新学年即将开启，一批心怀教育梦想的老师也即将加入我们。在此，我们很高兴地宣布，哈罗海口教职工配备齐全，期待在九月份与大家见面！
今年六月，哈罗海口的新老师们受英国哈罗公学邀请，与AISL哈罗学校其他的新老师们一起探访了哈罗公学，亲身感受哈罗450年卓著的教育氛围、体验校园、理解哈罗教育的精神。

2021年9月至2022年8月，历时12个月的招聘和筛选，共计500+名应聘者；
简历筛选和电话初面，200名成为短名单候选人；
哈罗海口、AISL哈罗学校、英国教育顾问团队多方位、几轮面试考评；
严格的背景调查，保证教学团队的质量和高水准。
哈罗海口教师拥有国际一流的教育背景，外籍老师均为本科及以上学历，并拥有PGCE证书，很多人还持有QTS证书。中方教师团队多来自于清华大学、北京师范大学等国内双一流高校。其中，80%以上教师拥有硕士或博士学位。
富有经验而胜任的老师对于学生的学习成长和个人成就至关重要。大部分外籍老师拥有五年以上的海外教学经验。而哈罗中文教学团队平均教龄15年，其中不乏多位特级教师和全国骨干教师等。

As we look forward to the new School Year starting in September, we are very excited to announce that Harrow Haikou is properly staffed.
In early June, some of our new teachers also participated in the Orientation Programme at Harrow UK, together with the other AISL Harrow School teachers.

High Standard Recruitment Process
2021.09 – 2022.08 12 months of recruitment process,
500+ applications; Application screening – 250 shortlist candidates;
Haikou/HK/London interviews and assessment;
Strict background criminal and reference checks to ensure a high quality team.
100% Bachelors Degree or above, with PGCE or QTS qualifications.
About 80% of our Harrow Haikou teachers hold a masters degree or above.
