In order to further strengthen school security, on prevention of accidents and to build fast responses to emergencies, our school conducted an anti-terrorist and anti-riot emergency drill jointly with Gaobu Branch of Dongguan Public Security Bureau on November 6, 2024. This joint exercise was to enhance the awareness of teachers, students and security personnel on anti-terrorist and anti-riot prevention,  so as to create a safe and harmonious campus environment.

为进一步筑牢学校安全防线，提高师生及安保人员防恐防暴意识，提升校园防范应对突发事件的能力，营造安全和谐的校园环境，2024年11月6日下午，东莞暨大港澳子弟学校携手东莞市公安局高埗分局开展了一场防恐防暴应急演练活动。

The drill was carefully organized. Feasible drill plans were formulated, followed by the arrangement of emergency command team, emergency response team, and logistics support team, ensuring the effective and smooth implementation of the drill.

学校高度重视，精心组织，制定了切实可行的演练方案，并安排了应急指挥组、应急处置组、后勤保障组等，以保证演练的有效顺利实施。

Before the drill began, the police from the Gaobu Branch first explained in detail the correct use of riot equipment such as shields and steel forks. Then they taught the school team anti-terrorism combat skills such as anti-collision, anti-slash and confrontation drills. They also demonstrated the emergency handling process in emergencies, including how to quickly subdue “gangsters” and how to effectively prevent invaders from entering school premises. These useful tactical skills have effectively improved the emergency response and disposal capabilities of campus security personnel.

演练开始前，高埗公安分局的民警首先详细讲解了盾牌、钢叉等防暴器材的正确使用方法，并深入传授了反冲撞、防砍杀及对抗演练等反恐实战技能，还现场示范了在突发情况下的应急处置流程，包括如何迅速制服“歹徒”、如何有效防止“歹徒”进入人员密集区域等战术技巧。这些都有效提升了校园安保人员的应急响应与处置能力。

The drill began with a “gangster” holding a knife, making an attempt to enter the school campus. The school security immediately pressed the alarm after a fast diagnosis of the situation. Then the security personnel secured the premises after moving parents and students into safe perimeters. Then they used riot equipment to try to stop the “gangster” from creating further havoc. After a fierce struggle, the “gangster” was subdued.

随后，演练开始。一名持刀“歹徒”企图进入校园，保安人员敏锐察觉后，立刻按响警报设备。刹那间，保安人员与护校队迅速行动，使用防暴器械奋力制止“歹徒”行凶。经过一番激烈的搏斗与周旋，最终成功将“歹徒”制服。

The drill effectively enhanced the security personnel's safety awareness and strengthened the ability of all staff to deal with sudden violent incidents. Our school will continue to focus on campus safety, especially the safety of all teachers and students, and to build a safe and harmonious campus.

此次演练，有效提升了安保人员的安全防范意识，强化了全体教职工应对处理突发性暴力事件的能力。今后，我校仍一如既往地抓实校园安全工作，为全校师生的人身安全保驾护航，共筑平安和谐校园。
