在中山这块人杰地灵的土地上，蕴藏着丰富的非物质文化遗产。为了将这些祖先留下的珍贵精神财富传承下去，近年来，在社会各界的大力配合下，中山市民间的音乐、舞蹈、习俗等300多个非物质文化遗产资源得到了深入的挖掘，并根据国家的有关规定，对这些资源进行了详细的资料记录整理、申报保护。

There is a rich intangible cultural heritage on the land of Zhongshan, which is a land of outstanding people and earth. To inherit the precious spiritual wealth of our ancestors, in recent years, with the strong cooperation of various sectors of society, more than 300 intangible cultural heritage resources such as folk music, folk dance, and folk customs have been deeply excavated in Zhongshan City. According to relevant national regulations, these resources have been recorded, organized, and applied for detailed protection.

中山市弘科未来学校国际化融合高中的学生也深入调研了中山咸水歌、小榄菊花会、南朗崖口飘色、醉龙舞、咀香园杏仁饼传统制作技艺等一批具有珍贵文化价值和传承价值的非物质文化遗产。

Among them, our students have also conducted in-depth research on a batch of intangible cultural heritages with precious cultural value and inheritance value, such as Zhongshan Salty Water Song, Xiaolan Chrysanthemum Festival, Nanlang Yakou Piaose, Dragon Dance, and traditional production techniques of Tsui Xiangyuan Almond Cake. 在这个春意盎然的季节，我们从课堂步入了文化的殿堂，从书本知识走向了现实生活的实践场所，特地前往了位于中山市的咀香园，开启了一场难忘的非物质文化遗产体验之旅。

In this spring season, we walked from the classroom into the hall of culture, from books to the life scene, and arrived at the Tsui Xiangyuan in Zhongshan City, embarking on an unforgettable journey of intangible cultural heritage experience.

咀香园，这个创立于1918年的中华老字号品牌，早已成为中山的一张文化名片。踏入园区，我们仿佛穿越到了百年前的时光。巨大的饼模雕塑、传统的制作工艺，无不在向我们述说着咀香园悠久的历史与深厚的传承。

Tsui Xiangyuan, a Chinese time-honored brand founded in 1918, has long been a cultural calling card of Zhongshan. Entering the park, we travel back a hundred years. The huge cake sculpture and traditional production techniques tell us about the history and heritage of Tsui Xiangyuan.

在这里，我们亲手体验了杏仁饼的整个制作过程。从精心选材、细致称量、到搅拌均匀，再到精细成型、烘烤出炉，每一步都凝聚着匠人们的智慧与辛勤汗水。我们还得知，杏仁饼的杏仁形状原本容易缺角，影响整体美观，但经过匠人们的巧妙构思，饼模被改良为圆形，既解决了缺角的问题，又完好地保留了传统风味。

Here, we experienced the process of making almond cakes. From material selection, weighing, stirring, shaping, and baking, every step embodies the wisdom and sweat of craftsmen. We also learned that the almond shape of the almond cake was originally prone to missing corners, which affected its appearance. However, with the ingenuity of the craftsmen, the cake mold was changed to a circular shape, which not only solved the problem but also retained the traditional flavor.

这次体验之旅让我们深刻感受到了中山非物质文化遗产的独特魅力与深厚价值。它不仅是历史的见证，更是文化的传承。我们为能够亲身参与并体验这些传统手艺的制作过程而深感自豪，同时也为咀香园对传统文化的坚守与传承精神点赞。

This experiential journey has deeply impressed us with the charm and value of Zhongshan's intangible cultural heritage. It is not only a witness to history but also a cultural inheritance. We are proud to be able to experience these traditional crafts firsthand, and we also applaud the persistence and inheritance of traditional culture in Tsui Xiangyuan.
