As an important part of IB learning, the club is a stage for students to expand their knowledge, cultivate their sentiments, and display their talents.
As the summer heat dissipates, the golden days of autumn, which signify the vitality, are upon us. With the arrival of the new school year, ISA Wenhua Guangzhou Foreign Language School IB programme ushered in the annual club recruitment. SPA社团发挥IB学习者关爱他人、关心社会的特质，聚焦可持续发展这个全球性议题。在过去，社团成员探索并且实践了废纸再生及DIY制作再生纸的工具等工作。接下来，SPA社团的同学们打算从身边小事做起，在校内落实IB教学区域的分类垃圾桶置用，在校外开展广州外国语学校附近流域水质以及环境实地调研等，唤醒身边人关注可程序发展并行动起来。

The SPA takes advantage of the IB learners' social concern and focuses on sustainable development. The members of SPA have have tried waste paper recycling and invented tools to make recycled paper. Next, they will start from their own side, for example, to implement the use of classified trash cans in the IB teaching area, to carry out field research on the water quality and environment of the watershed near Guangzhou Foreign Language School, etc., so as to awaken the people around them to pay attention to the development of the program and take action.

ACORN社团的创办初衷：做每一位IBers的“灯塔”。社员用组织分享会等方式，为IBers提供各行业资讯。
过去，ACORN曾与麦星投资孙婧文联动，为对金融行业感兴趣的IBers开展了一堂别开生面的交流会。孙婧文就自身的就业经验、学习历程、职场体验展开话题。Acorn坚信，千亩森林始于一颗小小的橡栗，涓涓细流可以成江海，而每一位参与Acorn分享会的IBers，正是一颗有上万种可能性的橡栗。

ACORN's original intention: to be a "beacon" for every IBers. Members provide IBers with information on various industries by organizing sharing sessions and other methods.
In the past, ACORN has invited Sun Jingwen of Maison Capital to hold a exchange meeting for IBers who are interested in the financial industry. Sun shared her own learning process and workplace experience. Acorn firmly believes that a thousand acres of forest begins with a small oak chestnut, and every IBer participating in the Acorn sharing session is an oak chestnut with tens of thousands of possibilities.

融科社是一个集IB所有学科于一身的综合学科社团，为IB课程的CAS和CCA全人教育课程提供一个活动阵地。社团成立初衷是提供一个让社员可以实现学科融合的平台、同时满足C（creativity）、A（activity）、S（service）；满足校内活动时长的同时可以真正融入自己的兴趣，在升学文书留下浓墨重彩的一笔。

滑板运动20世纪50年代末60年代初由冲浪运动演变而成，而今已成为流行运动。滑板社希望以滑板运动为媒介，在丰富课余生活的同时，通过举行滑板比赛及相关推广活动，培养同学们良好的团队协作能力。

Skateboarding evolved from surfing in the late 1950s and early 1960s and is now a popular sport. The Skateboard Club hopes to enrich the students' extra-curricular life through skateboarding. The Sound of Music was founded by musical theatre enthusiasts. The members of the club relax their mind and body and enhance their cultural literacy through musicals.
