UNESCO is an intergovernmental organization in charge of cultural affairs within the United Nations system. The organization was founded on November 6, 1946, with its headquarters in Paris, France.

This award has been successfully held three times since 2018 and has made five touring exhibitions in 27 countries, including France, Russia, Belarus and Switzerland. In the We Are the World international children's art exhibition, nearly 10,000 children from all over the world participated in the creation of the works, expressing their yearning for a better future of the world to the whole world.

Work requirements 作品要求
Paintings: specificationA3 (297mm*420mm) or four-open paper size (389mm*546mm).
Note:Three-dimensional painting materials are not accepted, wooden frame mounting isnot accepted, oil paintings are only canvas paintings, and works are notreturned by default. There is no limit on the form of the painting applicationfor certification, and the electronic copyright agrees to the public welfare ofthe organizing committee by default.
绘画作品：规格A3（297mm*420mm） 或者 四开（389mm*546mm）。
注：入展画作不接受立体画材，不接受木框装裱，油画仅限帆布画，作品默认不退还。认证申请画作形式不限，电子版权默认同意组委会公益无偿调用。
知识产权
1. The work submitted by the participant must be created or participated in by the participant himself, and the copyright and copyright of the work shall be clarified. The participant shall confirm the originality of his work. The organizer shall not bear the legal responsibility arising from the infringement of the rights of others (or unit) by the work, and the legal responsibility shall be borne by the participant himself.
参与者所提交的作品必须由参与者本人创作或参与创作，并明确作品的著作权及版权，参赛者应确认其作品的原创性，主办方不承担因作品侵犯他人（或单位）权利而产生的法律责任，其法律责任由参赛者本人承担。
2. The organizer has intellectual property rights and copyrights for all the award-winning works selected in this activity, and the organizer has the rights and interests of redesigning, producing, displaying, and publishing the corresponding design scheme. If there is a dispute over the copyright of the work in commercial use, the participants who provide the work shall bear the legal responsibility.
主办方对本次活动中评选的所有获奖作品拥有知识产权及版权，主办方享有对相应设计方案进行再设计、生产、展示、出版等权益。若作品在商业使用中其著作权存在争议，由提供作品的参与者承担法律责任。
3. The organizer has the right to display, report, and publicize all participating works. 主办方拥有对所有参与作品进行公益展示、报道、宣传的权利。
4. During the activity, participants shall not transfer or license their works to any third parties, and shall not use their works to participate in other activities that are the same or similar to this competition. 活动期间参与者不得将作品转让或许可给任何第三方，不得用参与作品参与其他与本赛事相同或类似的活动。
