迎着八月的骄阳，8月25日上午，在普高部德育主任刘伟的带领下，全体高一优秀营员与教官出发前往奉贤中学参加2023年奉贤区高一学生军训会操展示。

国旗冉冉升起，伴随着慷慨激昂的国歌，会操表演正式拉开序幕，同学们跟随教官号令，把这五天的军训学习成果极致展现，稍息、立正、跨立...他们神情坚毅，动作规范，挺拔的军姿展现出蓬勃的青春朝气，整齐的步伐传递着坚定的青春自信。

With the slow rising of the national flag and accompanied by passionate national anthem, the drill performance officially kicked off. The students followed the instructor's orders and showed the ultimate achievement of the five days of military training., “ At ease, attention, straddle..”. Their expression was firm and their movements were standardized. The upright posture showed the vigor of the youth, and the neat pace conveyed the firm youthful confidence.

会场上一遍遍响起美达菲学子嘹亮的口号，释放出磅礴的青春力量。

Loud slogens from Macduffie students reverberated on the venue, releasing the magnificent youth power.

在此次军事训练活动期间，同学们发扬了不怕苦、不怕累的精神，严格要求自己，出色地完成了训练任务，展现了美达菲学子良好的精神面貌，获得了一致好评。

During this military training, the students carried forward the spirit of not being afraid of hardship and fatigue, strictly demanded themselves, and excellently completed the training tasks, showing the good attitude of Macduffie students, and won unanimous praise.

陪伴了同学们五天时间的教官寄语大家，军训是一场洗礼，我们能从中汲取知识，体会坚毅，它教会了大家如何去面对困难，如何去战胜困难。希望此次军训能为同学们在今后的学习生活中走正、走好、成人、成才打下坚实的基础。

The instructor who accompanied the students for five days sent a message to everyone that  military training is a baptism. We can learn knowledge from it and experience perseverance. It teaches everyone how to face difficulties and how to overcome difficulties. Hope this military training can lay a solid foundation for the students to take right directions of their study and life, grow up to adults and achieve success in the future.
