在行为心理学中有这样的说法:一个人新习惯、新理念的养成和巩固,至少需要21天,这种现象被称为“21天效应”。坚持21天,就是养成好习惯的开始,但是说来简单,真正坚持下来也是很困难的。我们大人有时候都坚持不了的事情,一群华顿的小朋友们却做到了。
It is said in behavioral psychology that it takes at least 21 days for a person to develop and consolidate a new habit and idea. This phenomenon is called the “21-day effect”. Persisting for 21 days is the beginning of forming good habits, but it is easy to say and very hard to do. The students of Walton did what we grown-ups sometimes fail to do.
随着一到三年级学生的复课,徐州市华顿国际学校国际部“21天打卡”活动正式结束,我们为这些坚持下来的娃娃们鼓掌!
