爱莎国际教育集团倾力打造的“爱莎社圈”小程序是一个为家长提供一系列丰富功能和信息资源的强大平台，融合了CCA选课、赛事报名、校服订购、记录学生成长轨迹等功能，旨在增强家校联系，搭建家校沟通桥梁。
爱莎商城提供24小时在线购物服务，家长可随时随地浏览所需商品，并自行选择所需款式、尺寸和数量，一键即可完成下单。学生和家长无需亲临现场即可完成校服购买，让订购不再繁琐，既省时又省力。

如您未注册爱莎圈账号，请先在“爱莎社圈”小程序完成注册，以保障您的商品选择不受限制。
方法1. 手机号授权登录：如首次登录选择“手机号授权登录”，可点击“添加学生”，再点击“更新与获取“爱莎圈”学生信息” 。
方法2. 爱莎圈账号登录：如果首次登录选择“爱莎圈账号登录”，会自动获取学生信息。以后可直接用“手机号授权登录”。
更新成功后，可看到您在爱莎圈绑定过的学生，选择学生后即可选购校服。

Method 1. Phone Authorization Login: If you are logging in for the first time, select "Authorized Login" and click "Add Student," then click "Update and Get 'ISA Community' Student Information."
Method 2. ISA Community Account Login: If you are logging in for the first time, select "ISA Community Account Login," and it will automatically get student information. In the future, you can directly use "Authorized Login."
After successful update, you will be able to see the students you have previously linked in the ISA Community . Once you select a student, you can proceed to purchase school uniforms.

一般情况下，下单后商品将于48小时内发出（法定节假日除外）。您的包裹可能由不同供应商分开发出。
如不确定校服尺寸，学校可在工作日提供试穿服务，校服商店位于学校C栋103；建议学生在试穿后购买。如孩子体格特别，学校提供定制校服服务，因定制周期较长，定制商品不予退款。
请严格按照洗涤指引清洗和晾晒校服，深色浅色衣物请分开清洗，尽量不使用烘干机，以免羊毛类产品等大幅缩水。
校服为私人贴身物品，货物只能因为质量问题退款。如您购买的校服不适合孩子，在未拆吊牌、未经水洗、不影响二次销售的前提下，我们建议您更换尺码，换货所产生的快递费需要由您支付（换货商品寄出完成后，请在“爱莎商城”相关订单中填写物流单号）。
需修改订单信息的，如订单为“待发货”状态，请您联系校服专员修改备注，或取消之前的订单后重新下单；如订单显示“已发货”，请您在收到快递后再进行调换服务。
商城满450元包邮。如您的订单总价少于450元需支付15元的邮费。为避免快递丢失，校服商店将不代收您购买的校服，收件地点建议填写您的住址。

Please strictly follow the washing instructions for cleaning and drying school uniforms. Wash dark and light-colored garments separately and avoid using a dryer to prevent significant shrinkage, especially for woolen products.
About Returns and Exchanges
School uniforms are personal items which can only be refunded in case of quality issues. If the school uniform you purchase doesn't fit your child, we suggest exchanging it for a different size only if the price tags are intact, the item hasn't been washed, and it can still be resold.You will be responsible for the shipping fee for exchanging items (after the exchanged items are shipped, please provide the tracking number in the order of 'ISA Store').
If you need to modify order information, for example the order is in 'Pending Shipment' status, please contact the school uniform specialist to update the notes or cancel the previous order and place a new one. If the order status shows 'Shipped,' please initiate an exchange service after receiving the delivery.
The mall offers free shipping for orders over ¥450. If your order total is less than ¥450 , a ¥15 shipping fee will apply. To prevent losses, the school uniform shop will not accept the school uniforms you purchased online. We recommend providing your residential address as the delivery location.
