在CBIS,每个学期都有来自不同国家、地区的插班生加入我们的学习社区。在热烈欢迎新成员们到来的同时,我们也有一套科学、完整的流程,可以帮助每位插班生更好地适应新环境,更快地融入新集体,更有效地开展新阶段的学习与生活。

在插学生办理入学时,我们会与他们进行30分钟的会面,通过交谈的方式了解他们的基本信息和情况,并对他们进行系统的心理测试与评估

入校初期,我们会与班主任、家长保持紧密联系,及时告知家长学生在学校的各种情况,包括生活、学习、人际关系处理等,并定期将孩子的心理状况反馈给家长。我们还会定期开展心理健康讲座,帮助学生缓解学习或备考过程中产生的焦虑情绪。

如有特殊需要,我们会陪同学生一起上课、活动。在过程中观察学生的心理状态,有问题及时向学生提供关怀与支持,增进学生与同学的关系,帮助他们更好地融入集体。

在日常教学中,班主任会指派同学去支持插班生同学。比如在教学区会介绍科任教师,带领插班生前往功能室和课室,介绍认识不同的老师与同学。







新的学年,美好的相遇在温暖的CBIS发生,老师们满怀责任心,家长满怀信任心,携手合作、彼此支持。相信在家校共同努力下,同学们将在CBIS顺利“解锁”新的学习与生活,开启一段美妙的成长旅程。

At CBIS, transfer students from different countries and regions join our learning community every semester. Besides warm welcoming, we also provide the new members with a scientific and comprehensive process that helps them better adapt to the new environment, integrate into the new collective, and start a new stage of learning and life more effectively.

When transfer students process their enrollment, we will first have a 30-minute conversation with them to understand their basic information and situation and conduct systematic psychological testing and evaluation.

In the early days of school, we will maintain close contact with the homeroom teachers and parents to inform parents promptly of situations of students at school, including life, learning, interpersonal relationships, etc., and regular feedback on the child's psychological status. We will also organize mental health lectures regularly to help students alleviate anxiety during the learning or exam preparation process.

We will also provide companionship for students in classes and activities if they have special needs. During the process, we observe the mental state of students, provide timely care and support to students if there are any problems, enhance the relationship between students, and help them better integrate into the collective.

In daily teaching, the homeroom teachers will ask students to support transfer students. For example, they can introduce subject teachers and classmates to them, and guide them to familiarize themselves with functional rooms and classrooms.






In the new academic year, all beautiful encounters occur in the CBIS, with teachers full of responsibility and parents full of trust to work together and support each other. We believe with the joint efforts of home and school, students will "unlock" new learning and life in CBIS and embark on a wonderful growth journey.
