Dear NCIC-Immersion families,
It has been such a pleasure to see students and teachers having a successful first month of school on the campus. This is especially worth celebrating knowing what challenges we have all faced this year, and continue to encounter. We have so much to be grateful for, and during difficult times it is important to recognize all the accomplishments we have made. Congratulations to all of you!
As you may know, we have successfully collaborated with the relative government departments and agencies, such as Foreign Affairs office, the Visa Bureau, and the American Chamber of Commerce, to bring our teachers back to Shenzhen if they are out of the country. The good news is we’ll have our first teachers coming back in October! Let’s give our blessings on their trips, and we will keep you updated as more progress is made in bringing our foreign teaching team back to the campus. We are so proud of our hardworking HR team to make this happen. We are also happy to share some new campus updates from our operation team.
The campus construction and interior design is progressing on schedule. Since the interior construction began in August, the engineers, and architects have worked day and night to carry out interior projects according to the plan. Up to now, the decoration in classrooms, offices, and sports venues in our new campus are all in progress. We are proud to say completion in December is on schedule! However, for the health and safety of all our students and staff, the Board and the school leadership have decided to set the relocation date for after the Spring Festival holiday. This will allow us to have more time to ventilate the campus and carry out strict air quality control. We will start a campus tour sign-up list for our parent community in December.Stay tuned!
