A football ignites passion. A green field shows youthful charm. Our football team is a sport that extremely demonstrates the harmonious coexistence of friendship and honor. Swift sprinting, close cooperation, and precise passing are all for the team's honor. In the side-by-side fighting, they know what sportsmanship is among all the competitions and cooperation, and they have harvested sincere friendships as well.

音乐响起，脚尖踮起，舞步轻盈，一场视觉与听觉的盛宴即将开启。啦啦操校队每一次表演，都让观众为之动容，为之震撼。他们，不仅是舞台上的明星，更是校园文化多元的代表，让每个学生都能在青春的旋律中领略美的真谛。

With music playing, tiptoeing, and dancing, a feast for the eyes and ears was about to begin. Every performance of the cheerleading school team makes the audience moved and shocked. They are not only the stars on the stage, but also the representatives of campus culture diversity, so that every student can appreciate the true meaning of beauty in the melody of youth.

羽毛球运动是以挑、吊、扣、杀为基本动作，结合移、跨、转、跑等步伐为一身的全身运动。长时间坚持能够改善身体的协调、敏捷等反应能力，增强柔韧、体格、力量等身体素质。 

Badminton is a whole-body sport with picking, hanging, snapping, and killing as the basic movements, combined with moving, crossing, turning, and running as the pace of the whole body. Long-term persistence can improve the body's coordination, agility, and other reaction abilities, and enhance flexibility, physical fitness, strength, and other physical qualities.

田径项目中不凡的气魄和魅力，蕴藏着巨大的潜力。在红色的跑道上，田径校队的健儿们飞奔着，双手摆动着青春，双腿凝聚着力量，与空气磨擦出力与美的火花。每一次的奔跑，每一次的跳跃，每一次的投掷，都在挑战自我，突破极限。主要学习内容以跑。跳、投专项技能训练为主，如：100米短跑、800/1000长跑、铅球投掷、跳远田赛等相关的田径项目。培养优秀运动员，培养体育特长生，为学生体育考高中提供机会，同时能够拓展学生在速度、灵敏、力量、爆发、耐力、柔韧、协调等方面的运动素养，为中考体育升学打下坚实的运动根基。

The extraordinary verve and charm of the track and field program holds great potential. On the red track, the varsity track and field team athletes are flying, their hands swinging with youth, their legs gathering strength, rubbing sparks of power and beauty with the air. Every run, every jump, every throw challenges the self and breaks through the limit. The main learning content is running, jumping, and throwing special skills training, such as 100-meter sprint, 800/1000 long-distance running, shot-throwing long jump field events, and other related track and field events. Cultivating outstanding athletes, sports specialists provide opportunities for students to take the school sports test, and at the same time be able to expand the students ' speed, sensitivity, strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and other aspects of the sports quality, for the secondary school sports advancement to lay a solid foundation of sports.

游泳队队员主要来自七八年级，游泳队全体队员在教练员指导下，始终贯彻以学习为主利用业余时间训练的原则，刻苦训练，努力实践着严实向上永不言败的拼搏精神。游泳的岁月总是充满昂扬和冷静，万般豪情与梦想，融入了绚丽的水花。一届又一届游泳人日复一日地坚持训练，愈挫愈勇、挑战极限，诠释着阳华外游泳健儿劈波斩浪的精神。

Swimming team members are from G7 and G8, swimming who are under the guidance of all members of coaching staff the team, always implementing the principle of study-oriented use of spare time for hard training, and striving to practice the spirit of rigorous upward and never give up. Swimming training is always full of exuberance and calm, all kinds of passion and dreams, incorporated into the gorgeous splash.  Swimmers insisted on training day after day, becoming more and more courageous and challenging the limit, interpreting the spirit of CEP swimmers to break the waves.

这是速度的狂飙，这是激情的碰撞，这是团队的配合，在每一场充满未知与挑战的比赛中，热血澎湃 挥洒汗水，推动儿童⻘少年广泛参与健身活动，增强体质，形成良好的示范效应。2023 年12月16日，华外旱地冰球队参加2023广东省中小学生旱地冰球锦标赛。伍老师带队参加比赛，经过激烈的比拼，最终荣获广东省旱地冰球锦标赛团体第六名的好成绩，在这些荣誉的背后，是教练员和队员们在烈日下挥汗如雨，刻苦努力取得的成绩，每一滴汗水都不会被辜负通过本次比赛，同学们更加热爱旱地冰球，亲身体验此项运动的乐趣，挥洒激情活力，磨练意志，为学校争夺得了荣誉！

This is the speed of the velocity, this is the passion of the collision, this is the team cooperation, in each game full of uncertainty and challenge, surging blood and sweat, to promote teenagers to participate in a wide range of fitness activities, enhancing physical fitness, and forming a good demonstration effect. On December 16, 2023, the CEP Floorball Team participated in the 2023 Guangdong Provincial Primary and Secondary School Children Floorball Championships. Mr. Wu led the team to participate in the game, after a fierce competition, and finally won sixth place in the Guangdong Provincial Floorball Championship. Behind these honors, it is the coaches and players that they trained harshly under the scorching sun, to get the satisfying results. Every drop of sweat will not be let down through the tournament, the students love floorball more than before, because they can experience the fun of this sport, and they can devote themselves to the sport, and sharpen their will to compete for the school's honor.

击剑不仅是一项运动，而是一种锻炼我们专注能力、反应能力、思考能力、柔韧性、协调性的一种机会，因为在击剑实战中，我们需要高度的集中精神，进而对对手的进攻做出反应， 剑与剑的撞击声，鞋底与剑道的摩擦声，刺客一击命中得分后的的激情呐喊声，前进一步，后退一步，弓步……赛场上剑影飞舞，步伐灵动，不时伴有铿锵之声。

Fencing is not only a sport, but an opportunity to exercise our ability to focus, react, think, be flexible, and coordinate, because, in fencing combat, we need a high degree of concentration, and then react to the opponent's attack. Hearing the sound of the sword‘s crash, the friction between the soles of the shoes, and the inspiring shouts after the assassin hit the point. Athletes move one step forward and one step back, and then they step forward and back and use different strategies...These athletes compete against each other, waving swords on the field, accompanied by a dynamic pace of moving from time to time.

网球运动一直以来被冠以“贵族运动”的称号，从现代网球也可以看出网球运动的贵族气息。相对于其他运动项目，网球运动的规则、礼仪、精神等文化要求，散发着公平、公正、自强、奋斗、贵族、绅士的气息。孩子们对待网球运动的场地器材、对待对手、对待观众的态度，都可以让孩子养成贵族、绅士行为习惯。因为网球运动的规则、礼仪等文化特点，在参加网球运动的过程中，自然会让孩子们养成积极、乐观、自强不息的性格特点，还可以培养孩子们公平、公正的生活态度。

中学美术校队自组建以来，是以培养学生兴趣、发展个性特长、提高综合素质为目的一门课程。校队根据不同年龄阶段、不同需求的学生开设不同的课程，学生可以根据自己的兴趣爱好自主性选择课程，美术校队现开设的课程有漫画、素描、水彩，在教学中我们对课程的内容进行拓展和深化。课程可以更好的发展学生的兴趣、特长，提高学生的美术综合素养和创作表现的能力，每位学生还能充分运用学校所拥有的课程环境，进行自主规划性学习。美术校队作为选修课程系统的一部分，它也扩展了学校课程的种类与范围，使学校课程动态系统生机勃勃，充满活力。

Since its establishment, the CEP Art Team has been a program aimed at cultivating students' interests, developing their personalities and specialties, and improving their overall qualities. The team offers different courses for students of different ages and needs, and students can choose courses independently according to their interests. The current courses offer cartooning, drawing, and watercolor. We expand and deepen the content of the courses in our teaching. The curriculum can better develop students' interests and specialties, improve students' comprehensive art literacy and ability to create and express themselves, and each student can make full use of the school's curricular environment to carry out independent planning and learning. As part of the elective curriculum system, the Art Team also expands the variety and scope of the school curriculum, making the dynamic system of the school curriculum vibrant and dynamic.

美术校队的师生经过这一学期的努力，学生努力完成了一件件的艺术作品，这些作品能见证学生在学习上努力专研，成长的痕迹，作品虽然还有很多不足之处，但是学生的学习态度和刻苦专研的精神是值得表扬的，在以后的学习道路中希望学生能继续保持良好的学习态度，为坚持不懈的你们加油！

合唱团主要以七八年级学生为主，各班热爱音乐、喜欢唱歌的同学通过自主报名参加，学生外出比赛演唱经典曲目《my memory》、《山河已无恙》、《那段时光》、《萱草花》、《sing sing sing》、《try everthing》，每周一周三下午的最后两节节课，师生都会在美妙的音乐声中度过，课程中同学们除了可以尽情的享受音乐之外，同时也是释放压力，享受美好的过程！看！一学期结束，大家不仅收获满满，而且都结交到了自己“志趣相投”的小伙伴，合唱团，就是遇见后，我变成了我们！站在热爱的舞台上，我们一起歌唱、闪闪发亮！

The choir is primarily made up of Grade Seven or Eight students. These students love music, like to sing and participate through independent registration, and the students take part in competitions to sing the classical repertoire of "My Memory", "the Mountains and Rivers Have Been Unharmed", "That Period of Time", "Daylily", "Sing Sing Sing", "Try Everything". Every week on Monday and Wednesday afternoons in the last two periods of the class, the students and teachers will spend this period together in the beautiful music. In addition to enjoying the music, students can also release the pressure and enjoy the beautiful process of the course! LOOK! At the end of the semester, we not only gained a lot but also made friends with their own "like-minded" partners. The choir is the place where I became us! Standing on the stage of love, we sing together, shining!

我校CEP小学西洋管乐团发展的两年多里，得到校内领导及广大社会学生家长所认可。随着九年一贯制的落实，中学的管乐建设尤为重要，依托小学管弦乐团资源，本学期在中学七年级阶段开设萨克斯重奏队伍，目前队员16人。团长：边宏剑老师，副团长：石怡老师；专业老师：黄志健老师，学校校园文化不仅包括科学教育，还包括人文教育和艺术教育，通过组建管乐团，能有效推动校园化建设、提升学生音乐素养、培养学生正确的审美观念、活跃校园文化，是一种十分有效的艺术教育形式，一支好的学生管乐团就是学校的一面旗帜，一张鲜活靓丽的名片，为学生的发展、学校的发展增添活力，提供动力。
