莱克顿的中文课因为有了新生的融入，变得更加精彩纷呈了。正式上课前5分钟，Y10的学生正在与他们的小伙伴分享所了解的新闻，5G、人工智能、Costco入驻上海等等，语言和文化在短短的时间里获得最大程度的交流与融汇。

秉承经典，传承优秀传统文化，除了“人之初，性本善”，在讲解和制作中国历史朝代图中，低年级的学生对灿烂的中华文明有了更新一层的认识。

“赞美蜜蜂，赞美它们的博采、提炼和创造”，小组分工，Y11的学生合作感悟动物带给我们的财富，班级分享，他们正在感受集体智慧的魅力。

“你觉得独生子女政策对独生子女本身有好处吗？”各抒已见，Y12学生用笔头展现他们发散的思维，了解家庭结构、家庭关系。通过电影《快把我哥带走》体会兄妹间那不可多得的浓浓温情，欣赏广告《啥是佩奇》，不知是否勾起了他们与爷爷奶奶相处时的温馨瞬间？

在剪纸课上，小小剪刀，似乎会褪色的红纸，在刀锋翻飞间，一幅幅作品跃然于纸上，其实仔细看还能看到些许不足，可那正是他们对“剪纸艺术”的自我理解与创作。

中文课，不仅是语言，更是文化；不仅是考试，更是一种体验。

Small scissors, red papers which seems to fade, through some tiny work, a piece of work jumped on the paper. Actually, there some shortcomings if you observe carefully, but that is their self-understanding of "paper-cutting" and creation.
