婴儿的倾诉方式通常是通过扭动身体或哇哇大哭，随着语言的发展，孩子身体也在同步发展。当手和眼睛可以互相配合之后，一种新的表达方式 — 绘画就诞生了。
The language of little baby is usually crying or wiggling, as their language ability is developing, so does their body. When they got a good eye-hand coordination, they have a new way to express themselves, that is painting.
今天想给大家分享一本书 —《孩子的画告诉我们什么 — 儿童心理画与儿童心理解读》。作者是德国的艺术和造型治疗师Rose Fleck-Bangert，作者在书中介绍了儿童画的本质，告诉我们如何理解孩子的画，如何弄清那些隐藏在画中的含义，以此来了解孩子们画画的动机和意图。
We want to share a book with you all---< What children want to tell us through their paintings >, by Rose Fleck-Bangert from German. It tell us what is children’s painting, how can we understand their paintings, and the meanings of their paintings, so we can get to know about why they paint and what they want to say.
Paintings of preschoolers can be divided into two stage
儿童自我表现的第一阶段，有心理学家认为，两岁左右孩子的话可以表达其在婴儿时期的身体感觉。他们刚刚在妈妈肚子里出现的时候，应该是与周围环境混为一团的。
The first stage of self-expression of children, some psychologists believe that, a two- years old child can tell what he or she felt l when he or she was a little baby, that everything started in chaos when they still in mommy’s body.
儿童开始有意识的作具象表现。
Children begin to consciously make representations.
这个阶段的孩子能发现现实、思想与绘画之间的关系，因此他们的画可以展现其对周围世界的理解。作者在书中写到“孩子们画画的出发点并不是他们看到了什么，而是他们如何看待外面的世界。”
Children at this stage can discover the relationship between thought and drawing, so they show their understandings of the world by their pictures. The author writes in the book “children draw not from what they see, but how do they see the outside world.”
上幼儿园的孩子会通过画作来排遣自己的紧张和焦虑，表达不满的情绪。如果我们可以更好的去理解孩子的画，那么就可以理解那些无法用语言表达出来的情绪和情感。
Children in kindergarten draw as a way to deal with their stress and anxiety, express their discontent. If we could understand the child's drawing better, then we can understand emotions that can't be expressed in words
作者在书中举例说，一次和女儿吵架之后，女儿没办法直接表达对她的不满，于是画了一匹龇牙咧嘴的马送给妈妈。
The author tell us a story of his own in book, once he had a fight with his daughter, his daughter can’t express her dissatisfaction directly, so she drew a grinning horse and gave it to her mother.
The author lists four ways to understand children's drawings
看画的构图、颜色、特别之处、象征物。把单独的元素关联起来看，寻找之间的联系。通过看画，可以获取对画作的初步感受。
Look at the composition, the colors, the special features, the symbols. Correlate the individual elements, look for connections. By looking at the painting, you can get a preliminary feeling of the painting.
儿童会在作画过程中表现出一些内心的感受。例如可能会不断的修改某一个图案，或者画完又捏成团丢弃。这可能反应了孩子内心有某种无法达成的愿望或冲突。
Children will show some inner feelings in the process of painting. For example, one pattern may be constantly modified, or when they're done, they knead them up and throw them away. This may reflect an unfulfilled desire or conflict.
将自己代入画作之中。儿童的画作中会反映出自己对亲子关系的感受和理解。因此我们可以把自己带入到画中的角色，去理解自己在孩子心中的形象，体会孩子对我们的感情。
Put yourself in the painting. Children's paintings reflect their feelings and understanding of the parent-child bonding, therefore, we can bring ourselves into the role of the painting, to understand the image of ourselves in the child's heart, to experience the feelings of the child towards us.
和孩子一起画画，我们可以和孩子根据同一个主题各自完成一幅画，也可以合作完成一幅作品。在和孩子一起画画的过程中，我们不但可以重拾绘画的乐趣，还能从中体验到通过绘画表达情感的过程，和孩子更容易产生共鸣。用绘画的形式来进行沟通，会建起一座联系之桥，桥的这端是画，另一端是语言。
Painting with your child, we can paint with our children based on the same theme, or we can paint together. In the process of drawing with children, we can not only regain the fun of drawing, but also experience expressing emotions through drawing, then we can know each other well. Communicating in the form of painting will build a bridge of connection, one end of the bridge is painting, the other one is language.
绘画是很主观的事情，每一幅画都可以反应孩子个性的一部分，本质的东西眼睛看不到，只有用心才能感受。让我们一起通过儿童画，更深入的理解孩子，更亲密的与他们互动吧!
Painting is very subjective, each painting can reflect a part of the child's personality, the essence of things can’t be seen with eye, only the heart can feel. Let's understand children more deeply and interact with them more intimately through children's drawings!
