It's been a busy month of challenge, sweat, growth and joy for our ASJ Knights.

对于我们东莞ASJ骑士队来说，刚刚过去的五月是一个充满了挑战、汗水、成长与喜悦的月份。

篮球 Basketball

In May, the ASJ Knights Senior Secondary basketball team participated in the CSAA League and competed against two schools, Tsinglan and Maple Leaf, in a fierce rivalry. During the games, our Knights showed their tenacity and exceptional skills, and the exciting scenes of the game won applause from the spectators as they fought bravely on the court. The Knights will be training harder, and we look forward to seeing their performance in the league.

五月份，东莞ASJ骑士篮球队参加了CSAA全球学生体育联盟的校园篮球赛，目前已经与清澜山、深圳枫叶两所学校进行了激烈的对抗。在比赛中，我们的骑士队球员展现出了顽强的斗志和超凡的技巧，场上大家互相配合默契，奋勇拼搏，精彩的比赛场面赢得了观众们的阵阵掌声和赞誉。接下来，骑士队将更加努力训练，我们期待他们能在联赛中取得好成绩！

In the meantime, our Junior Secondary boys and girls' basketball teams have grown in their athletic abilities and improved their dribbling and defensive skills. These frequent games have helped them gain practical experience and greater resilience to deal with the difficulties and challenges of future games.

于此同时，我们的初中男子和女子篮球队也在体育比赛中不断成长，他们的运球能力和防守技巧都得到了提升，频繁的赛事能帮助他们积累实战经验以及保持稳定的心态，从而能够更加沉着冷静地应对未来比赛中的困难与挑战。

足球 Football

The Secondary football team played their first friendly against EtonHouse Laguna Varona at their campus in Houjie Town. The team played with tremendous energy and enthusiasm throughout the game.

Meanwhile, our Primary football team had fun playing against ASJ (Guangzhou) while establishing essential skills and values such as teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.

我们的中学足球队与厚街海逸外国语学校进行了一场客场比赛，他们在比赛中表现出了巨大的能量和热情；而我们小学足球队也与广州ASJ的比赛中享受到了乐趣，学习了重要的运动技能以及团队合作、毅力和体育精神等价值观。
