在上一期新老师介绍中，我们与双语实验部的几位新老师相识，欢迎他们成为CBIS优秀学术团队的一员。本期我们来认识几位国际部的新老师，他们来自不同的国家，拥有丰富的教育背景和经验，优秀且卓越。

适应力强 —— 对于学生来说，一个人必须准备好在课堂上面对挑战，尊重个性的差异化教学确保了每位学生在发展过程中能轻松应对各项挑战。

灵活机智 —— 有时，作为教育工作者，我们必须在特定的时间支持并应对所有变化。

热情洋溢 —— 除了语言课程，我更重视“文化体验”的概念，让学生真正了解如何通过课程与活动，获得动态体验从而更好地学习英语。

作为一名英语教师，我的方法是创造一个引人入胜、包容性强的学习环境。我坚信，在培养学生自信和文化意识的同时培养学生的语言能力是非常重要的。在我的教学生涯中，我制定了一套有效的教学策略，包括运用技术、互动活动和真实的材料，使学习英语变得妙趣横生。

培育心 —— 作为一名母亲和“有爱心”的教师，我在课堂上通过营造一个充满育人和关爱的教学氛围，为学生创设积极向上的班级学习文化，以支持学生们的整体健康和发展。

自我反思 —— 我定期反思自己的教学技巧和策略，以确保师生互动和学习环境保持实用、新颖和有趣，从而对学生产生积极的影响。

适应力 —— 我是一个敢于冒险的人，能够从困境中反弹，并在挑战中坚持不懈，为我的学生树立了坚韧不拔、心胸开阔的榜样。

CBIS被誉为中国IB学校的模范，我长期以来一直非常欣赏CBIS所做的工作。CBIS的全人教育理念深深吸引了我，这与我的教学理念不谋而合。我期待着在课堂上和我的学生一起实践CBIS的价值观，在调动学生的积极性的同时，培养他们的国际意识，帮助他们努力成为知识渊博、尊重他人、勇于创新的终身学习者。

In the previous passage, we met our new teachers from the Bilingual Experimental Department and welcomed them to become one of our excellent academic team. This time, we will meet several new teachers from the International Department, who come from different countries and have rich educational backgrounds and experience. They are excellent and outstanding.

At CBIS International Department, we respect the individuality and talents of each student, patiently guide and teach according to their aptitude. Our teachers are good at creating an opening and interesting classroom atmosphere, guiding students to develop good habits of independent thinking, communication and cooperation in experiential learning. We strive to stimulate students' infinite imagination, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, and support them in continuously growing into lifelong learners with Chinese soul, global vision, and international mindness through learning, demonstration, and action.

Adaptable - With students one must be ready to face challenges in the classroom, and differentiated teaching has allowed me to front those challenges in every student's development process.

Flexible - Sometimes as educators we have to be supportive with any changes at any given time. That's being a team player.

Passionate - I not only offer a language course, I also offer a cultural experience in my classroom giving students a true meaning in how to learn the English language through dynamic experiences that will be placed into their workshops and activities.

As an English Teacher, my approach centers around creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment. I strongly believe in the importance of fostering students' language proficiency while nurturing their confidence and cultural awareness. Throughout my teaching career, I have developed a repertoire of effective instructional strategies, incorporating technology, interactive activities, and authentic materials to make learning English enjoyable and relevant.

Nurturing - As a mother and a "teacher by heart", I set the stage for a positive culture and climate in my classroom by providing a nurturing and caring environment for my students, which helps to support their overall well-being and development.

Reflective - I regularly reflect on my pedagogical techniques to ensure teacher-student interactions and the learning environment is practical, innovative, and FUN to impact my students positively.

Resilient - I am a Risk-Taker who can bounce back from difficult situations and persevere through challenges, modelling resilience and open-mindedness for my students.

CBIS is known as a model IB school in China, and I am a long-term admirer of the work CBIS is doing. I am drawn by CBIS's philosophy of a holistic approach to education which aligns perfectly with my teaching philosophy. I look forward to embodying the values of CBIS in my classroom by promoting international mindedness among my students while engaging their young minds，and help them strive to become knowledgeable, respectful, and innovative lifelong learners.

Open-minded - This means I am open for student's ideas and suggestions about creating, performing and exploring music.

Passion - I am dynamic and committed to teaching music. 

Challenging - I believe that the life without challenges would be boring for me. Challenges help us to grow and reach high aims in our life.

CBIS has a strong reputation for its commitment to excellence in education. The school's dedication to providing a high-quality learning experience for students aligns with my own teaching philosophy. My teaching mission is to inspire, educate and develop essential musical skills in children, and to cultivate their passion to create and perform music, so that they could become creative and lifelong learners.

Curious - Being curious makes my mind active instead of passive and makes me see things that are hidden behind the surface of normal life.

Balanced - Having a good balance helps in making my life easier to perform and enjoying all of the happiness in life and work.

Lifelong Learner - Knowledge is endless, and being full of curiosity and learning something new every day allows me to always maintain a young mind to face the unknown future.

CBIS impresses me with its mission statements, which value our Chinese soul and embrace the Global view, and high-quality IB education for all learners. I am looking forward to being a curious, balanced, and lifelong learner with my students as I always remember "the purpose of education is to turn mirrors into windows."
