3月19日下午,为进一步增强校企人才合作交流,提升法拉古特学生的职业认知和体验,我校“课堂之外”实践活动组织学生代表走进天津炜捷制药有限公司实验室,为同学们开启了一次新奇有趣、科技感满满的药企调研之旅!

On the afternoon of March 19th, in order to further strengthen the cooperation and exchange of talents between schools and enterprises, and improve the career cognition and experience of Farragut students, the "Beyond the Classroom" practice activity of our school organized student representatives to visit the laboratory of Tianjin Weijie Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and opened up a new and interesting, The pharmaceutical company research trip full of technology!

天津炜捷制药· 简介



天津炜捷制药成立于2004年,是一家集原料药及高级中间体研发和定制生产为核心业务的制药企业。作为一家年轻的、富有朝气的制药企业,炜捷制药积极推进医药创新和产品国际化进程,推进原料药产品生产的规范化、产品品牌化、品种特色化、产研一体化,从单一的原料药出口发展为原料药与自主研发制剂同步,从为国外大公司定制生产发展为共同创新研发。公司依托产研联合建成设施优良的药物制剂研发中心等创新研发平台,具备化学药、生物药研发创新能力。截至2017年初,炜捷制药已获得国内外的各项专利高达30项。

Tianjin Weijie Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004. It is a pharmaceutical company that focuses on the R&D and custom production of APIs and advanced intermediates.

As a young and energetic pharmaceutical company, Weijie Pharmaceutical is actively promoting pharmaceutical innovation and the internationalization of its products. It is also promoting the standardization, branding, specialization and integration of API production. The company has developed from a single API exporter to a company that develops APIs and its own formulations simultaneously, and from a custom producer for foreign companies to a joint innovator.

今天,我们来到了炜捷制药进行参观、实践和学习。负责人员首先向我们简要的介绍制药厂基础信息。通过他的介绍,我们了解到这里主要负责制作原料药,经过加工后,再产出抗肿瘤、抗血凝、麻醉后遗症控制等最终产品,主攻海外市场。

Today, we visited Weijie Chemical Pharmaceuticals for visiting, practicing, and learning. Our visit began with a brief introduction to the facility by a company representative. We learned that their primary focus is the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), which are further processed into final products targeting various therapeutic areas, such as anticancer, anticoagulant, and post-anesthesia care drugs, etc., primarily for overseas markets.


开始参观之前,指导老师详细地介绍了车间参观安全注意事项,如带好安全帽的重要性、意外应对常识及基础标识辨认等。穿上防护服,带好安全帽,大家终于准备迈入车间,开始今天最让人期待的参观之旅。

Before commencing the tour, our instructor provided detailed safety guidelines, emphasizing the importance of wearing helmets, emergency procedures, and understanding basic safety signage. After putting on protective suits and helmets, we were ready to enter the production area and embark on the highly anticipated tour.


首先,我们前往液体存放仓库。制药厂的安全管理非常严格,所有电子设备都需要存放。进入仓库,每一个液桶上面都详细标上了各种信息,整齐地被放在通风良好的仓库中。大家都有着强烈的好奇心,而对于我们提出的问题,指导老师都会详细的回答。我们了解了什么是“待复检”类的储备,什么是闪点,部分管控规范等知识。

Our tour began at the liquid storage warehouse. Strict safety protocols were in place, requiring all electronic devices to be stored away. Inside, each liquid drum was meticulously labeled with detailed information and neatly organized in a well-ventilated area. Our curiosity was piqued, and our guide patiently answered our questions, providing insights into concepts such as "pending re-inspection" inventory, flash points, and various regulatory standards. 


其次,我们去固体仓库进行参观。物品被摆放和分类的井井有条,标识清晰。清洁和卫生做的比较到位,高大的柜子和五花八门的化学品留下了深深的印象。

Next, we visited the solid materials warehouse. The items were meticulously organized and categorized, with clear labeling. The cleanliness and sanitation standards were impressive. The towering shelves stocked with an array of chemicals left a lasting impression on us.



要参观的第三个车间,是反应车间。指导老师用生动形象的例子解释反应步骤,一个个巨大的反应釜排布在车间当中。车间采用了先进的自动化设置,材料也都是特殊的EXE防爆材质。从未了解过这些设备的同学们都被这些生产机器吸引住,在生产车间仔细观摩。离心机,收集器等也都被一一展示、介绍。

The third area we visited was the reaction workshop. The guide used vivid and illustrative examples to explain the reaction steps. Massive reactors were lined up throughout the workshop. Advanced automated systems were employed, and all materials were made of specialized explosion-proof EXE materials. Students who had never seen such equipment before were captivated by these production machines as we carefully observed the workshop. Centrifuges, collectors, and other equipment were all showcased and introduced one by one.


本次参观的终点是检测点。一台台高大的检测仪器,如液相质谱仪等在桌上放置。这里的安全管控更为严格,尤其是在天平室和微生物实验室。我们了解到,哪怕是开门关门这样简单的动作,也会让具有超高精度的天平发生误差。微生物实验室更是有很高的要求要求,更衣和培养都有详细的规范和严格分区。

The final stop of our tour was the testing area. Towering analytical instruments, such as liquid chromatography-mass spectrometers, were placed on the tables. Safety protocols were even more stringent in this area, especially in the balance room and microbiology laboratory. We learned that even simple actions like opening and closing doors could cause deviations in the highly precise balances. The microbiology lab had exceptionally high standards, with detailed protocols and strict zoning for gowning and culturing procedures.

在本次的参观过程中,车间里的高大仪器,实验室严苛的管理制度都给我留下了深刻的印象。好奇心、兴趣、第一次看见精密和专业设备的喜悦,都让我觉得这次的参观非常有意义。

During this tour, the massive equipment in the workshops and the stringent management protocols in the laboratories left a profound impression on me. The sense of curiosity, interest, and joy of witnessing precise and specialized equipment for the first time made this visit incredibly meaningful.
