The professional development of teachers is the key to improving the quality of education, and it is also the fundamental guarantee for the development of students. To continue improving the professionalism of teachers and applying advanced educational philosophy and framework in the new semester, Sias International School (Sias IS) organized the Learning Expo on the 8th of January 2024. During the learning expo, teachers engaged in the study and discussion of professional knowledge and the analysis of excellent teaching experiences, aiming to develop Sias IS into a world-class IB international school.

研习会形式丰富，内容充实。教学校长首先为大家更新学校变化，深化“标准化管理”内容，再根据分组进行组内讨论与学习。小组内容涵盖从托班到中学学段，从思维模型到教学方法等全方面、多层次的主题，例如幼儿园阶段的“大声阅读”、小学阶段的“文字素养“、中学阶段的“导师关怀”等。

The Learning Expo includes various types of theme activities and combinations. In the beginning, the Academic Principal took all teachers to explore school updates and Deep Dive into Standards. In addition, there were different types of group studies and activities to get involved in, such as PY Literacy Components, EY Read Aloud, MYP Introduction to Mentoring, etc.
