布凡老师是一位同时拥有英语语言学学士和学前教育硕士的老师。在教育教学的道路上,布凡老师也有着国内外多项专业培训的经历,并收获了包括幼儿园教师资格证、3-6岁蒙特梭利教师资格证、广东幼儿园园长证等相关荣誉证书。


在本地知名幼儿园教务主任任职期间,布凡老师积累了丰富的IB工作经验,其中包括IB项目申请准备、制定IB课程计划、搭建IB PYP基本框架等工作。此外,布凡老师还在2021年荣获了中山市学前教育学段教育教学论文评比的三等奖。

Valerie是一名开朗活泼且拥有高度感染力的老师。Valerie老师在大学期间研修了心理学专业(同时辅修人类学和哲学),并在之后获得了国际最具权威性和认可度的TEFL证书(通用英语教师资格证书)和PGCE证书(学位教师教育证书)。


Valerie老师十分享受和孩子们在一起的学习生活。在来到中国后,Valerie老师在一所高端双语幼儿园积累了丰富的早期教育经验,她不单单能够为中国孩子拟定更加个性化的教案,还成为了教学中的主导者。具有批判性思维的Valerie老师常常会从课程中或生活中找寻教育的上升空间,通过探讨、实践的方式,Valerie老师的教学更是为不少中国幼儿带去了英语原生思维的启蒙。

黄晓彤老师持有教育硕士学位。多次专业的IB系统培训让黄晓彤老师对幼儿教学产生了独特的见解。在她的课堂上,每一位孩子都可以通过丰富有趣的探索活动,找寻到自己的兴趣热爱。


黄晓彤老师有着坚韧的性格和超乎常人的求知欲,她不仅仅在大学期间参与了香港教育大学举办的大学生人文学术研讨会,更是在往后的生涯中以志愿者的形式参与了香港和澳门的青少年基金会,帮助大湾区青少年们解决了更多学习道路上所面临的挑战。

黄晓彤老师始终坚信,热爱将是帮助孩子们圆梦未来舞台的关键之一。除了阅览古今书籍、鉴赏名人名言之外,找寻热爱、追逐热爱的理念也来源于黄晓彤老师的真实经历。从小,黄晓彤老师便对教育怀着敬畏心和好奇心,也对成为一名老师表露出了浓厚的兴趣。通过在学业道路上的不断修行,黄晓彤老师最终在热爱的鼓舞下,一路驰骋成为了一名受人尊敬的幼儿教师。


黄晓彤老师认为,热爱将是帮助孩子们发掘潜力、走向成长的引路者,作为老师的我们需要与家长通力合作,通过了解孩子的自我认知、特质、动机、价值观等,助力其早日找寻到内在的热爱和未来的方向。

黄晓彤老师最为倡导的教学方式是“玩中学”。不同于漫无目的地玩耍,“玩中学”有着多种多样的形式和内容。根据不同的主题,老师们还可以为孩子们赋予不同的目标(例如完成拼图、得出理论等),让他们通过活动收获更多平日里不易触及的知识。除了上述内容,黄晓彤老师还善于将“幼儿主动参与”、“老师引导”、”学习规划”进行有机结合,构建出更具意义的玩中学课堂,为孩子带去如培养自主兴趣、扩大知识面、提升读写能力等更多隐性的益处。

Ms. Freda holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and a Master's degree in Pre-school Education. Throughout her teaching career, Ms. Freda has had a number of professional training experiences at home and abroad and has gained several ongoing certifications such as the Kindergarten Teacher's Certificate, the Montessori Teacher's Certificate for 3-6 years old, and the Guangdong Kindergarten Principal's Certificate. 


During her time as the Teaching Director at a well-known kindergarten in Zhongshan, Ms. Freda gained extensive experience working with the IB, including preparing applications for the IB program, developing IB curriculum plans and building the basic framework for IB PYP. In addition, Ms. Freda was awarded the third prize in the Zhongshan Pre-school Education Section Educational Teaching Paper Competition in 2021.

A famous educator, Mr. Yu Yongzheng, once said, "Flowers are colourful, students are also colourful." The teacher's responsibility is to unearth them, to give them more colour, and to sublimate the meaning of growth. Ms. Freda is a very detail-oriented discoverer in her daily work, and her years of experience in education have given her the ability to discover and amplify each student's sparkle. For these young children, Ms. Freda's discovery, guidance and encouragement style of education also helps them to build strong confidence in their early life, which will be an important building block for them to shine in their future lives.

A Person Who Passes on Love

Love is the foundation of early childhood education, and it is also the "means" of early childhood education. In addition to showing love through her professionalism and responsibility, Ms. Freda shows love through her selflessness to nurture the growth of each young child. As a teacher, she hopes that the children will learn to love and demonstrate love to others through the environment she has created. and that the love and care children develop at and for Ardingly College Zhongshan Kindergarten and China will then be passed on to others!

Never Stop Learning

As the old saying goes, "life has a limit, but knowledge has no limit". After obtaining her postgraduate degree in preschool education, Ms. Freda has never forgotten her original intention of lifelong learning and has been working hard to cultivate the never-ending field of knowledge. With this passion and philosophy, Ms. Freda has actively participated in various educational trainings (Montessori teacher training, PBL training, advanced counsellor training, among others.) and she is active in various international educational events. Additionally, she has developed her own internationalised thinking and worked to expand her own global vision as well as her students, Ms. Freda has become one of the few teachers in Zhongshan who is well versed in an internationalised teaching methodology.

Ms. Valerie is a lively and engaging teacher who studied Psychology (with a minor in Anthropology and Philosophy) at university and went on to obtain her TEFL Certificate (teaching English as a Foreign Language) and her PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education).


Ms. Valerie enjoys working with children. Since moving to China, Ms. Valerie has gained extensive experience in early childhood education at a high-end bilingual kindergarten and has been able to develop more personalized lesson plans for Chinese children as well as being the lead person in the development of teaching. A critical thinker, Ms. Valerie often looks for the upside in education in the curriculum or in life, and through discussion and practice, Ms. Valerie's teaching has helped to initiate the native thinking of many Chinese children in English.

Ms. Valerie has always been a caring and responsible person both in her personal life and in her work. Not only does she have a passion for influencing people around her, but she also has a passion for education and the care of young children. When children encounter problems on their developmental journey, Ms. Valerie is there to support like an older sister who can empathise and support them however she can.

Ms. Valerie is an adventurer who loves to take on new challenges and adventures. Whether it was her choose of Niche studies at university or her move to China on her own to begin her teaching career, Ms. Valerie's adventurous and innovative spirit has helped her to make leaps and bounds in her own life. Having benefited from her adventurous spirit on many occasions, she not only has a diverse approach to education and is able to bring a wide variety of life experiences to her lessons and her children, she is also passionate about sharing her unique spirit and ideas with children, encouraging each one to use their curiosity and explore a whole new world.

“Like the silkworms who give their life to make beautiful silk, or candles providing light until they are extinguished” teachers spend all of their energy dedicated to providing a better future for each child. Like most educators, Ms. Valerie has shared with us that since she started her journey in education, she has been determined to do everything she can to help each and every one of her students learn, live and grow until they soar to greater and greater heights.

Ms. Tina holds a Master's degree with an emphasis on the IB. Having undergone extensive training related to the IB has provided Ms. Tina a unique perspective on teaching young children. In her classroom, every child can find their passion through rich and fun exploration activities.


Ms. Tina has a resilient personality and an inquisitive mind that goes beyond the ordinary. Not only did she participate in The Hong Kong Fifth Undergraduate Academic Conference on Humanities during her university years, but she has also spent her career volunteering with youth foundations in Hong Kong and Macau to help Chinese youths tackle more challenges on their learning journey.

Find Your Love

Ms. Tina has always believed that love is one of the keys to helping children achieve their future dreams. In addition to reading ancient and modern books and appreciating well known quotes, the idea of finding and pursuing a love for education also comes from Ms. Tina's real-life experience. From a young age, Ms. Tina has always been in awe of and curious about education and has shown a keen interest in becoming a teacher. She believes that love is a guide to help children discover their potential and grow, and that as teachers we need to help them find their inner love and future direction through their self-awareness, traits, motivation, and values.

Ms. Tina is a serious practitioner of the lifelong learning community. After completing her undergraduate degree, Tina not only pursued a Master’s in Education, but also actively participated in IB training workshops to gain further theoretical and practical knowledge, which has provided her with a solid foundation for her future career in international education. In addition, Ms. Tina is committed to carrying out the concept of and nurturing lifelong learners in her classroom. Whenever children encounter a new topic or question, Ms. Tina will help them develop from this experience and learn to explore questions and emotions while actively encouraging children to explore and guide them in cultivating their love for learning as a lifelong endeavour.

Play with a Goal in Mind

Ms. Tina's favourite approach to teaching is 'learning through play'. Rather than just playing aimlessly, there are many different forms and elements that go into learning through play. Depending on the topic, teachers can give the children different objectives (e.g., completing a puzzle, a theoretical drawing, etc.) so that they can gain further knowledge through activities that are fun but challenging. In addition, Ms. Tina is also good at combining 'child-initiated participation', 'teacher-led' and ‘Approaches to Learning’ to create more meaningful learning through play in her classroom. The classroom provides children with many benefits if set up properly such as developing their own interests, expanding their knowledge, and improving their literacy skills.



Growing up is a long and rewarding journey, and only a highly ambitions, knowledgeable, patient, and loving companion can help children reach their destination.
