亲爱的家长，

It is our pleasure to invite you to join our Parent College, which will be held on Tuesday 13th December. In this workshop, our Early Years Coordinator, Ms. Caroline who has 15 years of education experience, will introduce you to how to support your childs’ learning at home.

爱莎天河学校诚邀您于12月13日（周二）参与我们本学期的第二场家长课堂。届时，拥有15年教育经验的幼儿园协调员，Caroline老师将与您分享如何为孩子在家学习提供有效支持。

Home learning is an essential part for early childhood development. Home is giving child a space for healthy growth, and a good learning environment promotes child's ability to learn independently. What is the role of the parents in home learning? As parents, how can you provide effective support for your child at home?

家庭教育对幼儿时期的发展极为重要，家庭给予孩子一个健康成长的空间，良好的家庭学习环境可促进孩子们的自主学习能力。在家庭学习中，家长是一个什么角色呢？作为家长，如何给孩子在家提供有效地提供支持呢？

Speaker 主讲人简介

As the Early Years coordinator of ISA Tianhe, Caroline brings over 15 years of education experience to our school. Caroline became a member of ISA Tianhe International School of Guangzhou in 2018. Throughout her career, she has worked in Primary and Early Years schools in Ireland, UK and Hong Kong, as well as Early Childhood Centers in USA. 

Caroline拥有15年的教育经验，于2018年加入爱莎天河大家庭，现任幼儿园协调员。在她的职业生涯中，她曾在爱尔兰、英国、香港的幼儿园和小学以及美国的幼儿中心工作。

Caroline graduated from Queens University of Belfast with both a BA Hons in Psychology and then later returned to complete her Masters Degree in Education. She studied for her Postgraduate Certificate in Education at the University of Bath Spa. Caroline has trained in Special Education Needs provision and holds various IB certificates, as well as those specific for teaching English to second language learners. Caroline has held a mentor and supervisor role supporting colleagues who are completing their Postgraduate Certificate of Education. She enjoys forming close relationships with students, parents and co-workers to ensure all members of the ISA Tianhe school community feel seen, heard and valued.

Caroline毕业于贝尔法斯特皇后大学，获得心理学学士学位和教育学硕士学位，随后在巴斯大学深造获得教育硕士学位证书。Caroline不断学习进修参加系统性的专业教育培训，获得了多种IB相关证书，以及专门为第二语言学习者教授英语的证书。Caroline曾担任导师，为攻读研究生教育证书的同事提供支持。她希望能与学生、家长和同事保持紧密联系，以确保爱莎天河学校社区的所有成员都能被看到、被听到和被重视。
