法制讲座进校园，以法守护助成长

In order to enhance student’s awareness of the rule of law, safety precautions, and self-protection abilities, further strengthen campus safety education, and create a civilized, safe, and harmonious campus environment, on the afternoon of 14th November 2024, Mr. Pinghai XIAO, Deputy Captain of the Criminal Investigation Brigade of Gaobu Public Security Bureau and Vice Principal of Rule of Law of ASJ (Dongguan), came to our school and gave a special lecture on the theme of "Resisting Cyberviolence and Purifying Cyberspace" to the students.

为了增强学生们的法治意识、安全防范意识和自我保护能力，进一步加强校园安全教育，创造文明、平安、和谐的校园环境，2024年11月14日下午，高埗公安分局刑事侦查大队副大队长、东莞暨大港澳子弟学校法治副校长肖平海同志再次走进校园，为同学们带来了以“抵制网络暴力，净化网络空间”为主题的专题讲座。

In the lecture, Officer XIAO explained the manifestations, hazards, and coping strategies of cyberviolence through vivid and real cases. He pointed out that cyberviolence not only causes physical and mental harm to the persons involved, and invades their real lives, but also has an impact on our values and even destroys social harmony. Officer XIAO warned the students to grasp their own "speech boundaries", and not to be "keyboard warriors". And meanwhile, they should protect their "rights boundaries", enhancing legal awareness, and being brave enough to protect themselves through legal means.

讲座中，肖警官结合生动、真实的案例，向同学们讲解了网络暴力的表现形式、危害以及应对办法。他指出，网络暴力不仅对当事人的身心造成了伤害，侵扰了他们的现实生活，更会对我们的价值观产生影响，甚至破坏社会的和谐。肖警官告诫同学们要把握自己的“言论边界”，不做“键盘侠”，同时也要保护自己的“权利边界”，增强法律意识，勇于通过法律手段保护自己。

Subsequently, Officer XIAO pointed out that in terms of network security, in addition to resisting cyberviolence, it is also necessary to be vigilant at all times to prevent telecom fraud and online fraud. He reminded students to do the “musts list" to prevent fraud.

随后，肖警官又指出，在网络安全方面，除了要抵制网络暴力外，还要时刻警醒，预防电信诈骗和网络诈骗，提醒同学们预防诈骗要做到“六个一律，八个凡是”。

In addition, Officer XIAO also gave explanations and emphasized the prevention of campus bullying and sexual assault. Officer XIAO explained what campus bullying is, its manifestations, and what to do when encountering campus bullying. He emphasized the legal responsibilities that bullies should bear and provided students with a deeper understanding of campus bullying from the perspective of laws.

此外，肖警官还就预防校园欺凌和预防性侵害分别做了讲解和强调。肖警官以通俗易懂的语言讲解什么是校园欺凌，其表现形式，以及遇到校园欺凌怎么办，重点强调了欺凌者应承担的法律责任，从法治角度让同学们对校园欺凌有了更深刻的认识。

Finally, Officer XIAO explained the types of sexual assault and how to prevent it, hoping that students can raise their awareness of prevention and prevent the occurrence of sexual assault.

最后，肖警官对性侵害的类型和如何防止性侵害做了讲解，希望同学们提高防范意识，预防性侵害的发生。

The legal lecture has not only enhanced students' awareness of network security and improved their awareness and concept of the rule of law, but it has also allowed them to think deeply and regulate their words and deeds. In the future, our school will continue to organize students to actively study the law, abide by the law, and use and protect the law so that students can grow up healthily and happily under the escort of the law.

此次法制讲座既增强了同学们的网络安全意识，提升了法治意识和观念，又让同学们通过深入思考，努力规范自己的言行。学校今后将继续组织学生们积极学法、守法、用法、护法，让学生们在法律的护航下健康快乐成长。
