Education at CISH

Aligning and Balancing MYP ATLs Education is an ever-evolving field, and at CISH, the commitment to excellence is unwavering. As part of our dedication to ensuring the highest caliber of teaching and learning, we frequently re-examine our approaches to learning (ATLs). This is to ensure we consistently offer instruction that is both holistic and aligned with the demands of the modern world.  

Recently, MYP and DP Coordinators spearheaded a collaborative session with the goal of refining and balancing the Middle Years Programme's ATLs. The aim? To seamlessly prepare our students for the rigors of the Diploma Programme and to fortify our commitment to progressive educational methodologies. 

The centerpiece of the session was a visually engaging activity, prompting departments to dissect and understand their ATLs in a holistic manner. This method provided a panoramic view of the diverse range of ATLs currently in play. By visually mapping these out, educators pinpointed areas of saturation and identified gaps, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive curriculum for our students.

教育处在一个不断革新的领域，在 CISH，我们始终坚定追求卓越。为保证最高标准的教与学过程，我们坚持不懈地审视学习方法(ATLs)，以提供全面且与现在社会需求一致的教育指导。

近期，MYP 和 DP 协调员率先召开了一次合作会议，以起到进一步完善和平衡MYP项目中的学习方法环节的作用。此次会议的目的是让学生严格按照DP课程要求做好充分准备，同时这也是本校始终坚持采用先进教育方法的一种强化体现。

会议通过直观且吸引人的中心内容帮助各部门从整体上剖析和理解其学习方法，从全景式的视角展示了目前正在实施的各种不同的学习方法，即ATL。通过直观展示，教育教学人员准确定位饱和领域，找出其中差距，确保为学生提供均衡而全面的课程。

The discourse further delved into the quintessential soft skills required in the 21st Century. As we stand on the brink of an era dominated by artificial intelligence and other technological marvels, the importance of skills such as critical and creative thinking, media and information literacy, and effective collaboration cannot be overstated. Moreover, the capacity for communication, along with affective and reflective approaches, are paramount. The session underscored the urgency of tailoring our ATLs to these very demands, ones that our students and educators encounter daily. 

活动中进一步探讨了 21 世纪所需的基本软技能。我们正处在一个由人工智能和其他科技主导的时代，批判性和创造性思维、媒体和各种信息素养以及有效的协作技巧等必不可缺。此外，交流能力以及反思反馈方法也至关重要。学生和教育工作者在日常会涉及此类相关需求，因此，我们需根据这些需求来调整我们的学习方法（ATL）。

This collaborative endeavor is a testament to CISH's unwavering commitment to pioneering education. Through consistent evaluation and realignment of ATLs, we at CISH are not just preparing students for academic success, but also equipping them with the tools they need to navigate and excel in the dynamic landscape of the real world.
