As a full boarding school, Lucton has always been committed to true boarding life, which is practiced by every staff in the boarding team. In the development of Lucton, the boarding team has been accompanying students and witnessing their growth at every step, including in academics, daily life, health and other aspects, helping students form independent personalities, great characters and excellent abilities. Up to now, the boarding team is still expanding in boarding education with a more professional, comprehensive and detailed way.

在莱克顿,生活部会不定期举办关于学生、家长的心理讲座,不局限于向学生提供帮助,而是会和家长联系起来,共同创造一个健康的、有助于学生心理成长的环境

The boarding team holds psychological lectures for students and parents from time to time, which are not limited to providing help to students, but to connecting with parents to create a healthy environment for students.

学校首次举办的面向家长的心理讲座是以“雏鹰离巢”为主题的。孩子的成长是与父母彼此依赖的,许多来到莱克顿的孩子是第一次体验全寄宿的生活,对于家长们来说,也是第一次。莱克顿举办该讲座,帮助家长全方位了解学生的寄宿生活,并为家长们讲解了青春期的发展与特性;青春期生理、心理的变化;家庭日常沟通及情绪冲突解决。除此之外,莱克顿的生活部也会为学生提供专业的心理咨询。生活部现有两位生活老师兼学生心理健康辅导老师,既能在日常生活中照顾、关怀学生,也能在学生需要时,及时提供专业的、有效的心理辅导。

Many of the students who come to Lucton and their parents are experiencing full boarding for the first time. Thus, Lucton delivered psychological lecture for parents, which provides them with a comprehensive understanding of boarding life and explains the characteristics of adolescence and its physical and psychological changes, as well as daily family communication skills and emotional conflict resolutions. In addition, our two house parents, who also serve as Student Counsellors and Wellness Coordinators, provide professional psychological counseling for students, which can not only take care of students in daily life, but also provide professional and effective psychological counseling in time when students need it.

Sonia老师,具有西南大学心理学专业学士学位;中国科学院心理研究所儿童发展与教育专业硕士学位。在Sonia老师30余年的工作中,她一直致力于帮助青少年拥有健康的心理,向他们提供专业的心理咨询和心理教育。拥有国家二级心理咨询师、卫生部中级心理治疗师、儿童教育指导师等资格证书的她,具有十分专业的能力,并对一些常见的孩子的心理问题有着独到的研究,例如:网瘾厌学、注意力不集中、亲子关系紧张等等。Sonia老师一直将“让孩子成为世界上最幸福的人”这句话当作自己的座右铭,并一直为此奋斗着。

Ms Sonia holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southwest University, and a Master's degree in Child Development and Education from Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. She has been working in psychological education for more than 15 years, helping young people access mental health and providing them with professional counselling. She holds the certificate of National Secondary Psychological Counselor, Intermediate Psychotherapist of Ministry of Health, Child Education Instructor, etc. Sonia has very professional ability, and has unique research on children's psychological problems, such as children who are addicted to Internet and tired of studying, sandbox games for children with inattention, and parent-child relationship. "Let children be the happiest person in the world" is Sonia's motto, and she is fighting for it.

Larry老师,具有中国文化大学心理辅导学学士学位;华东师范大学应用心理学硕士学位。Larry老师拥有丰富的青少年心理学指导、教育、咨询等经验,并着手处理过几项危机个案。他具有6年以上咨询经验,个案经验约300小时,督导经验为100小时,对于青少年群体和青少年文化有自身的理解,能快速取得学生的信任并建立良好的沟通关系。

Mr Larry holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from Chinese Culture University, and a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from East China Normal University. He has extensive experience in adolescent guidance, education, and counseling. Larry has more than 6 years of consulting services, approximately 300 hours of case work, and 100 hours of supervision experience. He has his own views on adolescent, and can quickly gain the trust of students and establish a good relationship with them.
