Students Explore Tertiary Education Expo｜学生探索国际专上教育展览

Last week, the International Tertiary Education Expo in Dongguan 2023 was successfully held at ASJ (Dongguan). This event not only allowed participants from Dongguan and the Greater Bay Area to get the most up-to-date and accurate information from more than 30 universities and colleges all over the world, but also inspired and empowered students to start planning for their future and set their own academic goals.

上周，首届“莞通万里”国际专上教育展览在东莞暨大港澳子弟学校顺利举行。活动不仅让来自东莞及大湾区的各位参展人员掌握到最新最确切的境内外升学信息，更让学生们能够探索到多元化的高等教育机会，从而激发他们的学习动力。

Students at ASJ (Dongguan) benefited greatly from this event. Throughout the two days of the Expo, our students proactively visited the booths with curiosity and excitement, and took an initiative to speak to the university admission officers with good manners. They listened attentively to the university presentations and took notes of the information on their worksheets, demonstrating a responsible attitude towards their future.

近水楼台先得月，东莞暨大港澳子弟学校学子在本次大学展中受益良多。展览期间，学生们身着整齐的礼服，怀着期待和好奇的心情，有序地在展台之间穿梭，询问自己所关心的问题。他们主动和大学的招生老师交谈，仔细聆听他们对学校的介绍和专业的解释，并在工作纸上仔细记录下获取的信息，展现出对自己未来负责的态度。

They also learned to evaluate which university would be more suitable for them by collecting first-hand information about different universities, such as their education provision, location, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, popular courses and other relevant information.

他们还通过收集宣传手册等第一手资料，了解心仪大学的升学情况、地理位置、录取要求、学费、奖学金、热门专业等相关信息，学会衡量哪一所学校更适合自己。

The International Tertiary Education Expo provided an invaluable opportunity for students to gain a better understanding of all the tertiary academic opportunities so they can make informed life choices. In the future, ASJ (Dongguan) will continuously provide more opportunities that empower students to make informed decisions about their future academic pathways.
