忙碌而充实的一学期即将结束，1月20日，我校全体教职工总结表彰大会隆重召开。

The busy and fulfilling semester is coming to an end. On January 20th, we held a grand faculty and staff commendation conference of our school.

首先，卢梓欣老师为大家带来了一首优美的钢琴曲。

First of all, Ms. Lu Zixin brought us a beautiful piano performance.

暖场过后，各部门主任对本年度的工作做了系统的总结。回顾2020年，泰然学校在徐晓露校长及各位主任的带领下，抓严抓实疫情防控、做精做细教育教学，希望新的一年大家齐心协力，再创佳绩。

After the opening act, directors of each department of the school made speech to summary their work of the past school year. Looking back to 2020, Futian International and Fine Arts school had made great efforts in the strict prevention and control of the pandemic, and done great jobs in the meticulous education and teaching duty under the leadership of Ms. Xu Xiaolu. We hope that everyone can work together to achieve better results in the new year of 2021.

接着，徐晓露校长为优秀班主任、优秀教师、优秀员工颁发了荣誉证书，并勉励他们不忘教育初心，希望全校教职工向先进榜样学习。

Then, Ms. Xu Xiaolu awarded the outstanding homeroom teachers, outstanding teachers, and outstanding staffs, and encouraged them  to remain their original inspiration of education, and hoped that all the faculty members of the school would learn from the advanced model teachers.

随后，获奖老师上台发言。在泰然学校这个大家庭里，每位老师都收获了作为教师的自豪感，明确了自己的职业理想与奋斗的目标与方向。

Then, the award-winning teachers made a speech respectively on the stage. In this big family of Futian International and Fine Arts School, each teacher achieved their sense of pride as a teacher, affirmed their professional goals and career path.

最后，徐晓露校长肯定了全校教职工这一年来的辛勤付出。她表示：2021是充满希望的一年，希望全体教师用满腔的热情，为心中的教育理想不懈奋斗！

In the end, Ms. Xu Xiaolu expressed her appreciation for all the hard work of all faculty members over the past year.

She said, 2021 was a year of hope, and all teachers in Futian International and Fine Arts School shall spare no effort to work for the educational goals in their hearts with enthusiasm!
