讲座伊始，罗广教授带领学生们一同欣赏达·芬奇的身世与不同时期的作品，结合欧洲中世纪的结束与文艺复兴，讲解每一份作品的艺术内涵，以其深邃的思想和精湛的技艺定义了“通人”的概念。

罗广教授将达·芬奇的艺术世界由浅入深地剖析，将学生领入文艺复兴的历史文化氛围之中。讲座后段罗广教授讲述了达·芬奇画作的价值以及对后世的影响，同时达·芬奇其他的身份同样令人震惊，思想深邃、学识渊博，是人类历史上少见的全才，被现代学者称为“文艺复兴时期最完美的代表”。

由李丽娜教授主持的《行走岭南之二 海丝岭南、美味岭南》讲座，带领我们走近岭南底层民众集体创造的自发和自娱的通俗文化。它立足于民众生产、生活的具体背景，以一种通俗活泼的形式，所自发创造出来的用以娱乐民众自我的文化形态。

广东饮食文化历史悠久，色香味形俱全，是中华饮食文化的一块瑰宝，更是广东文化的重要组成部分。

李丽娜教授向大家解析——美食作为民间传统文化不可或缺的一部分，岭南传统文化中的许多特征都在饮食文化中有所反映，广东传统美食包含着丰富的社会经济和文化发展历史信息，蕴含着丰富的文化内涵。

As time passes and everything changes, Professor Luo Guang came to ASJ campus with his lecture ‘Deciphering the “Da Vinci” Code’. He led the students into the art field of Leonardo da Vinci and explored the spiritual world of this genius artist.

Professor Luo Guang analysed the art world of Leonardo da Vinci from the shallow to the deep, leading students into the historical and cultural atmosphere of the Renaissance. In the latter part of the lecture, Professor Luo Guang talked about the value of Da Vinci's paintings and their influence on the future generations, while Da Vinci's other identities are equally shocking, deep thinking, profound knowledge, a rare all-round talent in human history, and was called ‘the most perfect representative of the Renaissance’ by modern scholars.

The lecture on ‘Walking in Lingnan II: Sea Silk Lingnan, Delicious Lingnan’, hosted by Professor Lina Li, takes us closer to the spontaneous and self-entertaining popular culture created by the grassroots in Lingnan. It is based on the specific background of the people's production and life, and in a popular and lively form, it is spontaneously created to entertain the people's self-culture.

The latest geographic coordinates of HaiSi culture are: Guangzhou Thirteen Houses, Huangpu Ancient Harbour, Shenzhen Nantou - Chiwan, Shantou Zhanglin Ancient Harbour and other ten historical and cultural monuments. After Professor Li Lina cited the ten monuments of the Lingnan Maritime Silk Road, she explained its special historical and cultural connotations: the Lingnan culture is rich in historical and cultural systems, of which Guangdong is the earliest and one of the most important origins of the ancient Maritime Silk Road, with absolute geographic and economic, cultural advantages.

Professor Lina Li explained to the audience - food as an indispensable part of folk traditional culture, many features of Lingnan traditional culture are reflected in food culture, Guangdong traditional food contains rich historical information on socio-economic and cultural development, and is rich in cultural connotations.

In the three years that ‘Aesthetic Education for the Public Good’ has been in the classroom at ASJ, the limitations of traditional education, which only focuses on the transmission of textbook knowledge, have been broken, so that students can give full play to their imagination and creativity in the classroom of aesthetic education and express their emotions through art to alleviate the pressure of learning.
