什么是三方会谈?

What is the Three-way Conference?


三方会谈(Three-way Conference)是由老师、学生和家长三方共同参加的会议,是体现IB-PYP特色的家校交流会。


以学生为主体、老师做引导,家校联合,一起探讨孩子学业和身心发展情况,共商孩子新阶段的学习目标。


作为PYP小学项目所提倡的一种有效评估方式,它充分体现了“IB-PYP学习者社区”的理念。

孩子在学校能否和同学们好好相处?


该怎么培养孩子的探究思维?


大部分家长带着这一连串的问题如约来到了班主任老师、学科老师面前,和老师们面对面就自己孩子的个性化问题和一些针对性问题进行了访谈和了解。

各科老师认真接待每一位到访的学生家长,提前准备了可视化材料,让家长直观清晰地了解孩子在上一阶段的学习成果,同时解释了学校如何进行多元化评估,让家长对孩子有全面的认识。


着眼于IB学习者十大培养目标,共同制定新阶段个性化的发展目标,让每个学生都能以自己的速度取得进步。

The Voices of Parents 


这是我第一次参加暨大港澳子弟学校举办的三方会谈,上次举行会谈的时候,我刚从香港回到内地,我还在隔离,无法参加。因为小朋友是住校的,平时无法了解他的情况,只能从成绩表上看到他的学习成绩,无法进一步地知道哪方面是他的优点?哪方面是他的弱势?在学校跟同学们的相处是否愉快?经过这次会谈,这些疑惑都得到了解答。我感受到了孩子在这里慢慢地成长和进步,这是我最欣喜的地方。

通过三方会谈我更加了解孩子的特点。原来只能单方面听孩子跟我说,现在跟老师交流后,我对他有了更加全面的认识。

这次会谈我发现了孩子的另一面,他在学校比我想象中更积极,在自我管理和学术方面也有很大的进步。这些都是他平时回家不愿意跟我们交流的。希望未来学校能多举办一些家长和老师面对面的沟通活动,定期开展老师与家长的交流会。

其实作为父母很容易只关注到孩子的弱点,再加上她到了青春期,有很多事情都不愿意和我分享。每当看到她在家里玩电子产品时,说实话,我的内心是比较着急的。这次来学校面谈了两位老师,最让我惊喜的是孩子的语文考了EX,老师还夸她的作业写得很好,这让我感到很放心。

苏霍姆林斯基曾说过:“教育的效果取决于学校和家庭教育影响的一致性。如果没有这种一致性,那么学校的教学和教育过程就像纸做的房子一样倒塌下来。”


三方会谈是一次关乎教育的对话,它让教师和家长的教育理念、教育方式达成一致,共同促进孩子的成长。

什么是三方会谈?

What is the Three-way Conference?

The Three-way Conference is a meeting jointly attended by teachers, students and parents. It is a home-school exchanging meeting that embodies the characteristics of IB PYP. 


With students as the main body, teachers as guidance, families and schools unite to discuss children's academic, physical and mental development, and set children's learning goals in the new stage. 


As an effective evaluation method advocated by IB PYP, it fully embodies the concept of " learner community".

What is the child's English level?

Is the child's running posture correct?

Can children get along well with their classmates at school?

How to cultivate children's inquiry thinking?


Most parents came to the homeroom teachers and subject teachers with those questions, and discussed personalized and targeted problems with teachers face to face.


The teachers of all subjects carefully received every visiting parent, prepared visual materials in advance, so that parents could intuitively and clearly understand their children's learning achievements in the previous stage, and explained that the diversified evaluation conducted by the school to allow parents to have a comprehensive understanding of their children.


Focusing on the ten learner profiles of IB, and jointly formulating personalized development goals for the new stage made each student achieve progress at their own speed.

The Voices of Parents 


This is my first time to participate in the Three-way Conference held by ASJ. At the time of the last meeting, I had just returned to the mainland from Hong Kong, and I was still quarantined and could not participate. Because the children live on campus, we usually can't get his daily situation. we can only see his academic performance from the transcript, and we can't know exactly what his advantage is? What is his weakness? Are you happy with your classmates at school? After this meeting, these doubts have been answered. I feel that my children are slowly growing and making progress here, which is what I am most happy about.

Through the Three-way Conference, I know more about the characteristics of my child. Originally, I could only hear what the child told me. Now after communicating with the teacher, I have a more comprehensive understanding of him.

In this meeting, I found another side of my child. He is more active in school than I thought, and has made great progress in self-management and academic. These are things he usually doesn't want to communicate with us when he comes home. I hope that in the future, the school can hold more face-to-face communication activities between parents and teachers, and carry out regular communication meetings between teachers and parents.

In fact, as a parent, it's easy to only pay attention to the weakness of their children. In addition, she is in adolescence, and she is unwilling to share many things with me. Whenever I see her playing with electronic products at home, to tell the truth, my heart is quite anxious. I talked two teachers in the school this time. What surprised me most was that the child got EX in the Chinese exam, and the teacher also praised her for her good homework, which made me feel very relieved.

Suhomlinsky once said, "the effect of education depends on the consistency of the influence of school and family education. Without this consistency, the teaching and education process of school will collapse like a paper house." 


The Three-way Conference is a dialogue about education, which allows teachers and parents to reach an agreement on educational ideas and methods to jointly promote the growth of children.
