随着时间的飞逝,我们迎来了彼一米森林学校的年终教师培训周。这次培训不仅是一次知识的更新,更是我们教育路上的一次心灵洗礼。

As time passed, we comducted the end-of-year teacher training week at Changsha BeeMee Forest School. This training is not just a renewal of knowledge, but also a catharsis in our educational journey.



IB工作坊-学习者档案

IB Workshop - Learner Portfolio

IB课程培训为老师们带来了全新的教育视角。通过深入了解学习者档案的构建,老师们开始注重记录学生的个体差异、学习过程和成长轨迹。这种教学方法不仅能帮助学生更好地认识自己,还促使老师们反思传统评价方式的局限性,更加关注学生的全面发展。如何对学生的学习起到架构作用,如何利用学习者档案帮助学生形成整体纵向的成长发展规划等,是这次培训的要点。

The IB workshop provided teachers with a new perspective on education. Through a comprehensive understanding of the construction of learner profiles, teachers began to focus on documenting students' individual differences, learning processes, and growth trajectories. This assessment method not only helps students to understand themselves better but also encourages teachers to reflect on the limitations of traditional assessment methods and to pay more attention to the overall development of students. The main objectives of this training are to teach educators how to organize students' learning and utilize the learner profile to support students in achieving holistic vertical growth and development.


在培训过程中,老师们学会了如何制定个性化学习计划,以满足不同学生的需求。他们开始更加注重学生的独立思考和合作学习能力的培养,从而促进了学生自主学习能力的提升。

During the workshop, teachers learnt how to create personalized learning plans to address the needs of individual students. They began to pay more attention to developing students' independent thinking and cooperative learning skills, thus promoting students' ability to learn independently.


中外方老师分学科培训

Learning Research Session in Different Subject Group

在分学科培训中,老师们深入探讨了语文、数学、英语等主要学科的教学方法和策略。通过学习专家的专题讲座,老师们不断刷新教育观念,汲取先进的教学经验。

During the sub-subject training, teachers delved deeply into the teaching methods and strategies for core subjects such as language, mathematics, and English. Through studying the special lectures of experts, teachers continuously updated their educational concepts and drew on advanced teaching experience.


语文学科的培训让老师们意识到传统文化的传承与现代教学方法的融合的重要性;数学学科培训则引导老师们运用逻辑思维和问题解决能力来培养学生的数学素养;英语学科培训则强调了语言实际运用和跨文化交际能力的培养。专家指出,新课改中提出的学科间的融合,大单元的教学设计,势不可逆,提高老师们自身的综合能力尤为重要。

Chinese sub-subject training made teachers aware of the importance of integrating traditional cultural heritage and modern teaching methods; the training in mathematics guided teachers to use logical thinking and problem-solving skills to cultivate students' mathematical literacy; and the training in English emphasised the cultivation of practical language use and intercultural communication skills. The experts pointed out that the integration of disciplines and the design of large teaching units proposed in the new curriculum reform are irreversible, and it is particularly important to improve teachers' own comprehensive skills.

通过培训,老师们在教学实践中不断尝试新的教学方法和手段,为学生提供更加丰富、有趣的学习体验。他们开始注重培养学生的创新思维和批判性思考能力,鼓励学生敢于质疑、勇于探索。

Through the training, teachers experimented with new teaching methods and approaches in their teaching practice to provide richer and more interesting learning experiences for students. They began to focus on developing students' innovative and critical thinking skills, encouraging students to dare to question and explore.


UOI大单元融合设计与实践

Unit of Inquiry: Big Conceptual Lesson Planning and Implementation

在本次培训中,我们还特别强调了大单元融合设计的理念与实践。老师们围绕跨学科的主题和真实情境,进行深入的讨论与合作。他们共同探讨如何将不同学科的知识与技能进行有机整合,以促进学生的综合素质发展。

In this training, we also place special emphasis on the concept and practice of large unit integration design. Teachers engaged in in-depth discussions and collaborated on interdisciplinary themes and authentic situations. They collaborated to explore how to seamlessly integrate the knowledge and skills of different disciplines to foster the holistic development of students.


通过案例分析和实际操作,老师们学习了如何设计具有探究性和实践性的跨学科项目,引导学生运用多学科知识解决实际问题。这种教学方法不仅能够激发学生的学习兴趣和动力,还能培养他们的综合思维能力和创新能力。

Through case studies and practical exercises, teachers have learnt how to design interdisciplinary projects that are exploratory and practical, and how to guide students to apply multidisciplinary knowledge to solve practical problems. This teaching method not only stimulates students' interest and motivation to learn, but also develops their broad thinking and innovation skills.

在讨论环节,老师们分享了自己在大单元融合设计中的实践经验和心得体会。他们探讨了如何根据学生的需求和发展水平调整教学策略,确保每个学生都能从中受益。通过相互交流和学习,老师们不断提升着自己的教学设计能力和教学水平。

During the discussion session, teachers shared their practical experiences and insights in designing large unit integration. They discussed how to adapt teaching strategies according to students' needs and developmental levels to ensure that every student could benefit. Through sharing and learning from each other, the teachers continued to improve their instructional design skills and teaching standards.


教育讲座《中小学校园安全事故法律责任分析及预防沟通处理》

Training Seminar on "Analysis of legal liability for security incidents in primary and secondary schools and management of preventive communication”

安全是教育的基石。此次讲座让老师们意识到校园安全事故出现时,法律责任的重要性,并学习到预防和应对策略。通过提升法律意识和沟通技巧,老师们更好地保障学生的安全与权益

Safety is the cornerstone of education. The seminar enabled teachers to recognise the importance of legal responsibility for school safety incidents and to learn prevention and coping strategies. By improving their legal awareness and communication skills, teachers are better able to protect the safety and rights of their students.


讲座还强调了与学生家长的有效沟通对于校园安全的重要性。老师们学会了如何与家长建立信任关系,及时反馈学生在校表现和安全状况,共同维护学生的健康成长环境。

The seminar also emphasised the importance of effective communication with students' parents for campus safety. Teachers learned how to build a trusting relationship with parents, provide timely feedback on student performance and safety at school, and work together to maintain a healthy environment for students to grow up in.


线上讲座《走向深度学习的教学设计》

Lecture "Instructional Design Towards Deeper Learning"

在信息爆炸的时代,引导学生从浅层学习走向深度学习至关重要。此次讲座深入探讨了深度学习的理念与实践,帮助老师们进行教学设计,提升促进学生独立思考和创新能力的提升。

In the age of information explosion, it is crucial to guide students from shallow learning to deep learning. The seminar explored the concept and practice of deep learning in depth, helping teachers to design their teaching and promote students' independent thinking and creativity. 


通过培训,老师们掌握了更多引导学生深度学习的策略和方法。他们开始注重培养学生的高阶思维能力、批判性思考和解决问题的能力。通过创设真实情境和挑战性问题,鼓励学生主动探究、合作学习和知识迁移,培养他们的终身学习习惯。

Through the training, teachers mastered more strategies and methods to guide students towards deep learning. They began to focus on developing students' higher-order thinking, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. By creating authentic situations and challenging problems, students are encouraged to engage in active inquiry, collaborative learning and knowledge transfer, and to develop lifelong learning habits.


成绩与收获

Achievements and Gains

经过一周的培训,老师们在教学理念、教学方法和教学设计等方面取得了显著的进步。他们将所学知识运用到日常教学中,不断优化教学过程,提高教学质量。

After a week of training, the teachers have made remarkable progress in their teaching concepts, teaching methods and lesson design. They have applied what they have learnt to their daily teaching, continuously optimising the teaching process and improving the quality of teaching.

展望未来,我们深知教育的道路任重而道远。在新的教育时代背景下,我们将继续探索教育的本质和未来发展方向。我们将不断深化教育改革,创新教育模式和方法,以适应学生全面发展的需求。我们将致力于培养具有创新精神、实践能力、国际视野和社会责任感的学生,为他们的未来发展和人生成功奠定坚实基础。

As we look to the future, we know that the road to education is a long and arduous one. In the context of the new era of education, we will continue to explore the nature of education and the direction of future development. We will continue to deepen educational reform and innovate educational models and methods to meet the needs of students' all-round development. We will strive to cultivate students with innovative spirit, practical ability, international outlook and sense of social responsibility to lay a solid foundation for their future development and success in life.
