role of the future to face. At the same time, in language teaching, pay attention to the student's subjectivity, through independent inquiry and cooperative learning methods to guide students to thematic learning, large unit learning, experiential learning, etc., to cultivate the interest in language learning, build knowledge system, enhance the literary literacy, students can recognize and understand the practical and aesthetic characteristics of the language.

Hongzhe Xu

High school Math teacher



Hello everyone, I am Xu Hongzhe, a mathematics teacher in ASJ. I have an undergraduate degree in mathematics from Michigan State University and a master's degree in educational psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My educational style focuses more on the understanding and application of concepts. Practice is necessary, but it is by no means as simple as practice. Mathematical concepts are often interlocking. Sometimes you do too many questions and just remember them. You does not understand the essence of concepts, which will only give you a false impression that you understand. This will affect the learning of concepts later, and what we have to do is to try our best to help students avoid this situation, so that They learn more solidly. On the other hand, I think it is also very important to combine students' personal hobbies in learning. Teachers should communicate with students more closely so that students' potential can be better developed. In China, ordinary high schools pay more attention to test-taking Skills and often ignore the abilities of students in other aspects. We should understand that learning is not the whole process of students' growth. Finally, I hope that the Affiliated School of JNU will be better and better, and the students can also be admitted to their ideal universities!




Zhengqiang Yang

High school Physics teacher



Hello everyone, I am Zhengqiang Yang, a Physics teacher, and I am honored to join ASJ.

I received my PhD from Queen Mary, University of London, and after returning to China, I taught A-level subjects, and then taught at Guangzhou No.2 Middle School for two years, where my teaching style was flexible and popular among students.

I am also a competition coach, and many of my students have won provincial and municipal awards.

I have a comprehensive understanding of both domestic and international education systems, and I hope to further explore curriculum integration and create a unique curriculum experience for our ASJ students to help them make progress and develop holistically!
