Student A is a grade 10 student, and he mentioned that his choice to study art stemmed from childhood interests. Starting with simple doodles as a child, he embarked on a journey of curiosity and a thirst for knowledge in the field of art. He noted that studying at ISA Wenhua Arts Centrehas helped him explore more effectively, find his suitable niche, and discover his professional direction.

英国艺术名校暑期游学回顾

With the strong support of ISA International Education Group and ISA Wenhua Arts Centre, ISA Liwan has introduced a Visual Arts High School program (Grade 9-12). This program is designed to children pursuing an international art path, cultivating artists and designers with a global perspective and international competitiveness.

It has left Yuki, who has spent many years living in the art communities both domestically and internationally, deeply surprised. She remarked, "Many schools typically view art as just a subject, which falls short in adequately preparing students for their future academic endeavors at art universities abroad. In contrast, ISA has taken a more comprehensive approach to art education."

Different from traditional art education, students can balance both academic and Art courses, ensuring development in both areas. Additionally, ISA Wenhua Arts Centre provides comprehensive development in creative thinking, critical thinking, and language skills, helping children enhance their personal professional capabilities and overall competence.

Regarding artistic learning, we not only emphasize theoretical but also offer ample practical facilities and equipment. Yuki, teacher of Art & Design, points out, "In addition to providing an environment for art and English, we have equipped students with resources such as 3D printers, sewing machines, professional workstations, and more to meet their needs during the creative process. These resources offer students more opportunities to express their unique artistic creations in diverse ways."

Furthermore, the art center regularly hosts various art workshops, such as silk screen printing and Mandala weaving art. In the silk screen printing workshop, Yuki shares the production techniques and processes face-to-face with everyone, providing hands-on instruction for students to personally experience the charm of this art form. From choosing their favorite images, to the final step of printing their own creations on T-Shirts and Tote Bags, these activities offer students an opportunity to explore the fashion field, nurturing their observation and analysis skills, personal expression, and imagination.

We also encourage students to participate in international summer schools and summer camps. In the summer of 2023, students from ISA Wenhua Arts Centre attended the University of the Arts London's summer school and a summer camp in British. During this experience, students not only appreciated the world's most abundant decorative arts and design works, but also learned about art styles from different eras and regions. They acquired proficiency in various production techniques and material applications, among other skills. This has had a tremendous impact in enhancing students' artistic literacy and aesthetic abilities, broadening their perspectives and thinking, igniting their imagination and creativity, as well as strengthening their practical skills and expressiveness.

Every student and teacher's story showcases how the education experience at ISA Liwan helps children develop creativity, problem-solving skills, and a lifelong passion for learning. This is a genuine embodiment of ISA Wenhua Arts Centre,'s vision.
