雨水至，万物生，春色渐浓。在万物复苏的季节里，宏润博源学子们也迎来一年一度的职业探索活动。由于上海疫情突变，本次探索活动转为线上举行。职业探索活动是宏润博源学校自主研发设计的学生咨询与辅导课程，旨在帮助同学们更好地进行自我探索，了解自己的兴趣爱好，性格特征，擅长的学科和技能，启发同学们对未来大学专业和职业的思考，引导同学们树立职业生涯发展意识，从而激发他们的学习动力，合理规划高中生活。

This early reviving spring saw the annual Career Exploration activity for SHBS students. Due to the recent surge of Covid-19 cases in Shanghai, this year’s activity had to be online. The Career Exploration activity, which is an advising and tutorial program independently developed and designed by SHBS, aims to help students better explore themselves, know about their own interests and hobbies, personality traits, and strengths, enlighten them about how to make good choices of their future majors and career paths, and help them raise their awareness of career development so that they can get well motivated and make proper plans for their high school years.

在升学部门带领下，同学们开启了为期一个月的职业生涯探索及规划活动。这次活动分为三个阶段：自我探索，职业探索，以及职业跟进。

Led by the college advising department, students embarked on a month-long career exploration and planning journey. It included three phases: self-exploration, career exploration, and career follow-up.

在职业探索阶段，今年升学部门根据同学们的兴趣以及未来社会发展的趋势邀请了15位不同行业的精英人士来给同学们做分享，每位同学都可以与自己最感兴趣的三个行业的嘉宾进行小组互动。嘉宾会给同学们分享自己的求学和职业发展故事和心得，也会分享自己所从事的职业的现状和前景以及所需能力，用他们的人生和职业发展智慧来启发同学们规划好前行的道路。

During Career Exploration, based on students' interests and the trends of social development, this year the college advising department invited 15 elites from different industries to share with SHBS students. Each student could talk to guest speakers from the three industries he was most interested in. Guest speakers shared their education experience and career stories, as well as the current status, prospects of the jobs they were engaged in and the qualifications required. With their wisdom on life and career development, they inspired SHBS students to better plan for the future.

舒大卫

— 李同学Lee Li —

舒大卫先生是一位年轻的音乐制作人，主职是在浙江卫视的综艺节目和跨年晚会里担当录音师与音乐总监。同时，生活中他也扮演着许多身份：独立音乐人、古着店员、电台主播等，曾发行专辑《DIzzy Boy》、《郁金香的眼泪》等。

As a young music producer, Mr. David Shu mainly worked as a sound engineer and music director for Zhejiang TV's variety show and its New Year's Eve party. He also plays many roles in his life: independent musician, vintage sales clerk, radio anchor. Some of the albums he has released are "DIzzy Boy" and "Tears of Tulips" etc.

舒大卫老师跟我们分享了他的音乐风格受到哪些歌手和乐队的影响，让同学们感受到不同音乐风格的特点和魅力。接着他向同学讲述他如何创作一首歌曲，并在其中加入符合音乐立意的元素。

Mr. David Shu told us which singers and bands had influenced his musical style, giving the students a taste of the characteristics and charms that belong to different musical styles. Then he explained how he usually composes a song and adds elements to it that fit his musical intention.

舒大卫老师说，寻找灵感并不难：多观察生活，从身边的人和事出发，很快就能找到巧妙的切入点。他向我们展示了他之前在电台节目里根据网友分享的故事创作而成的歌曲，以及是如何把故事的元素揉捏到音乐中的。

Mr. David Shu said that it is not difficult to find inspiration: observe life more often, start searching from people and things around you, and you will soon find where to begin with. He showed us a song he had previously composed at his radio show based on a story shared by a netizen and how he integrated elements of the story into the music.

艺术创作应该贴近大众还是表达自我？这或许是每一个创作者都会遇到的难题。在问答时间时，舒大卫老师也给出了他的答案：“很多时候我也会遇到这样的问题，某一段的编曲我特别喜欢，但它或许是大众不熟悉的或者不喜欢的。这个时候我就会从别的地方来贴近大众，比如混音、歌词、立意等。创作者当然可以表达自我，但是一定不能脱离大众。这是每个创作者都要想清楚的。”

Should artworks be close to the public or should they serve to show the artists themselves? This is perhaps the dilemma that every artist will encounter. During the Q&A session, Mr. Shu also gave us his answer: " Many times I am faced with the same problem. For example, I find I like the arrangement of a piece of music very much, but it is new to the public or they don’t like it. In that case, I will try to get closer to the public from other aspects, such as the remix, lyrics, intention, etc. Of course, composers may express themselves, but they must not detach themselves from the public. This is something that every composer needs to think over."

软件工程

Software Engineer

— 赵同学Eleven Zhao —

林伟东先生是武汉大学硕士，大连理工大学学士。他创立了青少儿编程创客教育品牌Robotutor仁仁教育，曾在日本NEC和阿里巴巴旗下企业担任技术产品研发总监。拥有15 年以上IT互联网工作经验，5年以上海外工作经历，是互联网技术研发，互联网产品设计，IT编程教育的资深专家。

Mr. Weidong Lin received his master degree from Wuhan University and his bachelor degree from Dalian University of Technology. He founded Robotutor, a programming maker education brand for young children, and served as director of technology product research and development at NEC and Alibaba. With more than 15 years’ work experience in IT Internet and over 5 years of overseas work experience, he has become a senior expert at Internet technology research and development, Internet product design, and IT programming education.

林伟东先生讲述了他一路从农村到大学的求学经历，编程就业前景以及他自己的创业历程，并给同学们提出了四点建议：首先，要心存感激。林先生小时候在农村读书，他的求学路是十分艰辛的，所以要感谢现在拥有的丰富的教育资源。其次，要敢做敢想。充分发挥想象力去畅想一切可能性，虽然在当时看似不可行，但是依靠自己的努力和坚持就会更接近理想。第三，当你力量不够强大到改变世界的时候，先改变自己。个人的力量是渺小也是强大的，从改变自己开始，做好每一件小事，专注于每一件小事。最后，人的精力是有限的，要把有限的注意力放在感兴趣和擅长的领域。投入精力，以热爱雕琢，坚持浇灌才会获得成果。

Mr. Lin talked about his education experience from the countryside to college, prospects of programming industry and how he started his own business, and then gave students four tips: First, be grateful. When he was young, he had a tough schooling experience in the countryside, so he thought we should be grateful for the abundant educational resources available now. Second, be brave enough to think and do. We should try our best to imagine all the possibilities, although things might seem impossible then, but we may get closer and closer to our dreams by keep working hard by ourselves. Third, when you are not powerful enough to change the world, change yourself first. The power of an individual is small but powerful. Start by changing yourself, and focus on every small thing and try to do it well. Finally, we have limited energy, so we should focus our attention on what we are interested in and what we are good at. Keep investing our energy and love to what we focus on, and we will achieve success.

哪怕是现在发展前景广阔的计算机专业也会因为疫情等问题遇到创业寒冬，但是仍有人依靠热爱坚持着。热爱的重要性不言而喻，在现在的学习以及未来的职业选择中都会深深地影响我们。我们要遵从内心，找到自己的梦想所在，并持之以恒地朝着它迈进。

Even the computer industry, which enjoys a promising future, may meet with business hardship due to the covid pandemic, but people still keep devoting themselves to the industry. The importance of love goes without saying, and it will deeply influence our current education and our career choice in the future. We should follow our inner world, find our dream, and keep working hard till we fulfill it.

数字媒体

Digital Media

— 陆同学Decem Lu —

蔡飞龙先生是浙江传媒学院数字媒体艺术专业教师，硕士生导师，中国图象图形学学会数字文化遗产专委会委员。博士毕业于浙江大学数字艺术设计专业，主要研究方向为数字人、虚拟现实、数字交互展示技术应用。

Mr. Cai Feilong, a master's supervisor, teaches digital media art in Zhejiang University of Media and Communication, and he is a member of the Digital Cultural Heritage Committee of the Chinese Society of Image and Graphics. As a graduate of Zhejiang University, he majored in Digital Art Design, and his main research fields included digital people, virtual reality and application of digital interactive display technology.

蔡老师主要讲述了新闻传媒专业中交互设计的内容，包括交互设计的形态、内容、行为等。我们也从中了解到：交互设计可以是硬件方面的设计，也可以是软件方面的设计，可以是文本的内容，也可以是动画的展现形式，甚至可以是3D的效果，类似于现在网络中非常潮流的云展览，还有AI换脸等都是学习交互设计专业后可以学会并且制作的。

Mr. Cai mainly talked about interactive design in journalism and media major, including the form, content and behavior of interactive design. We also learned that interaction design can be that of hardware and software, text content, animation presentation form, or even 3D effect. It is similar to the current trend of cloud exhibition on the Internet, AI face changing, etc., which can be mastered and produced after learning interaction design.

律师

— 宋同学Selina Song —

董铁英女士拥有北京大学法学院法学学士和硕士学位以及英国诺丁汉大学法学硕士学位。董律师具有丰富的执业经验，曾在国内外多所知名律所任职，每年参与处理多项重大案件并取得巨大成功。

Ms. Dong Tieying holds a bachelor's and a Master's degree in law from Law School of Peking University and another Master's degree in law from the University of Nottingham, UK. As an experienced lawyer, she has worked in many famous law firms both home and abroad, and is involved in handling many major cases every year with great success.

董律师这次主要向我们介绍了不同地区的法律规定差异问题。大陆地区的法律与香港或国外的法律可能不同。比如，一个人被大陆派往香港或国外，当他不知道不同地区的法律的区别时，便会很容易会触犯当地的法律，有时可能会涉及民事或刑事案件。这次董老师的分享也让我了解到无论是不是律师，我们都应对法律有所了解。

Ms. Dong talked about different legal issues in different regions this time. The laws in mainland area are different from the ones in Hong Kong or abroad. For example, when someone who isn’t aware of the differences in laws is sent to Hong Kong or abroad from mainland, he or she is likely to break the local law; sometimes this person may even be involve civil or criminal cases. I also learned that be a lawyer or not, we should have some understanding of legal matters.

董律师也向我们袒露，作为律师，有时候内心会因为立场而痛苦纠结；不过作为律师，看待案件就应该把为自己的客户辩护作为第一目的。做律师不能主观地判断你的客户所做的事情是一件好事还是一件坏事，而且不能因为所辩护的一方不占理而懈怠。律师这个职业所需要的就是细致。法学并不是一个容易的专业，它需要真正的热爱才能维持。

Ms. Dong also revealed to us that, as a lawyer, sometimes she suffered a lot mentally because of the stand she took; However, as a lawyer, you should set defending for your client in a case as your first goal. A lawyer can't subjectively decide whether what your client is doing is a good thing or bad, and you can't slack off because the client you're defending isn't right. The profession of a lawyer requires meticulousness. It’s not an easy job to major in law. Only if you truly love this major can you keep working hard at it.

酒店行业

The hotel industry

— 郑同学Winnie Zheng —

作为酒店创始人，格桑女士向我们介绍了她的经历。最开始，她是媒体专业出身，但是在工作过程中渐渐发现自己对酒店管理感兴趣。后来，她加入了一个酒店管理创业团队，从最开始的20家到后来的400家店，从本部做到分部。最终她选择在3年多前离开团队，创立自己的酒店品牌。

As the founder of a hotel, Ms. Gesang shared her experience with us. Initially, she majored in media, but while working, she came to realize that she was interested in hotel management. Later, she joined a hotel management & startup team. They grew from 20 stores to 400 stores, and expanded from its headquarter to branches. She eventually left the team more than three years ago to start her own hotel brand.

格桑女士并不以一个“酒店老板”自居，而是告诉我们，即使作为创始人，她也同样需要处理许多细小繁杂的工作，并不是我们想象中那样简单。随着经济的蓬勃发展，人们对于酒店的需求也在逐渐升级。传统模式的酒店经营理念显然早已不适用于新一代的消费者。他们不仅需要舒适安全的设施，细致的服务，更乐于为创新设计买单。

Ms. Gesang did not regard herself as a hotel-keeper, but told us that even as a founder, she also had to deal with a lot of complicated chores, which were not as simple as we imagine. With the booming economy, people's demands for hotels are also gradually upgrading. It is obvious that the traditional mode of hotel management concept cannot satisfy the new generation of consumers. They not only need comfortable and safe facilities and meticulous service, but are more willing to pay for innovative design.

在问答环节，有同学问到关于疫情环境下如何生存，以及面对严峻的挑战时应该如何抉择的问题。格桑女士也分享了自己当时的想法，她认为，不论如何，在职业上热爱是第一奥义，唯有长久的热情才能让一切努力都成为通向美好的过程。

During the Q&A session, some students asked her questions such as how to survive the covid pandemic and how to make choices when faced with severe challenges. She answered that she believed that in any case, one’s career is primarily motivated by one’s love for it, and only long-term passion can make all efforts worthwhile.

在她真诚的分享中，同学们对酒店管理行业有了更加形象具体的了解，更深刻地意识到社会在不断发展，人们无法预测未来，很多时候也无法改变外界环境，因此找到支撑自己的动力显得尤为重要，正可谓“热爱可抵岁月漫长”。这句话适用于职业选择，也适用于人生，简单又充满力量。心之所向便无所畏惧。

By attending her sharing session, students have had a more vivid and specific understanding of the hotel management industry and have become more deeply aware of the continuous development of the society. People cannot predict the future and in many cases cannot change their external environment, so it is particularly important to get themselves properly motivated. As the saying goes, "If you deeply love your career, you won’t feel how time flies." This simple but powerful saying applies to one’s career choices as well as one’s life.

Venture investor

— 魏同学Alice Wei —

作为创业融资合伙人、《创投智达》主编，历任天使投资CEO、深圳市投资商会副会长，杨军先生以企业融资为主题为我们分享了非常专业的知识：公司内幕-投资流程，投委会，投资圈潜规则；BP眼前一亮的技巧；项目估值：盈利倍数法，收入倍数法，综合要素法，投资收益法，市场对比法，可转债法；路演成功的秘诀；合伙人创业以及股权分配：不同人数等合伙人分股权的方法等。

As a partner of venture capital financing, editor-in-chief for Venture Capital Wisdom, ex-CEO of Angel investment and vice president of Shenzhen Investment Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Yang Jun shared with us very professional knowledge on corporate financing: company insider - investment process, investment committee, unspoken rules of investment circle; BP's shining skill; Project valuation: earnings multiple method, income multiple method, comprehensive factor method, investment income method, market comparison method, convertible bond method; The secret of road show success; Partner entrepreneurship and equity distribution: different number of partners and other methods of equity distribution.

这些专业知识都是杨先生多年工作经验的提炼，还包括了写好BP的技巧和投资圈潜规则等。虽然有些部分由于非常专业，我没有完全听懂，但是我强烈地感觉到这一领域需要非常专业的知识以及常年的经验积累才能真正做好。非常感激感谢杨先生诚挚且毫无保留的分享。

Mr. Yang wrapped up the above-mentioned professional knowledge based on his years of work experience, including the skills of writing a good BP and the hidden rules of the investment circle. Although I did not fully understand some parts because they were so specialized, I strongly felt that it requires professional knowledge and years of accumulated experience to truly do well in this area. We are grateful to Mr. Yang for giving us a sincere and frank sharing session.

— 刘同学Selina Liu —

在广告业专家朱震坤先生十余年的职业生涯中，他先后在BBDO天联, Euro灵智，Publics阳狮及梅高中国等国际国内顶尖公司担任创意总监等职务，作品曾获中国广告长城奖，IAI国际广告奖，互动营销奖等，TOPDIGITAL创亲奖等多项金银奖，并获聘为上海广告协会理事、品牌分会常务秘书长，虎啸炎评委、广告主金远奖评委、法国里昂商学院专家顾问等，也获邀成为上海国际大学生广告节的终审评委。

Having worked for over 10 years in the advertising industry, Mr. Zhu Zhenkun, an expert advertiser, worked successively as a creative director in top international and domestic companies, such as BBDO Tianlin, Eurowise, Publics Publicis and Publics China etc. His works have won him Great Wall Advertising Award, IAI International Advertising Award, Interactive Marketing Award, etc. TOPDIGITAL Creative Family Award and many other gold and silver awards, and he has been appointed as the director of Shanghai Advertising Association, brand Branch Executive secretary, HuXiaoyan judge, Advertisers Jin Yuan Award judge, France Lyon Business School expert consultant, and he was invited to be the final judge of Shanghai International College Students Advertising Festival.

朱震坤先生先用幽默的自我介绍调动了现场气氛，又给同学们列出了许多名人，他们的共同点就是：曾经是广告人。接着，他又引用总统罗斯福的名言：“不做总统，就做广告人”。朱震坤先生用几个例子，向我们说明，广告人的“门槛很低”。

To begin with, Mr. Zhu amused the audience with a humorous self-introduction, and gave the students a list of many celebrities who shared something in common: they were advertisers. He went on to quote President Roosevelt's famous saying: "If you're not president, you're an advertiser." He explained to us with several examples that it is easy to be qualified for an advertiser.

然后，朱先生介绍了广告人的一些具体岗位：美术指导、广告文案、广告策划、客户服务，每一个岗位都至关重要。朱先生说：“在这个行业内，最重要的是创意”。那什么是创意？他也给出了自己的理解：“创意，是创意性的解决生意问题。”随后，他用了几个自己工作中的例子，更好地来阐述这一点。此外，朱先生也向我们介绍了很多他与他儿子日常生活中的创意，比如平衡车与书包的结合，还有每年生日的寻礼物环节，这些都向同学们展示了创意。最后，先生再一次表达了他对创意的理解：创造力带来新意。

Next, Mr. Zhu listed some specific positions for advertisers: art instruction, copywriting, advertising planning, customer service, each of which is crucial. "In this industry, the most important thing is creativity," said he. So what is creativity? He also gave us his own answer: "Creativity is the way to creatively solve a business problem." Then he illustrated the point with a few examples from his own work experience. In addition, he shared many of his and his son’s creative ideas in their daily life, such as the combination of balancing cars and school bags, and the annual search for birthday gift , which showed us their creativity. Finally, he shared his understanding of creativity with us : creativity is something that brings new ideas.

通过朱先生的分享，同学们不仅感受到广告行业的新颖有趣，也了解到其中存在的艰辛。同学们通过朱先生对创意的解读，感受到了生活充满着惊喜与乐趣，也深刻地了解了广告这个行业。

By attending Mr. Zhu’s sharing session, students not only found out that the advertising industry is new and interesting, but also realized that it was a tough industry to take up. If looking at creativity from his perspective on it, students found that life was full of surprises and fun, and they also had a deeper understanding of the advertising industry.

音乐制作人

Music Producer

— 熊同学Celina Xiong —

清晨大攀毕业于华东师范大学音乐学院，是内地词曲唱作人，清晨录音棚创始人，磐时唱片 CEO。

Qingchen Dapan, a graduate from the School of Music of East China Normal University, is a writer of songs and a singer in Chinese mainland, founder of Qincheng Studio, and CEO of Pan Shi Record Music Co.

简单自我介绍之后，清晨大攀先生先分享了自己的成长故事。他来自山东的一个小煤矿，父母都是普通的煤矿工人。十八岁之前他甚至都没有离开过这个煤矿，因此他给自己贴了一个与众不同的标签“煤矿的孩子”。枯燥的煤矿生活似乎与浪漫的音乐相差十万八千里，但家境贫寒并没有让他放弃追随音乐的脚步。儿时他就喜欢音乐，热爱唱歌，到了初中时期便自己开始创作，高中时向父母提出了想要专业学习音乐的想法，尽管家里经济紧张但父母给了他最大的支持。经过高中三年的奋力拼搏，最终他迎来了自己人生的一个转折点：被华东师范大学录取。至此从偏僻的小煤矿来到了繁华的大上海。

After a brief self-introduction, Mr. Liu first shared with us a story of how grew up. He came from a small coal mine in Shandong province, and his parents were ordinary coal miners. He hardly ever left the coal mine until he was eighteen, so he labeled himself distinctively as "coal mine boy". Living a dull life in the coal mines seemed a million miles away from leading a romantic life full of music, but his poverty didn’t stop him from seeking for his music dream. In his childhood, he loved music and singing, and began to compose music when he was in middle school. In high school, he told his parents that he wanted to major in music in college. Although his family was financially strained, his parents did their best to fund his education. After working hard for 3 years in high school, he eventually reached a turning point in his life: he was admitted to East China Normal University. Then he moved from a remote mine to the bustling city of Shanghai.

他将自己的职业生涯概括为三个阶段。首先，高中三年为了实现自己的梦想坚持不懈，最终考上了理想的大学。其次，在大学遇到了让自己心动的女孩时正是他果断的执行力让他在第一时间向对方表白，并且赢得了女孩的芳心最终抱得了美人归。第三，大学毕业后，为了继续坚持自己的梦想并且能给自己所爱的人一个温暖的家，开始在上海创业；由最初的一个人包办一切，历经白手起家的千辛万苦，到拥有6个人的小团队，到30多个人，再到今天的50人的团队。

He divided his career into three stages. First, in order to achieve his goal, he kept working hard for 3 years in high school until he was admitted his dream university. Second, when he met a girl he loved in college, and they fell in love with each other. Third, after graduating from college, he started his own business in Shanghai so that he could keep seeking for his dream and give his loved one a sweet home. He started from scratch, with himself doing everything alone. Then he built a small team which grew from 6 people, to more than 30 people later, and to 50 until today.

为了让团队更好地发展，他由最初单纯的音乐创作人，经过六年的历练慢慢变成一个懂经营懂管理的商业运营人。从十年前只想赚钱养活自己而拼命写歌到十年后的今天对自己的音乐生涯有了新的认识：不忘自己的初心和梦想。每次危机都伴随着机遇，不要在危机中徘徊，一定要走出去，走出去之后你就会发现，阳光就在风雨后。

In order to better develop his team, he grew up from a simple music producer at the beginning to a business operator who understood operation and management 6 years later. Ten years ago, he just wanted to make money to support myself and desperately write songs. Now, he has had a new understanding of his music career: remain true to his original aspiration and dream. Every crisis comes with opportunities; do not be trapped in crisis; we must step out before we can find opportunities.

最后他给大家的建议是：如果能把自己热爱的事情做成事业，那将是一件非常幸福的事情，唯有热爱可以使事业长青。

Finally, he gave his advice to everyone: if you can make a career out of what you love, it will be a very happy thing because only love can make a career evergreen.
