亲爱的家长们：

一个月时间转瞬即逝，刚刚过去的一个月，是学生与老师互相了解，慢慢适应的一个月，我们亲历了学校的品质提升和温度回归，感受了孩子们的灵性和活力，这背后是全体教师的日夜付出和团队协作。学校正在慢慢走上专业化发展之路，每周一小变，每月一大变的小目标正在团队全体同仁的共同努力下逐步实现。学校领导团队也正在自我革新，从内部打破眼界的局限和思维的定式，全力打造中国国际化学校中的佼佼者。

我们追求教育的细节，认为生活即教育，处处是学问，事事见修为。学校不想因为放假而放松对孩子们的要求，请家长务必尽好放假期间的监管职责。学校就此提醒如下：

3、健康生活：

不带孩子入出娱乐场所，远离危险区域，限制游戏时间，最好杜绝网络游戏。多参加体育锻炼等积极向上的社会活动。

1）  假期间各位学生及家长要时刻保持个人防护意识，科学佩戴口罩，勤洗手、常通风，保持安全社交距离。

2） 学生（及共同居住人员）不得前往境外、中高风险地区，避免与来自境外、中高风险地区人员接触，原则上非必须不离锡，不跨省旅游，如因特殊原因须离锡，学生应提前向班主任履行书面请假手续，经批准后方可离锡，外出做好个人防护，建议私家车出行，回锡后有条件须做核酸检测。学生及共同生活人员应重视做好个人防护，不扎堆、不聚会。

3） 假期接近尾声时，请所有家长向学校提供行动轨迹，锡康码。按要求做好防疫防控措施。

4） 假期间如遇健康异常（如体温≥37.3°）请及时告知学校，并及时去医院进行就诊。

Dear Parents,

The first month of the new semester quickly passes. Teachers and students of OCACW get along well with each other. The school improves its academic quality and children show their energy and intelligence. Thanks to the efforts of the faculties, the school is on the way of professional development, making progress step by step. The new leadership teams bring new horizons and visions in making OCACW a leading international school.

Education lies in details of daily lives. We hope parents can keep their supervision efforts during the holiday in the following areas:

Reading Punch-in: 

Parents and children should carry on the CIR reading program and arrange time to read together. Execution really matters. No pain, no gain. Sift again and again, from sands only gold will remain.

Regular schedule: 

Do not stay up late or sleep in. Keep a regular schedule.

Healthy lifestyle: 

Stay away from entertainment venues and dangerous areas. Limit the time for games, especially PC games. Take more sports and healthy social activities.

Healthy diet: 

No binge-eating. Do not be picky or have cold drinks.

Sound relationship: 

Isolation makes one ignorant. Be rational towards children’s social interaction. Keep villains away from children. Have more activities among schoolmates and families.

Homework: 

Ensure all homework is well done and keep touch with teachers.

Role model: 

Actions speak louder than words. Set a good example for kids.

Epidemic prevention:

1）Be aware of personal safety all the time. Wear masks and wash hands regularly. Keep ventilation and a safety distance.

2）Do not go to places of middle and high risks or meet people from these areas. Ask the school for permission if you need to leave Wuxi. Driving is advisable. Keep safety in mind. Do the nucleic acid test if it is available after return. Do not gather or have parties.

3）All parents should send your travel trajectory and Wuxi health code information to the school at the end of the holiday.

4）Inform the school any abnormal health conditions (EG, body temperature≥37.3°) and visit the hospital in time.
