Information Day｜暨大港澳子弟学校香港大学升学行

To assist ASJ students with their life planning and set clear goals for their future education, Secondary students from ASJ (Guangzhou 、Dongguan and Foshan) and SHIMEN International Curriculum Center went to Hong Kong on October 28th under the arrangement of the Hong Kong Office of ASJ to participate in the University of Hong Kong's (HKU) Information Day. Through visiting the university facilities, listening to the talks, and consulting, the students deepen their understanding of HKU and their intended majors.

为了助力ASJ学子及早做好生涯规划，找寻明确的升学目标，暨大港澳子弟学校(广州、东莞及佛山）以及石门国际课程中心的中学生们在暨大港澳子弟学校香港办事处的安排下于10月28日前往香港，参与香港大学信息日活动，通过亲身游览校园、聆听讲座、咨询信息等活动，加深对香港大学的认识以及对意向专业的了解。

During the visit, students experienced the international learning environment of HKU and attended talks from the Faculties of Science, Business, and Arts. Students learned about the curriculum offered, the speciality content, the cultivation of capability and the admissions requirements from the hosting professor.

Students also got the opportunity to gain firsthand experiences of life and studying at HKU from current university students, enriching their knowledge of the university. After the initial presentation, students also had face-to-face communication with the professors to have their burning questions answered.

在此次访学过程中，学生们不仅感受到了香港大学国际化的学习环境和多元化的学习氛围，还参加了科学系、商学院和文学院等多个学院的入学讲座，学生从学院教授们的演示中了解到了不同学院开设的课程、专业内容、能力培养方向以及入学要求，亦从在校大学生的分享中了解在港大学学习生活的酸甜苦辣，丰富了自己对香港大学的认知。课后，学生还与教授面对面交流，咨询自己所关心的问题。

ASJ students demonstrated their respect for HKU and responsible attitude towards themselves during this study visit. Some students were amazed by the Artificial Intelligence program of the Faculty of Science and impressed by the strong research capability of HKU; meanwhile, some students were clearer about the direction they wanted to major in Economics and Finance and said that they would work harder towards this goal in the future.

ASJ学子在本次访学行中展现出了对知识殿堂的尊重以及对自己负责的态度，他们专注于了解专业的课程信息和入学要求并认真记录下对自己有用的信息。有学生表示对科学系的人工智能项目印象颇为深刻，感受到香港大学在前沿科研领域的领先实力；亦有学生更加明确了自己想要就读经济与金融专业的方向，表示接下来将朝着这个目标更加努力。

Through this visit to HKU, students have gained more aspirations for their future university life, and this aspiration will become the motivation for their future studies. Keep going, students of ASJ!

通过本次香港大学访学活动，学生们对未来的大学生活多了一份向往，这份向往亦将成为他们日后的学习生活的动力，伴随他们进入心仪的大学。
