宏润博源学生会是学生自治组织，本届共有20余名成员，大家在不同岗位上各展所长。期末考试结束后，我们随机采访了几位担任学生会要职的同学，听听他们谈个学期以来的收获和感悟。

Hongrun Boyuan Student Union operates as a student self-governing organization, comprising over 20 members who excel in various positions. After the end of final exams, we randomly interviewed several students holding key positions in the Student Union to hear about their experiences and insights over the semester.

本届学生会竞选十分激烈,最终产生了两位主席——冯同学和赵同学，张同学担任副主席，这种联席主席制运作起来如何？两人的协作对学生会产生了哪些正面影响，个人又有哪些收获？

This term's Student Union election was highly competitive, resulting in the selection of two co-presidents - Bruce Feng and Eleven Zhao, with Ken Zhang serving as vice president. How does this joint presidency operate? What positive impacts have their collaboration had on the Student Union, and what personal gains have they achieved?

赵同学表示，主席团通过沟通协调，带领各部门完成了万圣节、圣诞节等重大活动。面对意见分歧，他们通过充分讨论，“从学生和学校的角度权衡利弊，找到两者的平衡点”。在这一过程中，充分锻炼了自己的领导力和协调能力。赵同学坦言，自己并没有太多学生会工作的经验，在刚开始上任时，由于不熟悉工作，经常“加班到很晚”，平衡不好工作和学习。通过和部长们的互动，她逐渐学会合理分配任务，减轻负担。她表示下一学期将专注于改善学校设施，以提升学生生活质量。

Eleven stated that the Presidential team, through effective communication and coordination, led various departments in successfully executing major events like Halloween and Christmas celebrations. Faced with differing opinions, they engaged in thorough discussions, "balancing pros and cons from both student and school perspectives, finding a common ground." This process greatly honed her leadership and coordination skills. Admitting her lack of prior experience in Student Union work, Eleven mentioned struggling initially, often working "late into the night" to balance work and studies. Through interaction with department heads, she gradually learned to allocate tasks reasonably, lightening the workload. She expressed her focus on improving school facilities in the upcoming semester to enhance student life quality.

冯同学说，这种独特的双主席体制给他带来了大量锻炼机会。在策划活动时，两人难免有分歧，但他发现对话是化解分歧的关键。通过充分讨论，他们做出兼顾各方的决定。

Bruce mentioned that the unique dual-presidency system provided him with ample opportunities for growth. During event planning, disagreements were inevitable, but he found that dialogue was the key to resolving differences. Through extensive discussions, decisions were made considering all perspectives.

而张同学作为副主席，工作是传达主席团任务，同时参与讨论制定计划。通过和两位主席的互动，他学会了领导方法，在做事效率和时间管理等方面也有很大进步。

As the Vice President, Ken's role involved conveying the Presidential team's tasks and participating in plan discussions. Interaction with the co-presidents taught him leadership methods, resulting in significant progress in efficiency and time management.

体育部部长王同学介绍，他们这学期成功改造了排球场等体育场地，制定实施了健身房新规章，丰富了同学们的体育生活。通过多次与老师沟通，他提高了领导和组织能力。体育部副部长何同学透露，下一学期他们将继续推广体育运动，吸引更多同学参与，这也是他的成长方向。

Charles Wang, the Sports Department Head, introduced their successful renovation of sports facilities such as the volleyball court and the implementation of new gym regulations, enriching students' athletic experiences. Through multiple communications with teachers, he improved his leadership and organizational skills. The Vice Minister of Sports, Rike He, revealed plans to continue promoting sports next semester, aiming to attract more students, which is also his area of personal growth.

财务部部长钟同学坦言，通过实践学习，他对财务工作有了更深入的理解。在设计感恩节等活动开支时，他们合理使用公共资金，并节省了一定预算。下一学期，他们考虑将节余资金用于改善学生生活，例如宿舍设施升级，这也是财务部的工作重点。财务部副部长张同学在制作财务报表等方面也得到了充分锻炼，他希望未来能参与更多学生会事务。

Finance Department Head, Kevin Zhong, openly expressed that through practical learning, he gained a deeper understanding of financial work. When designing expenses for events like Thanksgiving, they judiciously used public funds, saving a considerable budget. Next semester, they plan to use surplus funds to improve student life, focusing on upgrading dormitory facilities. The Vice Minister of Finance, Sammy Zhang, received thorough training in preparing financial reports, and he hopes to be more involved in future Student Union affairs.

Volunteer Department Head, Aria Lin, mentioned that they organized meaningful volunteer services for students. Through experience summarization, they found areas for further improvement in event organization and leadership. Next semester, they plan to meticulously plan volunteer activities, innovating to attract more participants, which is also her future direction. The Academic Department Head Ella wu siad they have successfully hosted an English speech competition and plans to conduct school-wide academic counseling activities next semester.

Through the interviews, it is evident that student leaders in various departments not only completed their tasks but also objectively assessed their strengths and weaknesses, formulated development plans, demonstrating strong self-management and responsibility. The Student Union will continue its efforts in the next semester, contributing to the school's development.
