Learning the laws and regulations of teaching is not only legal awareness training, but also the embodiment of responsibility and commitment. BeeMee with moral leadership will use spirit to shape the soul. The establishment of laws and regulations points out the direction  of progress for teachers. In the process of learning teachers' laws and regulations, once again, our thoughts and hearts have been improved.

用心呵护，爱铺满园。后勤服务是支持教育的重要一环。对安保部门以及厨房，我们进行了相应的安保人员工作流程培训与厨房食品卫生安全标准培训。同时规范保育的工作流程，提高对防控传染病的责任意识，促使保育工作细致化、规范化。

Taking care with heart, love spreads all over the garden. Logistics service is an important part of supporting education. For the security department and the kitchen, we have carried out the corresponding security personnel workflow training and kitchen food hygiene and safety standards training. At the same time, we standardise the workflow of the school and raise the awareness of the responsibility of preventing and controlling infectious diseases, so as to make the nursery work detailed and standardised.

春季是各种呼吸道疾病和传染性疾病的高发季节，老师们在“传染病预防及护理”培训会议当中及时地了解了各种传染病类型及预防措施。每种疾病都有不同的传播途径、潜伏期和症状，同时也需要我们用不同的措施来预防与应对。

Spring is the season of high incidence of various respiratory diseases and infectious diseases. The teachers learned to understand the various types of infectious diseases and preventive measures in the "prevention and care of infectious diseases" training conference. Each disease has a different transmission route, incubation period and symptoms, and requires different measures to prevent and respond.

预防和管理传染病，是幼儿园卫生保健工作中的重中之重。降低传染病的传播与细菌的滋生，给幼儿提供一个安全卫生的成长环境，保障幼儿的身心健康，是园所每一位教职员工应尽的责任和义务。

The prevention and management of infectious diseases is the top priority in the kindergarten health care work. It is the responsibility and obligation of all of the teaching staff to reduce the spread of infectious diseases and the breeding of bacteria, to provide a safe and healthy growth environment for children, and to protect children's physical and mental health.

研以致远，行走在终身学习的路上，扎扎实实迈出每一步，永不停歇。在彼一米，我们的育人目标是培养具有创新、思辨、坚毅、同理心及终身学习能力的世界小公民，同时我们也希望老师们能够常常保持一个空杯心态，在不断地向外给予时，也可以不断地向内去充实自己。

For a more scientific and effective classroom management, teachers will discuss in different groups, actively speak, share best practices, and create a positive learning environment.

教师们系统学习了幼小衔接的相关课程，如何科学地开展幼小衔接。同时为孩子们做好身心准备、生活准备、社会准备与学习准备，帮助孩子们顺利过渡到下一个阶段的学习。

Teachers learnt systematically about the Early Childhood Education curriculum and how to carry out the ECE in a scientific way. At the same time, they prepare children physically, mentally, socially and academically for a smooth transition to the next stage of learning.

引导教师们思考教学与学习的本质区别，倡导共同构建知识、共同成长的学习氛围。深入研究IEYC的教学特点，探讨如何进行有效的评估，以了解孩子的学习进展和需求。并通过反思教学过程，不断改进教学方法和策略，实现教学的持续优化。

Teachers are guided to think about the essential difference between teaching and learning, advocating for a learning atmosphere of building knowledge and growing together. There will be In-depth study of the IEYC's teaching characteristics and exploration of how to conduct effective assessment to understand students' learning progress and needs. Through reflecting on the teaching process, we will continue to improve teaching methods and strategies to achieve continuous optimisation of teaching.

有很多家长认为，把孩子送到幼儿园，进行社交活动和常规学习，孩子就知道遵守规则了。但是规则建立作为儿童行为管理的主要内容之一，其实不是那么简单。EYFS会将“成人期待”与“规则建立”紧密相连，通过“行为预期的方式”，协助建立班级规则，从而实现儿童的积极行为管理。

There are many parents who think that by sending their children to kindergarten for social activities and routine learning, the children will know how to follow the rules. However, establishing rules, as one of the main components of children's behaviour management, is not that simple. An EYFS Kindergarten will closely link "adult expectations" and "rule establishment", and assist in the establishment of classroom rules through the "behavioural expectations approach", so as to achieve children's positive behaviour management.

通过小组讨论的方式，老师们了解到常规的建立和实施必须考虑孩子的年龄特点，要求和规则要切合幼儿实际；营造宽松、温馨的家庭式氛围，经常交流与沟通，步调一致；注重细节，做到持之以恒；要以平等的师生关系为前提；做一个钻研型、反思型的教师，在班级管理的方法上要充分体现出教师的智慧。

Through group discussions, teachers learnt that the establishment and implementation of routines must take into account the age of the children, and that the requirements and rules should be realistic for the children; create a relaxed and warm family atmosphere, with frequent communication and consistency; pay attention to details, and be consistent; have an equal teacher-student relationship as a prerequisite; and be a researching and reflective teacher, who can fully reflect the wisdom of teachers in classroom management methods. 

通过此次培训，加强教师的专业知识和技能，提高教师教学水平, 推广先进的教育理念和教学方法。只有教师们不断地自我提升才能满足幼儿不断发展的需要，以此推动我园幼儿教育的持续发展。

Through this training, the professional knowledge and skills of teachers will be strengthened, the teaching level of teachers will be improved, and advanced education concepts and teaching methods will be promoted. Only through continuous self-improvement can teachers meet the needs of children's continuous development, thus promoting the sustainable development of early childhood education in our school.
