拥有丰富国际化教育及管理经验的Nick校长，对国际化课程及大学申请有着深刻且独特的理解。Nick校长作为“北京四大传奇名校之一”北京市十一学校的国际部校长兼A-Level课程总监，在长达9年的任期内输送了一批批学子进入了包括牛津、剑桥、康奈尔等各大世界级学府。作为一名对教育充满热情并且以结果为导向的领导者，Nick校长不仅以培养学生的学习热情为教学核心，更是通过自己多年积累的独特教育心得帮助学子们充分激发自身的潜力。

蒋芳

蒋芳女士过去在广东省一级学校中山市第一中学担任副校级领导，在全面分管初中部教学工作的5年期间带领初中部创造了一届又一届优异的中考成绩（2021年，在其带领下获得的中考成绩取得中山市直属初中同类学校唯一一个一等奖）。此外，蒋芳女士致力于初中数学教学思想、教学方法的研究，为一批清华、北大学子打下坚实的基础。多年来凭借优秀的教学水平，帮助学生在数学学科中取得优异成绩，并在市级以上数学竞赛中摘得多项奖牌，连续多年被主办部门评为优秀辅导员。

Colby Hazouri

Colby博士深耕国际化教育超过10年，其中在中国的教育教学经历超过8年。熟悉国际教育在中国学校进行本地化融合与落地的Colby博士，专注于K12学校双语融合课程的设计和研究，并长期与国内外知名院校开展跨界合作。过去10年间，Colby博士已经服务了超过3800个国内外家庭，并成功帮助众多学生获得世界顶尖大学的录取。

丁培培

丁培培女士曾在广州暨大港澳子弟学校担任小学部学术主管和IB PYP项目协调员，她对教育充满热情，坚信孩子是天生的创造者、每个孩子都能成功。丁培培女士常年深耕于儿童教育学、心理学和课程开发领域，致力于建设有温度的教育生态，曾在北京大学举办的东亚汉语学术论坛发表会议论文《华裔学前儿童汉语教材选编》；参加国际中文教师论坛，发表题为“批判性课程开发之苏式讨论”的演讲。在担任课程研究和管理工作的同时，丁培培女士始终坚持在教学一线，多次被学生和学校评为最受欢迎的教师及优秀教师。

韩静

韩静女士拥有丰富的园所创设搭建及标准化体系管理实践经验，曾在深圳、宁波等地的顶尖国际幼儿园担任高层管理者。在任职深圳市英皇国际幼儿园期间，以其深厚的学术研发能力为这所粤港澳大湾区顶级国际幼儿园搭建了扎实的教学基础，并带领学术团队研发出极具创新价值的融合课程。深耕国际化学前教育的韩静女士，不仅仅具有敏锐的教育行业意识和出色的多元文化沟通技能，还一直热衷于不断学习和吸收世界前沿的教育理念。

罗玲

罗玲女士拥有丰富的双语教学经验以及杰出的学术管理能力。在过去17年的教学生涯中，罗玲女士不仅担任过剑桥少儿英语YLE、KET、PET考官，更是在深圳东方英文书院工作期间以IB PYP协调员等管理身份，负责学校低龄段教学工作的规划和开展，并多次顺利帮忙学校通过国际文凭组织（IBO）的严格评估。

中山阿丁莱里程碑回顾

《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》重点提出在大湾区打造教育高地。深耕国际化教育数十年的学校理事会积极响应国家号召，启动“立足湾区、辐射全国”的中山阿丁莱项目。

中山阿丁莱作为东区重点项目参加中山“328”签约仪式，吸引了中山及大湾区内媒体及家长的高度关注。

中山阿丁莱发布会于2022年4月9日隆重举行，羊城晚报、南方都市报、中山电视台等多家主流媒体争先到场报道。

中山市阿丁莱幼儿园园区正式开放，并在首场开放日中迎来数百组家庭，与我们一同见证大湾区优质教育提前进入“未来形态”。

基于幼儿成长健康的需求，幼儿园邀请了包括深粮贝格厨房、百果园集团在内的国内多家农牧业龙头企业作为优质合作伙伴。

在2022年一系列建筑赛事评比中，作为海内外赛事的热门参赛作品之一，中山阿丁莱不负众望收获了包括缪斯设计奖、金外滩奖在内的国内外知名建筑大奖。

中山市阿丁莱幼儿园于2022年秋季迎来其首批学子，正式向湾区家庭提供理念超前、融合中西文化精粹的全人教育。

中山市阿丁莱幼儿园与茱莉亚学院茱莉亚学院百年来首个海外合作办学项目——天津茱莉亚学院达成重磅合作，为幼儿提供世界顶尖的音乐启蒙。

在开学不到3个月的时间，中山市阿丁莱幼儿园快速通过了国际文凭组织（IBO）的严格审核，成为了中山市极少数的IB PYP候选学校（认证代码：062919）。

2023年3月18日中山阿丁莱迎来首场校长私享荟，Nick校长就A-Level课程及多元化升学通路进行倾情分享。

With extensive experience in international education and management, Principal Nick has a deep and unique understanding of international high schools and university applications. After joining Beijing National Day School, one of the four famous schools in Beijing, as Centre Principal and A-Level Programme Director, Principal Nick worked there for 9 years, sending students to the world's best schools, including Oxford, Cambridge, Cornell, and other top universities. A dynamic result orientated leader with proven success in developing and implementing creative curricula that address the academic ability and interpersonal skills of every student, Principal Nick is committed to inculcating a passion for learning and empowering students to succeed and realise their individual potential.

Jiang Fang

Ms. Jiang is the former Deputy Head of the Zhongshan No.1 Middle School, a first-class school in Guangdong Province, and led the Middle School during her five years in charge of teaching and learning in the Middle School having produced excellent results in the high school entrance examinations one after another (in 2021, the results obtained under her leadership achieved the only first prize in a middle school in Zhongshan City). In addition, Ms. Jiang has devoted herself to the further study of pedagogies, and approaches to teaching and learning especially in middle school mathematics, laying a solid foundation for a number of Tsinghua and Peking University students. Over the years, with her excellent teaching, she has helped students to excel in the subject of mathematics and has earned many accolades and distinctions in mathematics competitions at the municipal level and above and has been awarded as an excellent tutor by the organising committee for many years.

Colby Hazouri

Mr. Hazouri has been involved in international education for over 12 years, with 10 years of teaching and school operations experience in China. He is familiar with the local integration of international education in Chinese schools, Colby specialises in the design and research of bilingual integrated programmes in K12 schools and has a long history of collaborating with leading universities in China and abroad. He has served as a founding member of several well-known schools and programmes in the Greater Bay Area and has undertaken projects from Early Years to the High School and University level. Over the past 10 years, Colby has educated almost 4,000 families in China and abroad and has successfully helped many students gain admission to top universities around the world including Harvard, Oxford, University of Pennsylvania, UC Berkley and more. 

Lisa Ding

Ms. Ding is the former Coordinator in the Affiliated School of JNU for Hong Kong and Macao`s Students. She is passionate about education and believes that children are natural creators and that every child can succeed. She has spent years studying children's pedagogy and psychology, and is committed to an education ecology with love. She has presented a paper on "Selected Chinese Language Teaching Materials for Chinese Preschoolers" at the East Asia Academic Forum on Chinese Language Teaching held at Peking University, and gave a speech entitled "Soviet Discussion on Critical Curriculum Development" at the International Chinese Language Teachers' Forum. In addition to her work in curriculum research and management, she has been a consistent front-line teacher and has been awarded as the most popular teacher by her students and school many times.

Hannah Han

Ms. Han has extensive experience in establishing and managing standardised systems in kindergartens and has worked as a member of the Senior Leadership Team in top international kindergartens in Shenzhen and Ningbo. During her tenure at Shenzhen Royal International Kindergarten, a top international Kindergarten in the Greater Bay Area, she built a solid foundation for the school’s teaching and learning with her profound academic research and development skills and has led the academic team to develop a highly innovative integrated curriculum. Hannah possesses not only a keen awareness of the education industry and excellent multicultural communication skills, but also a passion for learning and incorporating some of the emerging educational concepts form around the world into the school’s programme.

Caroline Luo

ACZS

Ms. Luo has a wealth of experience in bilingual teaching and academic management. Over the past 17 years as an educator, Caroline has not only worked as an examiner for YLE, KET and PET, but also as the IB PYP coordinator at Shenzhen Oriental English College, where she was responsible for the planning and development of the school's lower age groups and helped the school pass the rigorous International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) assessment and audit on several occasions.

Review of ACZS Milestone 

Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area focuses on creating a highland for education in the Greater Bay Area. The School Council started to launch the ACZS programme.

ACZS participated in the "328" signing ceremony, attracting lots of attention from the media and parents in Zhongshan and the Greater Bay Area.

ACZS held its first official event on the 9th of April 2022, which attracted a number of families, journalist and live media coverage.

ACZS(Kindergarten) officially opened its campus, with hundreds of families joining us on our first open day.

The kindergarten invited leading domestic agricultural and food enterprises, including SZCH and Pagoda, as quality partners for our food. 

ACZS has earned the recognition of highly renowned international organisations, including The Muse Design Award and the Golden Bund Award.

ACZS(Kindergarten) welcomed its first group of students in the autumn of 2022, providing families with a premium holistic education.

ACZS(Kindergarten) began cooperating with the Tianjin Juilliard School, the first overseas partner programme in The Juilliard School’s 100-year history.

ACZS(Kindergarten) quickly passed the rigorous audit from IBO and became one of the few IB PYP candidate schools in Zhongshan (Code: 062919).
