在莱克顿，学生们每天都特别“忙”，这不仅仅是因为课程多，运动多，还有“活动多”，从周五晚上开始一直到周日都有各种活动，大大的丰富了学生的周末生活。

8月23日，周五晚上，星空为幕，莱克顿大家庭为其中十一位寿星准备了浪漫的生日派对。金老师作为活动主持人带领学生们准备了一套有趣的节目，大家围坐在一起，欢歌笑语，友谊在其中悄然萌发。

第二天，周六吃过早餐后，学生们开始了他们的自由娱乐活动时间，电影社团的学生们聚在一起欣赏经典电影，共同感受情节的起伏跌宕，时不时地爆笑或七嘴八舌地发表自己的观点，也会突然间鸦雀无声，被情节打动，眼眶湿润，许久，又听到他们各自感慨当下内心的交流。

此时足球场上，或健身房里，或室内体育馆中，总能发现各种体育社团的学生们活泼青春的身影。而宿舍内学生房间里，也常有三四个学生聚在一起，语气温和，眼神关切，安抚着某位心情不佳的同学，主动的问候和耐心的开导，让她终于又展露了笑颜。

莱克顿7天24小时的全寄宿制生活把这些同龄的孩子紧紧联系在一起，他们朝夕相处，积累了日益深厚的友谊，甚至可能成为一生的挚友。同龄人的同伴关系在青少年的发展和社会适应中具有无法取代的地位，同伴之间通过交往，诉说各人的喜怒哀乐，获得心理上的满足，而良好的同伴关系也是青少年顺利完成学业的保证。

莱克顿快乐又忙碌的周末还将继续陪伴学生们的校园时光，寥寥几笔写不尽莱克顿的生活，但他们脸上的笑容将是最好的证明。

At Lucton School Shanghai, students are quite busy every day because of the classes and all sorts of activities.

On a Friday night (23rd August), a student was celebrating her birthday party, and many students and teachers were invited. Students sat around each other, singing and laughing. And their friendships were strengthened during the process.

On Saturday, after their breakfast in the morning, students started to enjoy their free time. Several students from the movie club got together and watched a film. As they were enjoying the film, they became so immersed in the film that they would sometimes burst into laughter. And then all of a sudden, they would fell into complete silence. They are always eager to express their opinions at the end of the film and they always feel that they can relate to the characters in the film.

Boarding life at Lucton School really brings these children with the same age together. They have developed a strong relationship with each other and some of them may even become lifelong friends, and that peer relationship plays the most important role in adolescents’ social development. Students can obtain psychological satisfaction from peer interaction. Meanwhile, a good relationship will have a positive influence on their study.
