The school canteen can accommodate about 500 people at the same time. The canteen has a dining area for primary and secondary schools, a buffet area, and a coffee and pastry making area. Furniture has been purchased according to age groups, and to prevent students from scratching, every sharp corner has been rounded off, and non-slip tiles have been used on the floor. 


学校餐厅可容纳约500人同时就餐。餐厅设置幼儿就餐区、 中小学就餐区,自助餐区、咖啡及糕点制作区。根据不同年龄段采购家具,为防止学生剐蹭, 每个尖角都做倒圆处理,地面也采用防滑砖。




The canteen is equipped with modern kitchen equipment such as automatic ordering and settlement system, automatic recycling system, automatic dishwasher, kitchen waste classification system, etc. The restaurant sets up special catering in consideration of the habits of different nationalities, and provides with healthy Chinese food, Western food, pasta, and pastries, aiming to satisfy every taste bud from all over the world.


学校餐厅设置自动点餐结算系统、自动回收系统、自动洗碗机、餐厨垃圾分类系统等现代化厨房设备,考虑不同民族习惯设置特色餐饮,提供少盐低油的中餐、西餐、面点、糕点等,应有尽有,满足世界各地的味蕾。

一丝不苟的餐厅管理规范


· Staff qualification: Practitioners are licensed to work.

· Processing management: Before washing vegetables, check whether there are signs of corruption and deterioration or other abnormal organoleptic properties shall not be used. · 食材贮存:原料,半成品按照指定的颜色周转筐区分摆放食材,定时检查冷冻库食材贮存情况。



· Food distribution: It is required to make preparations before serving food, and hand washing and disinfection are required when entering the food preparation room. The food preparation staff should wear gloves and masks and work clothes. The staff must dress neatly and tidy, the mask must cover the mouth and nose well, and boil the water in the heat preservation table in advance to ensure the temperature of the food.


· 菜品分餐:要求供餐前做好准备工作,进入备餐间必须洗手消毒。分餐人员戴好手套、口罩,穿好工衣。工作人员穿戴必须整齐、整洁,口罩必须将口鼻遮盖好,并提前将保温台的水烧开,保证食品温度。


· Disinfection of tableware: Tableware should be washed in a timely manner after use, and food and drink utensils, containers and tools holding or touching directly imported food should be disinfected before use.


· 餐具消毒:餐用具使用后应及时洗净,餐饮具、盛放或接触直接入口食品的容器和工具使用前应消毒。


· Disinfection: The kitchen area of the restaurant is cleaned and disinfected daily.


· 消毒:餐厅厨房区域每日进行清洁消毒。

ISA Wuhan canteen has a stable and reliable procurement system with traceability of ingredients and raw materials, an independent logistics platform, and co-operation with international famous brand superstores as well as domestic excellent green and organic farms direct sourcing suppliers, to ensure the fresh delivery of ingredients every day, and to ensure the traceability of each and every ingredient.

· Vegetables, fruits, eggs, meat, soy products, rice, flour, snacks, vegetables, aquatic products, seasonings, dry goods, grain and oil, snacks, bread, dairy products, all from regular suppliers of food ingredients, are with regular food business licence and food safety management system certification.


· 蔬菜、水果,鸡蛋,肉类,豆制品,米,粉面,点心、蔬菜、水产、调料,干货,粮油,点心,面包、奶制品,均采自正规食材供应商,均具备正规食品经营许可和食品安全管理体系认证。


· The brands of the suppliers are all from well-known regular enterprises.


· 供货商合作品牌均出自知名正规企业。


· The restaurant operation team regularly visits the supplier's address to conduct on-site inspections.


· 餐厅运营团队定期前往供应商地址进行实地考察


· Food acceptance personnel must be familiar with the various varieties of food and raw materials used in the school and the relevant standards, food safety management and procurement of documents and invoices management and other legal and regulatory requirements. At ISA Wuhan, the canteen is not only a place to eat, but also a multi-functional and comfortable living space for relaxation, socialising, learning and broadening students' horizons. 


在武汉爱莎,餐厅不仅是吃饭的地方,更是一个集合休闲、社交、学习及开阔视野的多功能舒适生活空间。



Monthly global food festivals, such as the Italian Food Festival, the Spanish Food Festival, the Mid-Autumn Festival, etc., are held in the dining hall, allowing students to taste flavours from all over the world and learn to appreciate different cultures around the world. Regular diet and nutrition classes, boarding dinners, birthday parties  and Open Mic during the lunch time are also held in the dining hall, adding a warm campus memory to students' after-school life.
