上海宏润博源学校为同学们提供广阔的舞台、丰富的学习和成长资源。除了丰富的学术课程外，学校还为同学们提供艺术、赛艇、高尔夫、音乐、生物和SRCC双优项目。双优项目类似于特长培养的概念，即学生的学习成绩达到一定要求之后（学术优秀），可以根据自己的兴趣爱好，选择一个特长发展项目。每天的学术学习之后，需要进行额外的特长项目培养。同时也得益于学校强大的双优项目团队，学术体系内的一些相关课程也是由同样的专业教练和老师教授。

SHBS provides students with a broad stage featuring abundant learning resources and opportunities. Alongside its comprehensive academic curriculum, the school also offers six Double Excellence programs: Art, Rowing, Golf, Music, Biology, and SRCC. Once a student achieves a certain level of academic excellence, they can opt for a Double Excellence program to cultivate expertise. This entails dedicating extra time to daily training after classes. Thanks to the robust Double Excellence programs, students can also partake in relevant classes delivered by the same group of professionals within the academic curriculum system.

课程体验回顾

8月23日（体验营第四天）下午，宏润博源国际课程体验营的每位同学选择三门双优课程进行体验，一起来了解一下小记者们带来的报道吧！

On the afternoon of August 23rd (the 4th day of the orientation camp), students selected 3 out of 6 programs to experience. Let’s take a look at these classes through the eyes of our student reporters.

赛艇（谭同学） / Rowing (Doris)

到达码头时，已接近日落，阳光慵懒地洒在波光潋滟的水面上，一片金黄。同学们完成分工，脱下鞋，小心翼翼地踏上赛艇。调整好桨的位置，区分好各个口号所对应的动作后，便“启航”了。桨叶拨乱湖面，舀起片片碎金，随着纤长桨板渐渐开始一致地拨动，舵手和桨手们逐渐能够跟着教练的口号配合起来。再次抵达码头时，虽然手很酸，但是的确感受到了团队合作的成就感以及赛艇的魅力。

As they arrived at the dock, the sun was nearing the horizon, casting a lazy, golden hue on the rippling water. After tasks were assigned, the students removed their shoes and gingerly stepped onto the rowing boat. They adjusted the positions of the oars, familiarized themselves with the actions corresponding to each command, and then set off. The oars disrupted the tranquil lake, creating flickers of scattered gold. As the elongated oars gradually moved in unison, the coxswain and rowers began synchronizing with the coach's commands. Upon returning to the dock, despite their sore hands, they felt a sense of accomplishment from teamwork and the allure of rowing.

艺术（谭同学&杨同学） / Art (Doris & Alan)

在艺术双优课上，老师带我们领略了艺术的美感与多彩。同学们紧跟老师的指导，拿出颜料瓶尝试“刮画”。细腻的颜料在富有纹理感的纸面上留下一道道不同宽度的弧线，层层叠加，再撒下星星点点…颜料和刮板代替了画笔，技巧和笔法都抛之脑后。想象力不断肆意张扬，同学们都感受到艺术的魅力和审美对世界的意义。

During the Art Double Excellence class, the teacher guided us to appreciate the beauty and diversity of art. Following the teacher's lead, the students experimented with "scraper painting" using paint bottles. Delicate pigments left arcs of varying widths on the textured paper, layering upon each other, sprinkled with specks of stars. Pigments and scrapers replaced brushes, with techniques and strokes cast aside. Imagination ran wild, and students felt the allure of art and the aesthetic significance it holds for the world.

SRCC超级机器人（温同学） / SRCC Super Robot (Cynthia)

课堂开始时，老师放映了有关机器人比赛的视频，帮助同学们了解机器人比赛。之后，同学们便获得了操控这些机器人的机会。在老师的帮助下，同学们兴趣浓厚，踊跃尝试。此外，老师也为同学们介绍了机器人俱乐部，俱乐部欢迎没有太多基础但对机器人很感兴趣的同学们加入，同学们将有机会近距离感受到人工智能的神奇力量。

At the start of the class, the teacher presented a video about robot competitions, aiding students in their comprehension of these events. Following that, the students were provided with the chance to control these robots. With the teacher's guidance, students engaged in the experiments with eagerness and enthusiasm. Furthermore, the teacher introduced the Robot Club, extending an invitation to students interested in robotics to join, irrespective of their prior experience. This club provided students with an opportunity to intimately experience the captivating potential of artificial intelligence.

SUPER ROBOT

高尔夫（杭同学） / Golf (Dora)

炎炎夏日，同学们相聚在校园，参加高尔夫的双优体验课。挥手，用力，球便在空中划出一道优美的弧线，砸在对面的墙壁上。推杆，出球，直直地贴上“筒洞”。

完成了基础动作练习，同学们立马展开了激烈的比拼：一杆，两杆，协同接力，共同获得比赛的胜利！铃声响起，仍然意犹未尽，期待开学能继续体验高尔夫的魅力！

On a scorching summer day, students gathered on campus for a golf double excellence experience class. Swinging, exerting force, the ball traced a graceful arc in the air and hit the opposite wall. Putting, the ball went straight into the "hole." After completing the basic practice, students immediately engaged in fierce competition: one stroke, two strokes, coordinated relay, resulting in a collective victory! Despite the ringing bell, the enjoyment lingered, and they looked forward to experiencing the charm of golf when school resumed.

音乐（梁同学）/ Music (Olga)

同学们一进入音乐双优体验教室，便开始新奇地打量四周：角落里精良的架子鼓设备、落地窗边架着的钢琴及古筝、教室正中摆放着编曲专用的键盘……同学们按照自己的兴趣分成了两组——乐器学习类与音乐制作类。一组同学体验了钢琴、声乐与视唱练耳的学习，另一组同学则沉浸式体验了音乐制作的全部过程。同学们都被深深吸引，受益匪浅。

Upon entering the Music Double Excellence experience classroom, students curiously surveyed their surroundings: well-equipped drum sets in the corner, pianos and zither by the floor-to-ceiling windows, a specialized keyboard for composing in the center... Students divided into two groups based on their interests—instrumental learning and music production. One group experienced piano, vocal, and sight-singing lessons, while the other group immersed themselves in the entire music production process. The students were deeply captivated and gained valuable insights.

生物（梁同学） / Biology (Olga)

生物双优课程给同学们提供了设备齐全的良好实验环境。此次课程的内容是饮料的含糖量及卡路里测试。同学们穿戴好实验专用的实验服和医用手套，在老师们的详细指导下进行实验操作。通过此次实验，同学们不仅了解了各类饮料的含糖量，对自己的健康有了更好的认识，也学习到了如何使用新型实验仪器。

The Biology Double Excellence course provided students with a well-equipped laboratory environment. This course focused on testing the sugar content and calories in beverages. Donning lab coats and medical gloves, students followed detailed instructions from teachers for the experimental procedures. Through this experiment, students not only learned about the sugar content in various beverages and gained a better understanding of their health but also learned how to use innovative lab equipment.
