以英美名校作为申请目标而设立的升学项目，英国方向包括牛津大学、剑桥大学、帝国理工学院、伦敦大学学院、伦敦政治经济大学，美国方向包括藤校+美国排名前20大学。

项目将采用导师制，每位同学都将配备一位辅导员。导师将全面了解孩子优势和弱项，定期与孩子面谈并给予指导。及时追踪反馈学生的日常表现，掌握大学相关专业录取要求，并及时与学生沟通找出差距。

The program will adopt a tutorial system, and each student will be assigned a counselor. The tutor will have a thorough understanding of the child's strengths and weaknesses, and will meet with the child regularly to provide guidance. They keep timely track and give feedback on students' daily performance, help students to grasp the admission requirements of relevant majors in the university, and communicate with students to find out the gaps in time.

为了帮助学生们更好的达到名校录取要求，项目设立很多相关的阶段性目标，包括了学术水平、课外活动、语言、竞赛等学校申请比较重视的方面：

In order to help students better meet the admission requirements of elite schools, the program has set a number of relevant phased goals, including academic level, extracurricular activities, language, competition and other aspects that schools attach importance to:

• 阅读：每学期完成两本书的阅读，英文版、与专业相关的书，包括目标大学专业大一教材。

  Reading: Finish reading two books each semester. They should be in original English and related to the majors, including freshman textbooks for the target university.

  
  

• 学科竞赛：至少参加三次学科竞赛，获奖至少一次，包括数学、物理、生物、化学、经济等等学科。

  Discipline competitions: Participate in at least three discipline competitions and win at least one prize, including mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry, economics and other disciplines.

  
  

• 项目式学习PBL：在导师指导下，独立完成：确定研究方向-->确定主题-->提出问题与假设结论-->实验或调研-->数据处理-->总结与展示；或者参加参加EPQ，优势是在申请大学（尤其英联邦大学）时可以折算Tariff points。

  Project-based learning PBL: Under the guidance of the tutor, complete independently: determine the research direction --> Determine the theme --> Propose questions and hypothesized conclusions --> experiment or investigation --> Data processing --> summary and presentation; Or participate in the EPQ, the advantage is that you can convert to Tariff points when applying to universities (especially Commonwealth universities).

近期的一场讲座，我们就邀请到了剑桥大学两位校方代表——唐宁学院招生官Dr. Kamran Yunus和学术拓展SCA项目运营总监Dr Mengmeng Wang为同学们带来最新鲜的名校申请干货，并从学术成绩、个人陈述、课外拓展、面试等方面讲述了剑桥大学对申请者的要求和考察。

In a recent lecture, we invited two representatives of the University of Cambridge -- Dr. Kamran Yunus, Head Admission Tutor at Downing College, and Dr. Mengmeng Wang, Head of Operations Super-Curricular Programme. They provided the most practical advice on how to apply for prestigious universities and Cambridge’s requirements on applicants from the aspects of academic performance, personal statement, extracurricular development, interview and so on.

Dr Mengmeng Wang gave a detailed introduction to Downing College's long history and unique college system. In particular, she noted that Cambridge University values students who apply for a major that matches their interests and are able to complete their studies, who will have a strong drive and passion for learning, and the ability to apply subject knowledge to practical problems.

Dr. Kamran Yunus shared key information on the application and assessment of the University of Cambridge, as well as very practical advice for students who want to apply to Cambridge. 同学们的学科竞赛能力，也是「牛剑+」项目的重点目标之一。为了让同学们了解更多竞赛，深度体验参赛过程，近期上海美达菲也邀请了专业老师为同学们详细讲解规划。

在讲座过程中，老师为同学们介绍了iGEM国际基因工程机器大赛，合成生物学领域最高水平的国际性学术竞赛之一，同时也是中国教育部认可的13项顶级竞赛之一。要求参赛者完成相应的实验，锻炼学术能力和团队协作能力，赛况和研究成果受到顶级学术期刊和媒体的广泛关注和专题报道，具有广泛的国际影响力。

During the lecture, the teacher introduced to the students the iGEM International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition, one of the highest level international academic competitions in the field of synthetic biology, and one of the 13 top competitions recognized by the Ministry of Education of China. Participants are required to complete corresponding experiments to exercise their academic ability and teamwork ability. The competition and research results have been widely concerned and reported by top academic journals and media, and have wide international influence.

以「基因手环」为主题，老师还带同学们体验了实验过程。也就是通过一个简单的生物实验，来提取口腔上皮细胞中的 DNA，并转移到模具中，亲手制作专属于你的基因手环，穿戴在身，成为独一无二的专属饰品。

With the theme of "gene bracelet", the teacher also took the students to experience the experiment process. That is, through a simple biological experiment, to extract the DNA in oral epithelial cells, and transfer it to the mold, personally make your own gene bracelet, wear it, and become a unique exclusive jewelry.

通过本次活动，让同学们不仅能在实操中感受 DNA 具象化，对已有的知识有更加深刻的认知，还能收获专属于自己的基因手环，埋下生命科学启迪的种子，敲开了生物科学实验的大门，也为将来名校申请之路增加了竞争力！

Through this activity, students can not only feel the embodiment of DNA in practical operation, have a deeper understanding of the existing knowledge, but also harvest their own gene bracelet.
