At every moment in Lucton, we grow up with our children.

In society today, all kinds of information flood the online world, and different news hotspots appear and disappear all the times, and the duration is gradually shortened to a few days or even a week. This is unimaginable before the Internet age, but it is also the real world our children live in.

Because of this, children’s learning paths have changed completely compared to 20 years ago. The convenient network makes it unnecessary to spend a lot of time and energy to acquire knowledge. With the development of various self-media, the interception of various opinions has become within reach. It can be said that this is an era of constant change and innovation. It is also an era that requires continuous access to and digestion of information. It is no longer an absolutely effective method to respond to changes without change.

In Lucton, as teachers of the Boarding & Pastrol Care Department, we believe that learning is never just a matter for students. To walk side by side with the children and serve as an example. The Department of Boarding & Pastrol Care started planning and carrying out the "Learning Life Department" plan this semester. After the weekly meeting is over, we will focus on: psychology, vocational skills improvement, and English language intensive training.

Through these training courses, we understand how psychology understands people and how to understand young people from the perspective of applied psychology. The training of professional skills such as communication, teamwork, and competence lies in helping teachers in the life department of different roles. How can we give students what kind of help to assist students in their school life.

In the training courses and outside the classroom, the Boarding team teachers often actively discussed the training issues and raised the questions and confusions they encountered in the daily student work, and supported their professional knowledge and colleagues. Next, solve the difficulties in daily student work. In this training session, the Boarding team teachers personally demonstrated the spirit of "continuous learning", hoping that through the spontaneous efforts of teachers, the power of setting an example in life will affect our students subtly.

In future schedule, all similar training courses will continue to be carried out. We also look forward to the training and discussion, every Boarding team teachers can make continuous progress; also hope that through training The development of the course has enabled every colleague in the Department of Life to take steps to change and gain knowledge. After becoming a better self, I will bring this beauty to every Luctonian.
