Michael Shi is the Co-Founder and former Principal of the International Campus at Beijing No.4 High School. He holds a B.A. in History Education from Capital Normal University, and an Ed. M. in Leadership and School Development from Acadia University in Canada. At FLAC, he adopts a teaching model that combines Chinese and Western elements, and values children's deep understanding of Chinese and Western cultures in the whole process of education. He presided over the establishment of the Inclusive Reading learning system and taught sound meters in Chinese poetry to kindergarten students. Michael attaches importance to the combination of humanities, technology, art and sports as well as character education, social practice and volunteer services. He aspires to cultivate students into future global citizens who keep the motherland in mind and the whole world in view.

Miles Armstrong obtained his Bachelor's degree from London School of Economics and Political Science and his Master's degree in philosophy from Renmin University of China. Proficient in Chinese and passionate for Chinese culture, he has been teaching in international kindergartens in China for many years, and accumulating rich experience in English curriculum planning and English textbook design. As a father, he has a deep understanding of early childhood education. He believes in the importance of love in education, and aspires to cultivate love. In teaching, Miles, with childlike innocence, gives full play to children's creativity and imagination. Thanks to his diverse, flexible, unique and interesting educational methods, he is deeply loved by the children.

Saskia graduated from the University of the Free State in South Africa with a bachelor's degree and holds the TEFL certificate. Years of international kindergarten teaching experience helped her form a unique teaching style and the habit to focus on the growth of every child. She believes that children, who are the future of the world, should be carefully cared for and educated.

Leonardo graduated from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in South Africa with a bachelor's degree and has the TEFL certificate. Having taught in international kindergartens for many years, he develops a vivid, humorous, and well-organized teaching style and creates vibrant atmosphere in classes, which is much loved by the students. As a sports lover, he is especially good at rugby and Cricket. He is committed to the integration of sports elements into English learning to improve children's learning efficiency while keeping their physical and mental health.

Jessica Craven obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Development from the University of South Africa. She has not only completed her TEFL course but is always looking for ways to extend her knowledge by joining different courses such as CACHE and Reggio Approach focusing on Children's diversity and inclusion. She has been teaching English at various International schools in China before joining the FLA team. In her teaching at FLA, her humorous, lively and creative classroom style infects every child, cultivates their passion for learning, and is one of the favorite teachers in children's minds.

George Fritz obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Science and Agricultural from the University of Fort Hare, South Africa. George is enthusiastic about sports and outdoor activities. He enjoys incorporating physical and outdoor learning into his daily routine. George has coached numerous school cricket teams before teaching ESL in China. He is very popular among the children as he thrives in keeping a loving caring and fun teaching environment.

Elizabeth Hernandez graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a minor in psychology. She has many years of experience teaching in schools and kindergartens in the United States and China, has received professional personalized education training, and is good at using stories and games to help children develop language, motor and social skills. She is passionate and responsible for teaching, and her teaching style is both professional and rigorous, lively and interesting. Elizabeth wants students to leave the classroom not only with academic knowledge, but also with the confidence to excel in everyday life.

Ella Zhang graduated from Harbin Normal University, majoring in education management and obtaining the qualifications of kindergarten principal and senior teacher of preschool education. She has been awarded the titles of Outstanding Teacher in the City and Backbone Teacher in District Education and Teaching. Ella leads children to discover the beauty of traditional Chinese culture, and provides space for each child's development through the combination of Chinese and Western education. Thanks to her deep understanding of family education, she listens to the needs of parents and puts forward valuable suggestions, thus building a warm relationship of mutual support and mutual trust between home and school.

Nora Wang holds a Master’s degree in MTCSOL from the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Drama, Film and Television Literature from the China Institute of Labor Relations. As a holder of the CTCSOL certificate, she once worked in the Philippines, serving as a volunteer teacher in the Confucius Institute at the Angeles University Foundation. With great passion for traditional Chinese culture and preschool education and love for each child, she is committed to using her profound professional knowledge and overseas study experience to make contributions to the FLAC. As a head teacher in FLAC, she makes unremitting efforts to improve the traditional cultural literacy of preschool children and help them fall in love with and understand Chinese culture. 

Shirley Liu graduated from Mianyang Normal University majoring in visual communication design, where she acquired profound professional knowledge and artistic accomplishment. She holds a preschool and primary school teacher certificate. Shirley has developed her own unique style in terms of color, graphic design, poster design, book design, etc., and studied traditional Chinese arts such as silk screen printing, acrylic fluid painting, pottery art, engraving, tie-dyeing, batik, basic Chinese painting, etc. She also plays guitar and ukulele. In her communication with children, Shirley encourages them to get close to nature and feel nature. Her teaching philosophy is to adapt to children's nature, and obtain the driving force for physical and mental growth in nature.

Candy Ma graduated from Hebei University majoring in preschool education, and holds a preschool teacher certificate, a kindergarten principal certificate and a Montessori 3-6AMS certificate. Having been engaged in teaching in kindergartens, including a well-known international kindergarten in Beijing, for over 8 years, she is seen as a lovely friend by children. She is also a mother with empathy and love. She believes that every child is a flower, which blooms at different times throughout the year. If you wait with love and wisdom, you will definitely see them in full bloom.

Mia Xing graduated from Shaanxi Normal University with a major in preschool education. She holds a National Teacher Certificate, Early Childhood Education Certificate, etc. Having been devoted to preschool education for more than ten years, she won various awards in large-scale teaching and case writing competitions. With close contact with and deep understanding of children of all ages, she recognizes children's individual differences and sets different learning schedules for different students. In daily teaching, she, concerned about the growth of all children, respects their personality and protects their self-esteem while creating a healthy, joyful and fulfilling campus life to leave beautiful memories for them in kindergarten.

Yoyo Yu graduated from a bachelor's degree in semester education, holds a nursery teacher, nursery teacher, tea artist, preschool teacher qualification certificate, has won the excellent teacher award, she has many years of teaching experience, likes to innovate in teaching, advance with the times, cultivate children's interests and hobbies, increase children's vision, through the addition of Chinese traditional culture "tea ceremony" "incense road", etc., let children perceive, understand and like Chinese traditional culture. She believes that as a guide for children, it is necessary to do "the most warm education".

Sapphire Li holds a Bachelor's Degree in business English from Liaoning University of International Business and Economics. She has rich experience in early childhood and familiar with multiculture. She values physical and mental development of children. She is sweet tempered and trying to build up a safe, happy, health and self-confident learning environment for all the kids.
