吴丹瑜老师对于语言学习保持着高度热情。自大学起，吴丹瑜老师便利用自己的闲暇时间穿梭于各大外语院校中，寻找一切学习语言的机会。除了优异的英文水平，吴丹瑜老师在她的语言学习道路上先后对日语、泰语、法语、韩语都有过深刻的专研。除了常常模仿和阅读各类著名电影或者典籍的经典对白外，她还常常会与各国友人进行文化思维的碰撞。

吴丹瑜老师虽然是一名相当资深的园丁，但是开放的思维和始终未泯的好奇心帮助她仍存有一颗最初的童心。除了有趣的课堂时光，吴丹瑜老师还会在生活中融入孩子群体，她总是像大姐姐一样带领孩子们走出课堂观察昆虫，会和孩子们在雨天相互追逐嬉戏，会在发现新鲜事物时与孩子们一起表现得无比兴奋……这样一位亦师亦友的大朋友，无论走到哪里都是孩子们的心头挚爱。

    “我们不但需要拥有一颗爱孩子的心，更需要懂得如何去爱他们！” 相比态度严厉的管教方式，吴子坚老师更喜欢以倾听者的身份去赢得孩子们的认可。他会用和善而耐心的方式与孩子们进行对话，会在尊重与理解中与孩子们进行合作，会让孩子们在每一个关键阶段获得及时和正确的引导。

能成为一名幼儿园教师让吴子坚老师感到无比自豪。他喜欢走进孩子们的内心世界，这也让他在成为幼儿园教师后一直致力于儿童心理学的研究，努力成为一名儿童心理学家。通过多年的理论学习和实践经验，吴子坚老师成功赢得了一众家长的认可。他认为孩子的内心世界其实是十分渴望能够被看见、被听见的，只有通过建设性、鼓励性的方式才可以帮助孩子们在未来道路上赢得更多的机遇。

     Mr. John Day is a lifelong learner and has continued to work in the field of teaching and education since graduating. During his ten years in China, Mr. John Day has continued to pursue a highly integrated approach to education, learning the most cutting-edge international curriculum concepts. With his rich teaching experience and persistent learning spirit, Mr. John Day has held management positions in a number of well-known education groups and has coached and trained a number of outstanding teachers in the Greater Bay Area.

Ms. Dannie Wu has a deep and abiding passion for language learning. Since her university days, she has spent her free time at various language institutes, looking for opportunities to learn languages. In addition to her excellent English skills, she has also studied Japanese, Thai, French and Korean, and she often meets with friends from other countries to exchange cultural ideas while imitating and reading classic dialogues from famous films and books.

Although Ms. Dannie Wu is a very experienced gardener, her open mind and unfailing curiosity help her to retain her original childlike spirit. In addition to the fun classroom time, Ms. Dannie Wu would also integrate into the children's community in her life. She would lead them out of the classroom to observe insects, chase and play with them on rainy days, and show her excitement with them when they had a strange encounter... Such a great friend and teacher, she is the love of children's hearts wherever she goes.

    ‘We not only need a heart to love children, but we also need to know how to love them!‘ In contrast to a stern attitude, Mr. Kenshin Wu prefers to be a listener to gain the children's recognition. He will talk to them with kindness and patience, will work with them with respect and understanding, and will let them receive the right and timely guidance at every key stage.

Mr. Kenshin Wu loves being a kindergarten teacher and loves getting inside the minds of children. Since becoming a kindergarten teacher, he has devoted himself to the study of child psychology and has successfully won the approval of parents through his years of practical experience. He believes that children's inner world is very eager to be seen and heard, and that only through a constructive and encouraging approach can children be helped to gain more ideas and opportunities in their future.
