有这么一群可爱的人，他们是校园里的逆行者。每天牺牲自己的午休时间，进行志愿服务。有这么一群无私奉献的人，他们是图书馆里的园丁，帮助图书馆井然有序。他们就是华外知鉴图书馆兢兢业业的志愿者们！

There is a lovely group of students in FLS. They always sacrifice their lunch break every day to engage in voluntary service, help to keep the library organized and orderly. They are the library students volunteers.

本学期华外知鉴图书馆共招募志愿者25名。均来自CEP中学七、八年级，他们经过报名、面试、培训后，负责图书馆的书籍上架、整理、馆内纪律维护等工作。如今让我们一起回顾一下志愿者的优异表现吧！

The main library has recruited 25 volunteers in this semester. All of them are from Grade 7 and grade 8 of CEP Middle School. They did a great job on their duty and improved their skills on organizing a public place.

新学期，新起点

New semester, New starting point!

本学期初，在同学们熟悉校园后，图书馆发布了招募志愿者的通知。很多同学积极提交申请表格。在经过图书管理员的面试筛选后，25位志愿者脱颖而出。

At the beginning of the semester, after students became familiar with school, the library issued a notice of volunteer recruitment. Many students have actively submitted the application forms. After being interviewed by librarians, 25 volunteers were selected.

随后，图书馆组织了一次志愿者培训。向志愿者们介绍了华外图书馆志愿者管理规定，以及书籍摆放规则。并邀请上学年优秀志愿者分享她们志愿服务的收获和感悟，并且将自己整理书架和摆放书籍的心得与新上任的志愿者们分享。

Subsequently, the library organized a volunteer training session. The librarian introduced to the volunteers the regulations on the management and the rules on the discharge of books. We also invited outstanding volunteers for the last school year to share their harvest and insights of volunteer service, and shared their experience of organizing shelves and placing books with the new volunteers.

在经过志愿者面试、培训、分组一系列的工作后，五支志愿服务小分队正式成立。他们满怀着热情与憧憬，踏上了新学期志愿服务的征程。

After a series of volunteer interviews, training and grouping, five volunteer service teams were formally established. Full of enthusiasm and longing, they set foot on the journey of volunteer service in the new semester.

志愿服务始于心，终于行

Volunteering begins with the heart and ends with action

如果中午，你来到华外知鉴图书馆，你就会看到这么一群小天使。他们身披绶带，推着蓝色的还书车，车上是当天馆内读者未归架的书籍。你还会听到车轮摩擦地面，发出的咕噜咕噜的声音，这是志愿者们推着小书车在各个书架之间穿梭，将书籍放到正确的位置上，并将杂乱的书架，依次整理整齐。

If you come to the library at noon, you will see such a group of little angels. They wore ribbons and pushed blue carts with return books that day. You can also hear the wheels rubbing against the ground, which is the volunteers pushing carts between the shelves, putting the books in the right place, and arranging the messy shelves in order.

华外知鉴图书馆志愿者们一共分为5个小组。分别负责周一到周五的志愿服务工作，在各组组长的带领下，志愿者们每天按时到达岗位，打卡签到，准时高效的完成分领任务后，再打卡签退。日复一日，周复一周，截止2023年12月24日，图书馆志愿者共计志愿服务70次，服务时长共276.56个小时，完成书籍归架4595册，整理书架、杂志、绘本共计54次，为图书馆有序运转贡献了一份力量。

The volunteers of the Library are divided into five groups. Responsible for the volunteer service from Monday to Friday. Under the leadership of each group leader, the volunteers arrive at their posts on time every day, complete the task on time and efficiently, and then punch in and sign out. Day after day, week after week, until December 24,2023, the library volunteers have served for 70 times, serving a total of 276.56 hours, completed 4,595 books, and arranged bookshelves, magazines and picture books for 54 times, contributing to the orderly operation of the library.

团结合作同携手，共进步

Collaboration and team work makes progress together.

在志愿者共同的努力下，本学期共有24名志愿者被评为“优秀志愿者”他们每天中午都会准时出现在图书馆，将杂乱的书籍按照正确的顺序摆放在书架上。他们默默无闻、尽心尽责，用耐心、细致和热情认真完成每一项任务。在他们身上，我们看到了“奉献、友爱、互助、进步”的志愿者精神。同时图书馆根据每位志愿者的学期综合表现，评选出“优秀志愿服务小组”、“学期最佳志愿者”、“志愿之星”等奖项。

Thanks to the joint efforts of volunteers,a total of 24 volunteers who were awarded "outstanding volunteers", showed up at the library at noon every day, placing their books on the shelves in the right order. They are unknown, conscientious, patient, meticulous and enthusiasm to complete each task seriously. We see the volunteer spirit of "dedication, friendship, mutual assistance and progress". At the same time, according to the comprehensive performance of each volunteer, the library selected "Excellent Volunteer Service Group", "Best Volunteer in the semester", "The Volunteer of the Year" and other awards.

中小学开展志愿服务，是学生德育教育中的重要环节。学生参与志愿服务，既可以学习到课文上不曾接触的知识，同时也锻炼了自己的组织能力、团结协作能力，在服务中体会自我价值的实现。希望这段志愿服务经历在未来可以成为志愿者们人生中的珍贵回忆。

The voluntary service in primary and secondary schools is an important link in students' moral education. When students participate in volunteer service, they can not only learn some knowledge that they have not been touched in the class, but also exercise their organizational ability, the ability of unity and cooperation, and realize the realization of self-value in the service.
