时光如梭，学期结束。一学期结束，新年也即将到来，成长与新年共庆，收获与幸福共鸣。本着尊重、信任、乐观、关怀的启发潜能教育理念，CEP中学在学期末结束时，举行了仪式感满满的散学典礼和幸福分享会，总结回顾同学们一学期的成长与收获，数算孩子的每个闪光点；和家长一起坐下来聊聊，共话教育与成长，心灵碰撞、智慧交融，种下新年期盼与超越的种子，助就孩子美好未来。

散学典礼依然是同学们的主场，同学们各展其才，策划组织、活动主持、物资整理、环境布置等各项内容井井有条，散学典礼也是一场考验班级合作的重要活动，也是孩子综合能力和领导力的体现。生活即教育，华外的每一场活动都是孩子学习成长的平台。

家校紧密联系，共同关注学生成长和发展，共享我校高质量发展硕果。在散学典礼之后，CEP中学进行了“分享教育的幸福，享受成长的快乐”幸福分享会。

After the sprom-school ceremony, CEP Middle School held a happiness sharing meeting of "sharing the happiness of education and enjoying the happiness of growth".

一、精心筹备、为爱赋能：为了让“幸福分享会”更有氛围，各班精心准备，用心创设会议环境。

二、同心相聚、共话成长：在分享会上，老师、家长和学生进行深度交流。学生分享了自己一学期的学习成果。从自己的成长变化，到老师、同学、学校带给自己的改变，同学们侃侃而谈，自信自豪。老师也分享同学们的闪光点，对孩子进行正向的反馈和引导，根据各科实际情况对同学们提出了实际的指导和温馨的提醒。家长则分享自己看到的孩子的变化，也谈谈自己在学校的影响下做了哪些调整。

最后三方合力，共同制定假期小目标和下学期目标并逐步推进。
