Originated from 5S management in Japan, 6S is a set of effective management of personnel, equipment, materials and other production factors. As the basis of all management work, 5S has played a huge role in shaping corporate image, reducing costs, safe production, site improvement and standardization, standardization and other aspects. School as a special institution, we also need this efficient management mode to build up our teaching quality and learning environment.
Driven by 6S management, our campus will become cleaner, more orderly and safer. The quality of personnel will also be significantly improved, forming a civilized, polite, rule-based campus culture. Compared with 5S management of enterprises, 6S management of schools pays more attention to the cultivation of students' quality and the construction of campus culture.
We hope that all teachers and students can consciously, actively and actively participate in the practice of 6S management, and gradually improve their quality through daily norms of behavior. 6S management is not only the basic norm of school management and the basic project to improve quality, but also the long-term guarantee of safety work and the best publicity of the school image.
According to the weekly routine requirements, the administrative leadership of the Huamei Foreign Language School(Hong Kong Department) carried out a comprehensive 6S inspection of classrooms, functional rooms and students' dormitories in Week 12 (November 13-15). During the inspection process, all rooms were kept neat and tidy on the whole. The safety hazards of each room were eliminated and the substandard classrooms were rectified, which effectively protect the property of the school and the safety of students.
In the process of 6S management, we will gradually improve the management system and form management characteristics. We believe that through our joint efforts, our campus will become more beautiful, let's work together to achieve this goal!
