毕业于英韩双语专业的马丽莹老师拥有着十分宝贵的多语言思维,并获得了HOG全球戏剧教育培训认证。


在幼儿英语教学领域的多年深耕也让她对于中、英、韩教学方法和教学体系产生了深刻的理解。在马丽莹老师老师的眼中,帮助幼儿多习得一门语言,就等于为他们多打开了一个世界。

在广州知名教育集团担任课程负责人期间,胡宇明老师帮助学生参与了众多市级比赛(例如英文拼写大赛、青少年演讲比赛等),并收获了斐然成绩。

杨律老师早在大学时期就以优秀交换生的身份赴美留学。在海外求学期间,杨律老师培养了流利的英文技能、学习了西方独特的历史文化,并成功获得了迪士尼的实习机会。


归国后的杨律老师一直辛勤耕耘在教育行业。5年的幼儿英语教学经验和3年的幼儿戏剧教学经验,成功帮助她发展了绘本阅读教学、浸入式教学、探索式教学等独特技能。

杨律老师曾在美国佛罗里达华特迪士尼乐园有着一段难忘的工作经验。百年以来,迪士尼一直以“幸福”作为品牌的核心文化,他们将前来游玩的顾客定义为“客人”而非“客户”,并通过给予每个人完善的体验和细致的关怀,以此来提升他们的幸福指数。杨律老师对于这种文化深受感触,重返中国后的她便一直致力于塑造属于幼儿社区的“幸福工程”。杨律老师将“学生”定义成了自己的“孩子”,并将自己对于生活、对于教育的饱满热情毫无保留地倾洒而出。而这只是杨律老师“幸福工程”的开端,未来的她将会在教学方式和生活照料两大板块倾入更多的精力。

冯智亮老师是中山阿丁莱教师团队中为数不多的男性教师之一。学业生涯取得的优异成绩(五四优秀团员、学业表现优秀分子等)和教师道路上收获的累累硕果(多个主导的项目曾获市、省、国家级荣誉),更是冯智亮老师教育理念和教学方式最好的佐证。


此外,冯智亮老师在先前的体育赛事中也曾脱颖而出,作为男性老师的他也积攒了不少宝贵的体适能教学经验。

相比占据了早期教育领域半壁江山的女教师,作为比例的极少数,冯智亮老师凭借自己出色的体育赛事经验和体适能教育经验,获得了不少家长们的信任与认可。冯智亮老师自己也说,“相较于女性老师,男老师或许能够带给孩子们更多意想不到的可能性。例如我们都知道幼儿对于新鲜事物、挑战往往都充满着渴望,身为男老师的自己可以在充分确保孩子安全的前提下,为他们带来一些举高高、挂手臂等有趣的游戏,为他们的童年增添更多不一样的色彩!”

余攀雅老师以心理、身体、智力的全面发展为课堂核心,通过高度互动性的戏剧表演和与现实生活紧密相连的探究式学习,为幼儿提供符合其年龄特征的启蒙教学。

At Ardingly College Zhongshan, both the homeroom teachers and class teachers have the same excellent credentials, the same exciting career paths and the same high moral character. Although their responsibilities are slightly different, they are all the key to a high quality school working together  to nurture our children's future dreams.

A graduate in both English and Korean language, Ms. Emily Ma has a keen sense and understanding of multilingualism and multilingual learning. She gained HOG global drama education and training certification.


Her time spent in the field of early years English education has also given her a deep understanding of Chinese, English and Korean educational methodologies, and curricula. In Ms. Emily Ma's eyes, helping young children acquire an additional language is the same as opening up an additional world to them.

Ms. Emily Ma has over three years of experience in teaching English drama to young children. With a passion for both drama and English, she has always believed that English drama education brings children not only the ability to clearly express themselves in English but is also an excellent platform for children who are shy or hesitant. It allows children to showcase their imagination and creativity to portray and act out their fantasies, interests and dreams, thus helping them to build their self-confidence. In the future, Ms. Emily Ma will continue to pass on her love and profound knowledge of the performing arts to every student in our Kindergarten and infuse more dramatic colour and flair into their lives.

The versatile Ms. Emily Ma is also an emotive teacher. Whether in or out of the classroom, she is able to quickly integrate with the children, relying on her innate accessibility and emotion-capturing skills to help children overcome their worries and create a safe, fun and challenging environment for them to learn and live in.

Ms. Yuming Hu has an excellent command of the English language and English teaching skills. After graduating from university, Ms. Yuming Hu obtained a number of highly prestigious national and international qualifications, including the internationally recognised Trinity CertTESOL Certificate and the TKT Certificate.


During her time as a course leader at a leading education group in Guangzhou, Ms. Yuming Hu helped students participate in numerous municipal competitions (e.g. English spelling contests, youth speech contests, etc.) and achieved outstanding results.

Having studied, lived and worked in Australia for more than five years, Ms. Yuming Hu is a typical global teacher. With a passion for multiculturalism, Ms. Yuming Hu has travelled the world in search of different cultures and educational mysteries while studying Chinese civilisation. These experiences have also provided her with ample opportunities to work with people from different countries and backgrounds, helping her to develop a distinctive and diverse outlook on education. With her broad mind and years and teaching experience, Ms. Yuming Hu is now ready to embark on a new educational journey at ACZS(Kindergarten)!

With 10 years of EAL experience, Ms. Yuming Hu is an experienced and well-rounded English teacher. After gaining multiple international certificates, she also has worked hard on the frontline of international education and the quality of opportunities that have come her way has shaped her into an all-round teacher who is able to fulfil a variety of roles: an excellent planner who helps children to tailor their learning plans to their abilities and interests; an active facilitator who uses the unique learning framework to guide students to play to their potential; an objective assessor who measures progress and outcomes during the learning process to ensure that the children's learning goals are achieved.

  • Test of English for International Communication (TOIEC) certified

  • Nearly 3 years' experience in teaching drama to young children

  • Nearly 7 years of experience in teaching English, including 5 years of experience in teaching English to young children

Ms. Vicky Yang studied in the United States as an exchange student while in university. During her time abroad, she further developed her English skills, learned more about the different approaches to education and particularly education in the early years. Due in large part to her hard work she was able to secure an internship with Disney.


After returning to China, Ms. Vicky Yang continued working in the early years education sector and brought her years of experience into teaching drama focusing on the early years, helping children develop communication, reading, acting, immersive, and exploratory learning skills.

Happiness is Essential 

Ms. Vicky Yang had a memorable experience working at Walt Disney World in Florida, USA. For over 100 years, Disney has had "The happiest place on earth" at the heart of its culture, defining visitors as "guests" rather than "customers" and enhancing their happiness  by giving everyone a great experience and dedicated care. Ms. Vicky Yang was so moved by this culture that on her return to China she has been working to ensure ‘Happiness is Essential’ in her classroom. She defines 'students' as her 'children' and pours out her passion for life and education completely. This is just the beginning of Ms. Vicky Yang's "Essential Happiness Programme" and in the future she will devote more attention to further integrating this into her teaching methods and daily care.

Ms. Vicky Yang prefers a fun and playful approach to traditional teaching methods. She uses a variety of elements, materials and topics to guide children through their own exploration and learning, thus fostering their own initiative and agency. Through her fun and playful approach, Ms. Vicky Yang has been able to create a fun and engaging childhood for a number of children.





  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education

  • Holds a Chinese Kindergarten Teaching Certificate

  • His project "The Lost Corner" won second prize at the 7th Guangdong Province Primary and Secondary School Teachers' Mini Lesson Competition

  • 3 years working experience in early childhood education

  • Rich experience in sports events and physical education

Mr. Leo Feng is one of the few male teachers at Ardingly College Zhongshan(Kindergarten). His academic achievements (Outstanding Member of the May Fourth Movement, Outstanding Academic Performer, etc.) and his teaching career (several projects led by him have won city, provincial and national awards) are the best evidence of his brilliant educational philosophy and teaching style.


In addition, Mr. Leo Feng has been a standout in previous sporting events and has gained some experience in teaching PE.

Compared to the vast majority of preschool teachers who are female,  Mr. Leo Feng, who is one of the few male teachers in the industry, he has managed to win the trust and affection of many parents with his excellent experience in early years education and physical education. Mr. Leo Feng himself says, "Compared to female teachers, male teachers may bring more unexpected possibilities to children. For example, we all know that young children are always eager for new things and challenges, so as a male teacher, I can bring a nurturing and supportive approach, interesting and engaging activities  to engage children academically and physically, while ensuring their safety."

Like the children, Mr. Leo Feng has a strong curiosity and is always willing to take risks and explore, whether it be the things around him or unknown challenges. His inquisitive personality also resonates strongly with the children, who enjoy being led by Mr. Leo Feng and to explore the unknown and the world from different perspectives. For Mr. Leo Feng, the fun and exploration ignites the natural curiosity of young learners and gives him the opportunity to constantly enhance his teaching approaches.

Based on her extensive knowledge of film, television and theatre which she was exposed to during her university years and her many years of practical experience in early childhood education, Ms. Mandy Yu has a unique and innovative teaching style.


With a focus on the holistic development of the whole child, she provides age-appropriate activities and guidance for young children through highly interactive dramatic performances and authentic inquiry-based learning.

Children will always show us their love in a variety of ways, but often they are unable to express themselves so easily. As an early childhood educator, Ms. Mandy Yu believes that nurturing children's ability to express themselves in a variety of ways can help to add beauty in the world. Starting with simple and warm expressions such as 'thank you' and 'cheer up', Ms. Mandy Yu will guide children to become comfortable expressing their thoughts and kind words.

Each child is their own unique masterpiece, a magnifying glass full of talent and beauty. With her patience and care Ms. Mandy Yu is often able to quickly capture the best of each child in all their unique moments of learning, exploration or communication. Ms. Mandy Yu's encouraging and guiding teaching style also provides ample space for the children to imagine, create and demonstrate.




Like our homeroom teachers, our class teachers act as a silent and supportive guardian of children's learning and life at every turn, leaving their own mark on each moment of a child’s developmental journey. These moments of love, encouragement, generosity, and challenge among other unseen contributions that continue to emerge as the children grow. As these touches, love and support  grow deeper in the child's heart, more of their unique and special qualities and unique skills will be reflected and shared over time.
