哈罗重庆延续哈罗公学450年传统的英式院舍制，让每名哈罗学生和教职人员都有自己的专属院舍，每个院舍都有自己独特的名字、专属颜色、院旗和舍监。

哈罗著名校友的英国前首相温斯顿·丘吉尔；为新中国的建立做出了不朽贡献的宋庆龄女士；还有拥有坚定的意志力海伦·凯勒女士——以三位著名人物命名的三大院舍，将伴随优秀的哈罗传统，时刻激励着哈罗学子们为荣誉拼搏，同时成为他们归属感的保障。

在自己专属院舍里的哈罗学子们将尽情施展才能，每日的优秀表现、杰出的学习成绩、每一次团体活动的贡献、志愿行为、勇于承担责任的举动、竞赛的胜利，我们都会在院舍积分系统中为他们计分。到每一学年的最后，得分最高的院舍将获得年度的院舍杯大奖，整个学校都会用获奖院舍的旗帜和颜色进行装点，可以说是哈罗院舍制里的最高荣誉。而这份荣誉将激发哈罗学子们继续发扬闪光的领导力特质，以及“勇气、荣誉、谦和、互助”的四大价值理念，让他们在这一学年中都为这最后的胜利而不断坚持努力！

Harrow Chongqing continues the 450-year tradition of Harrow School's House system, which allows each Harrovian and staff member to have his or her own exclusive house, each with its own unique name, distinctive colours, house flag and housemaster/housemastress.

Former British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, a famous alumni of Harrow; Madam Song Qingling, who made a monumental contribution to the founding of New China; and Madam Helen Keller, who possessed a strong sense of willpower - the three houses named after the three renowned personalities will be accompanied by outstanding Harrow traditions that will always inspire Harrovians to fight for honours, and at the same time serve as a guarantee of their sense of belonging.

In their own House, Harrovians will be able to express their talents through daily excellence, outstanding academic performance, contributions to group activities, volunteering, acts of courage and responsibility, and victories in competitions, all of which will be counted as points in the House Points System. At the end of each academic year, the House with the highest score will be awarded the annual House Cup, and the whole school will be decorated with the flag and colours of the winning House, which is arguably the highest accolade in the Harrow House System. This honour will inspire Harrovians to continue to develop their sparkling leadership qualities and the four values of Courage, Honour, Humility and Fellowship, so that they will continue to strive for this final victory throughout the school year!

新学期伊始，学生们为每个院舍的"学生院舍长"进行了投票，而后大家在学生院舍长的带领下火力全开，展开了如火如荼的院舍杯竞争！丘吉尔院舍一马当先，在上半学年院舍活动的竞争中一直处于领先位置，宋庆龄院舍紧随其后，而作为连续两年获得院舍杯的凯勒院舍更是毫不松懈，与宋庆龄院舍的积分一直维持着不相上下的状态。

然而，这是一场充满悬念的比赛，积分无时无刻不在变化，不到最后一刻，我们无法确定获奖院舍究竟是谁！

At the beginning of the new semester, students voted for a Student House Leader for each House and the competition for the House Cup was in full swing under the leadership of the Student House Leaders! The Churchill House took the lead in the first half of the academic year, followed by the S.Q.L House, and the Keller House, which won the Cup for the second consecutive year, maintained a neck-and-neck tie with the S.Q.L House in terms of points scored.

However, it was a suspenseful competition with points changing all the time and we could not be sure who the winning House was until the very last minute!

在哈罗学子每个人的努力下，院舍杯竞争迎来了高潮！

宋庆龄院舍后来居上，成功扭转积分。他们在线上课程期间也十分努力，在课堂上为院舍积攒了不少分数。与此同时，其他两个院舍的积分也在不断缩小，凯勒院舍会在最后直冲而上，连续三年赢得院舍杯？还是丘吉尔院舍找回学期初的力量，重新夺回第一？这场精彩激烈的角逐中，谁会获得最后院舍杯大奖？真是让人期待不已！

The competition for the House Cup came to a peak thanks to the hard work of every House members!

S.Q.L House came from behind and managed to turn the points around. They also worked very hard during the online lessons and racked up a lot of points for the House in the classroom. Meanwhile, the points of the other two Houses were narrowing down. Would the Keller House go straight up at the end and win the House Cup for the third consecutive year? Or would Churchill House find the strength it had at the beginning of the semester and regain first place? Who will be the winner of the House Cup in this exciting competition? We are really looking forward to seeing who will be the winner of the final House Cup!

The scene in the auditorium this year was, as the S.Q.L Student House Leader said, through the efforts of all of them, the purple flag belonging to them was finally flying in the auditorium on Speech Day!

本学期我们学校举行了许多有趣的活动，如篮球赛、拼写比赛、每周的院舍活动等等。作为宋庆龄院舍的高年级学生，我们不仅要做好榜样，还要随时照顾到低年级的学生。很遗憾的是，我们在过去两年中没有赢得院舍杯。但没关系，通过今年全体同学的努力，我们一定能取得满意的成绩。

回顾过去的一学年，我们既有付出也有收获。在年初，我们设定的目标是赢得院舍杯。在随后的时间里，我看到宋庆龄院舍的学生们努力工作、尽力而为，为我们的院舍带来了荣誉。这其中，给我印象最深的是篮球比赛，我们的队员们不遗余力，没有停歇，那一刻我为我们大家感到骄傲，努力了就有收获，我相信这一次，演讲日的大礼堂一定会飘扬着紫色的旗帜!

This semester we have held many fun activities in school such as basketball tournaments, spelling bee, weekly activities in the House and so on. As US students of S.Q.L House, we not only have to be good role models, but we also have to take care of the younger students at all times. Unfortunately, we did not win the House Cup in the past two years. But that's okay, through the hard work of all students this year, we will definitely achieve satisfactory results.

Looking back at the past school year, we have both given and received. At the beginning of the year, we set the target of winning the House Cup. In the time that followed, I saw the students of S.Q.L House working hard and doing their best to bring honour to our House. What impressed me the most was the basketball match, our players spared no effort and did not stop, I was proud of all of us at that moment, hard work pays off and I am sure this time the purple flag will be flying in the auditorium on the Speech Day!

我很荣幸今年再次成为丘吉尔院舍的学生院舍长，所以我一定做对了一些事情！但是，每一年我都有新的收获，我学会了如何与更多的人平和而正确地沟通，我也感受到了这个大家庭的魅力。我喜欢和各个年级一起参加院舍活动，现在我们有了哈罗小狮的成员，他们有时候也会加入我们，通过活动真正成为丘吉尔院舍和哈罗大家庭的一员。希望自己以后能为丘吉尔院舍做出更大的贡献。

I am honoured to be the Student House Leader of Churchill House again this year, so I must be doing something right! However, each year I have learnt something new, I have learnt how to communicate calmly and correctly with a wider range of people and I have got a feel for the family. I enjoy taking part in House activities with all grades and now that we have members of the Harrow Little Lions, they sometimes join us and really become part of the Churchill House and Harrow family through their activities. I hope I can make a bigger contribution to Churchill House in the future.

这是我来哈罗的第三年，也是我担任院舍长的第三年，我可以毫无疑问地说，这改变了我很多。对我来说，一个明显的进步是它给了我更多的信心和对自己的信任。我以前从没想过我能成为任何一种领袖。我曾经认为领导者应该是最厉害的才行，但我现在不这么认为了。我也曾经害怕任何人对我抱有过高的期望，我以前把这当成压力。但是现在，即使有时我仍然有一点，但我觉得更快乐、更舒适。现在，我不再把它视为一项责任，而是直接投入到工作中，享受这个过程。当面对挑战时，我能兴奋起来，和我院舍的伙伴们一起。我知道我们都在一条战线上，朝着同一个目标前进，所以我们总是互相帮助和鼓励。再说了，我们院舍里有那么多可爱的小孩，谁想看到他们难过呢?

This is my third year at Harrow and my third year as a Student House Leader and I can say without a doubt that it has changed me a lot. One obvious improvement for me is that it has given me more confidence and trust in myself. I never thought I could be any kind of leader before. I used to think that a leader should only be the best at what they do, but I don't think that anymore.I also used to be afraid of anyone expecting too much from me, and I used to think of that as pressure. But now, even though I still have a little bit of it sometimes, I feel happier and more comfortable. Now, instead of seeing it as a responsibility, I just throw myself into the work and enjoy the process. When faced with a challenge, I can get excited and join my partners in my house. I know we are all on the same page and working towards the same goal, so we always help and encourage each other. Besides, we have so many lovely children in our house, who wants to see them sad?
