该艺术疗愈项目主要邀请学生通过不同的艺术创作手法来探索艺术疗愈的益处。禅绕画艺术以复杂的图案和正念为特征,是一种自我表达和缓解压力的形式。沙盘游戏疗法旨在邀请参与者在沙子世界中感受奇妙的心理世界,沙盘被称之为“非言语的心理治疗”。

This Art Therapy Project invited students to explore the therapeutic benefits of art through different artistic creation techniques. Zentangle art, characterized by intricate patterns and mindfulness, serves as a form of self-expression and stress relief. Sandplay therapy invites participants to experience the wonderful psychological world in the sand world. Sandplay therapy is called "non-verbal psychotherapy".

Participants engaged in creative processes that promote mental well-being, focusing on the connection between art and emotional health. We hope to lead students to explore and think: Can artistic expression lead to a healthier mindset?

11月11日November 11th

艺术疗愈小组有幸邀请到两位嘉宾。上午余老师带领同学们探索心中的上海,通过抽取彩虹牌靠潜意识暗示来抽取属于每个人的能量牌,不同颜色的牌代表不同的能量,也对应不同的器官。稍后在老师的引导下,同学们模仿了自己心中想要成为的动物,想象自己站在上海之巅俯视全上海。这一有趣的环节使学生在感受心中包容、自由且能量强大的上海的心境下进行绘画创作,勾勒出每个人心中不同的健康上海蓝图。最后,小组成员们进行了集体创作,十几个人的团队共同完成了一副五米卷轴丙烯作品。

The Art Therapy group was honored to welcome two special guests. In the morning, Ms. Yu led the students on an exploration of Shanghai in their hearts. Through drawing rainbow cards, each student created energy cards specific to themselves using subconscious suggestion. The different colors of the cards represented various energies and corresponded to different organs. Later, under Ms. Yu’s guidance, the students imagined themselves as the animals they wanted to be and visualized standing an the top of Shanghai, looking down over the entire city. This engaging session allowed students to create art while feeling the inclusive, free, and powerful spirit of Shanghai in their hearts, each envisioning a different blueprint for a healthy Shanghai in their minds. In the end, the group collaborated to create a collective artwork: a five-meter acrylic scroll completed by the dozen students.

下午的课程由韦老师带领,主题是探索右脑。“剪纸其实是让我的精神保持平静,有序的唯一方法,我以此治愈自己。”——阿部幸子 韦老师通过一个艺术家的引子让老师和同学们切身体会在探索艺术的过程中人们内心被疗愈的过程。从四到五岁开始,人负责感性的右脑的功能在慢慢隐退。韦老师引领学生们通过禅绕画创作来开发右脑的功能,课程的后半段她带领学生们通过用铜丝勾勒木块的方式,培养学生的的耐心,开发孩子对情感的认知。

In the afternoon, Ms. Wei led a session focused on exploring the right brain. "Paper-cutting is actually the only way to keep my spirit calm and in order, and I heal myself with it." — Sachiko Abe." Through the introduction of the artist, Ms. Wei guided the teachers and students through the process of inner healing while exploring art. From the age of four or five, the right hemisphere of the brain, which is responsible for emotion, begins to decline. Ms. Wei led the students in developing the function of the right brain through Zentangle drawing. In the second part of the course, she helped the students cultivate patience and emotional awareness by sketching wood blocks with copper wire.


在课程的最后,同学们对韦老师进行了采访,她认为SHBS的建设健康上海活动非常有意义且对学生的身心发展有帮助。在都市上海放慢人的生活节奏与脚步,寻找内心平衡。她很高兴在这次艺术疗愈的课程中帮助到同学们探索内心平静。

At the end of the session, the students interviewed Ms. Wei, who expressed her belief that the SHBS Building Shanghai Wellness Project is extremely meaningful and beneficial for the physical and mental development of students. She emphasized the importance of slowing down the pace of life in Shanghai and finding inner balance. She is eager to help students explore inner peace through this art therapy session.


11月12日November 11th:

今天上午,小组同学们借助昨天学习到的禅绕画技巧开始制作独属于自己的禅绕画。在进行艺术创作的过程中,以精致的线条重复绘画图形,每个人都专注于每一个笔画。取之自然、取之生活,再加上无限想象力,无限的延伸,诞生出各种各样的可能性。通过禅绕,人脑可以很容易的进入到冥想状态,逐渐达到深度的专注。伴随温暖的阳光,同学们在艺术的海洋里畅游。

This morning, the group of students began creating their own unique Zentangle drawings using the techniques they learned yesterday. During the artistic process, each figure was drawn repeatedly with delicate lines, and everyone focused on every stroke. Drawing inspiration from nature and life, combined with boundless imagination, the students created a variety of possibilities. Through Zentangle, the brain can easily enter a meditative state, gradually achieving deep concentration. With the warm sunshine surrounding them, the students immersed themselves in the world of art.

下午,同学们来到了心之舟心理咨询中心了解并体验了沙盘游戏疗法。每位同学选择代表自己的模型后放入沙盘中,由老师们来逐个分析。在学习的过程中,同学们了解到摆放模型的过程其实是一种展现真实内心的想法的过程。现代人不太善于用语言来表达自己的真实想法,而沙盘被称之为“非言语的心理治疗”,沙盘图画在“说话”。这种方法不仅让能让患者抒发内心的不适感,也能让老师们更好地判断心理问题,最终达到治疗的目的。

In the afternoon, the students visited the Xīnzhīzhōu Psychological Counseling Center to learn about and experience sandplay therapy. Each student selected a model to represent themselves and placed it in the sand tray, where the teacher analyzed each one individually. Through this process, the students learned that arranging the models is a way of expressing their true inner thoughts. In today’s world, people often struggle to express their genuine feelings through words, and sandplay therapy is known as "nonverbal psychological therapy." This method not only allows patients to express their inner discomfort but also enables therapists to better assess psychological issues, ultimately helping to achieve the goal of healing.

同时也了解到有些患者会忌讳走入心理咨询室,觉得不光彩。但是在受挫折的时候,才能从逆境中成长,感受到张力冲突带来的感受性成长,将内在想法真实地释放出来。成长总是伴随幻想破灭,但在积累经验的过程中会获得新的感悟,寻找生活的意义。

The students also learned that some patients may hesitate to enter a counseling room due to fear of stigma. However, it is through facing setbacks that one grows, experiencing emotional growth brought on by tension and conflict, and truly releasing inner thoughts. Growth is always accompanied by the breaking of illusions, but through the accumulation of experience, new insights emerge, and the true meaning of life is discovered.

11月13日November 13th

上午9:00同学们从学校出发前往朱家角地铁站,采用绿色环保的出行方式,乘坐地铁前往乌鲁木齐南路。

At 9:00 AM, the students departed from the school and traveled to Zhujiajiao Metro Station, choosing an eco-friendly way to travel by taking the subway to Urumqi South Road.

小组成员们在潘老师的带领下进行艺术画展的参观以及解析。整个画展女性自我意识的觉醒为主题,用夸张的人物动作表情以及对比度饱和度极高的色彩,深刻探讨性别与性别之间的关联与认知。在各种绘画作品的背后,都存在着绘画者的思考认知以及自我疗育过程。潘老师询问每一位同学在这次画展中所看到最被吸引以及惊讶的一幅画 ,并且在此做了分析与研究,询问同学们每一个人心中的想法以及对画面的感受。从色彩内容构图种种方面来分析、感受、体验绘画者的思想与表达。每个人都对画面有不同的理解,或许这也是艺术表达魅力的一部分。

Under the guidance of Ms.Pan, the group visited and analyzed an art exhibition. The theme of the exhibition focused on the awakening of female self-awareness, using exaggerated character movements and expressions, along with highly contrasting and saturated colors, to deeply explore the connections and perceptions between genders. Behind each piece of artwork, there lies the artist’s thought process and self-healing journey. Ms.Pan asked each student to share which painting they found most captivating or surprising in the exhibition, and together, they analyzed and discussed it. Ms.Pan encouraged the students to express their thoughts and feelings about the artworks, exploring aspects such as color, content, and composition, and to experience the artist’s thoughts and expressions. Everyone had a different interpretation of the artwork, and perhaps this is part of the charm of artistic expression.

参观画展后,潘老师带领各个小组玩了两个游戏。小组成员各自抽卡按照颜色分组,再抽取情绪状态卡片,例如焦虑、宁静、奇迹、放弃,组员们用彩铅绘画出这些状态给自己带来的感受。潘老师分析了组员们的画面,组员们也对自己的画面也做出了解释。潘老师提到每个人都有不同的绘画表达方式,画面能分析出不同人的心理状态,而绘画的过程也是每个人抒发感情释放情绪的疗愈手段。

After the exhibition, Ms.Pan led the group in two games. First, the group members drew cards to form color-based groups, then selected emotional state cards, such as anxiety, tranquility, wonder, or resignation. The students then used colored pencils to depict the feelings these emotions brought to them. Ms.Pan analyzed the students’ drawings, and the students also explained their own artwork. Ms.Pan pointed out that everyone had a unique way of expressing themselves through art, and the drawings could reveal different psychological states. The act of drawing also served as a therapeutic way for each person to express their feelings and release emotions.

在第二个游戏中,小组成员以抽取的卡片数字分组,每组抽取情感卡片,例如自信、脆弱、欢欣、悲伤。同学同样用画作勾勒出这些情感在我们内心的表达,在绘画过程中,同学们都感受到了内心的平静,并且用绘画很好的诠释了这些情感。

In the second game, the group members were divided into teams based on the numbers on their cards. Each group drew an emotional card, such as confidence, vulnerability, joy, or sadness. The students then used their drawings to express how these emotions were represented within their hearts. During the drawing process, the students experienced inner peace and were able to effectively convey these emotions through their artwork.

绘画过后,潘老师邀请每一位小组成员进行绘画的解释,她说这是艺术疗法很重要的一个途径,并且艺术疗愈是一个未来非常有前景的行业。她希望孩子们都能够积极探索,通过合理的方法治愈内心,勇敢抒发,大胆表达对色彩的感知以及线条的描绘,每个人的画作都是独一无二的。

After the activity, Ms.Pan invited each student to explain their drawing. She emphasized that this is an important aspect of art therapy, and that art therapy is a promising field for the future. She encouraged the students to actively explore and heal their hearts through appropriate methods, to boldly express their feelings, and to embrace the perception of color and the depiction of lines. She reminded them that each person’s artwork is unique.

11月14日November 14th

距离展览还有一天,组员们在今天集思广益收集这周以来的艺术创作。每个小组各司其职,视频编辑组在不断精修视频,文字编辑组在整理文字将其发布,摄影组在挑选照片并审核每张有趣的照片,同学们把未完成的画作依一一完成,以最高的效率够了精美线条、演绎梦幻色彩。老师与同学们共同布置绘画作品展示墙,在教室入口处构建布景。组员们不禁赞叹布置过程的有趣和展览布置的精美。

One day before the exhibition, the students gathered their ideas and collected the art creations from this week. Each group performed its own jobs. The video editing group was constantly refining the video, the text editing group was organizing the text and publishing it, the photography group was selecting photos and reviewing interesting photo, and the students completed the unfinished paintings one. Students are full of exquisite lines and dreamy colors with the highest efficiency. The teachers and students arranged the painting display wall together, and built the scenery at the entrance of the classroom. The group students couldn't help but admire the fun of the arrangement process and the exquisiteness of the exhibition.

11月15日November 15th

今天是同学们正式开放展览的日子,展览分为上下午两场。校长和师生们都前来参观小组同学和老师的共同作品成果,并且共同体验了禅绘的魅力,亲手作画用笔触勾勒出精彩独一无二的画面。

Today is the day when students officially open the exhibition, which was divided into two parts in the mooring and afternoon. Principals and teachers all came to visit the results of the joint works of the group students and the teachers, and experienced the charm of Zentangle drawings together. They painted with their own hands to outline a wonderful and unique picture.

这次为期一周的建设健康上海项目制学习让同学们以全新的方式学习了艺术疗愈的相关知识。同学们不仅对艺术疗愈有了更深入的认识,还提高了动手能力和团队合作能力并且打开身心以健康的方式去缓解压力。这次活动非常有意义,让同学和老师对艺术疗愈有了更多的兴趣和热情,受益匪浅。

This week-long Building Shanghai Wellness Project allowed students to learn the relevant knowledge of art therapy in a new way. Students not only had a deeper understanding of art therapy, but also improved their hands-on ability and teamwork ability, and opened their bodies and minds to relieve stress in a healthy way. This project is very meaningful, which made students and teachers more interested and enthusiastic about art therapy, and benefited a lot.
